For each sector working group members will have different areas of responsibilities and the idea is to delegate to subcoodinators.

How do we feel about this particularly Eliza and Mark who have larger roles?

Mark and Eliza recognize that it is a big role but feel they could take it on with the help of other volunteers.

Wiki: News an update, new organization.  Would anyone like to volunteer?

Eliza: Mentioned she could ask Wol
Mark thinks the wiki is overly contextual

PaB content and substance: Some would like more practice
Eliza: Some people may like less structure
Storm: Theme sessions, spin off relaxed meetings into something else

Mentoring, outreach to the community -newbies and new guardians

Guardian Meetings
We have to hold a container for trust to be maintained and evolved.

What kind of measures should be taken?

Mentoring

Guardian Meetings as backbone- containing event- significant trusting relationships.

Perhaps we could have small "talks" 10 minutes during rotating slots around certain themes to bring more life/structure to the meetings.

To give more structure Gen suggested doing this with practice sessions too, so there is both "dharma" talks and "practice" sessions.
