Pema Pera: but the connecting part is the reminder
Pema Pera: the frequency and continuity
Pema Pera: that we all seem to need to work on the exploration
Sigmund Schwarz: yes, all our fingers point to the same moon.
Pema Pera: hence the 1% time tax
Pema Pera: 9 sec every 15 minutes
Pema Pera: and ideally then the exploration will increase to 100%

Pema Pera: but starting with 1% seems to be very powerful

Pema Pera: continuous awareness of the two frames of reference, the two coordinate systems, the relative and the absolute
Pema Pera: not getting lost anymore in the relative
Pema Pera: in association with our limited mind and body
Pema Pera: not denying that either, but seeing it together with and in and as the wider picture
Pema Pera: what religious people may call the divine
Pema Pera: or Buddhists suchness
Pema Pera: and I like to call Being
Pema Pera: as a maximally neutral term

Pema Pera: like watching a movie while knowing it’s only a play of light and yet going really into it
