Working Meeting minutes 

The meeting was called to order at 14:06pm

1)There was general agreement that Points 1.3 (try to address all details from an open space, open mind) and 1.4( Schedule a several (two) hour WG SL 'retreat') were worth trying to carry out.  It was agreed to try to find such a 2-hour block, likely 2-4pm SLT by email.

2) Fundraising and Donations Listing
During the meeting Storm modified the two buttons, one for Donations and the other for Retreat doncations.  It was agreed  to set a goal for each quarter comprising $3500. for base costs and $3000.00 to fund two retreat scholarships.  Agreed also that there would be a weekly update of donations by Saki who could list those data on the Pab wiki.  But also it was felt a good idea to update the Kira website with a page reporting moneys donated and time donated (listed either as 'gifts in kind' or as voluntary activities).  These latter details to be decided later.
Piet agreed to send an email to the PaB email group within a couple of days regarding donations for this last quarter of the tax year.

3) No new guardians for discussion

4) Chat Log annotation:
 Discussion about the possibility of carrying out Stevenaia's suggestion of listing all the guardians present in the opening sentences of the chatlog were considered; Storm raised the issue of whether that was technically an issue, Wol and Fael would need to be consulted.  At this time it was agreed to do nothing, but to see whether all the recent discussion in the PaB community may have raised awareness sufficiently to cover the needs.

5) Stephanie clarified the concerns of one community member about status of membership, but after discussion it was felt unnecessary to do anything specific other than to recognize Stephanie's sensitivity to this concern/complaint and bringing it for WG's  consideration as well.

  --Saki to arrange for a weekly update of donations data for the website or wiki
