    Lucinda Lavender: Thanks so much!
    Lucinda Lavender: Feels like me
    Bleu Oleander: yes very you
Bleu Oleander: how are things where you both are?
Qt Core: today another reopening step, travel between italian regions is permitted
Qt Core: now we only lack theatres and schools
Bleu Oleander: so things coming back
    Bleu Oleander: opera?
Lucinda Lavender: I am glad to hear it!
    Qt Core: opera/movies/drama
Bleu Oleander: the Met in NYC canceled its fall season

    Bleu Oleander: Hi Ara :)
    arabella Ella: Hiya!
    Qt Core: Hi Arabella
    Lucinda Lavender: Hi Arabella

arabella Ella: Bleu the Met is streaming performances on their website
arabella Ella: they have a very interesting program
Bleu Oleander: yes that's great Ara

    arabella Ella: Hiya Riddle!
    Qt Core: hi Riddle
    Riddle Sideways: Hey All
    Bleu Oleander: hey Riddle
    Bleu Oleander: hiya Mick :)
    Riddle Sideways: Hey mick

arabella Ella: I know that streaming is not as good a live, but for us who are some distance away, it is an amazing opportunity ... there are others too such as National Theatre Home in the UK

    Mickorod Renard: hiya
    arabella Ella: Hiya Mick
    Mickorod Renard: hi all

Bleu Oleander: it is a great opportunity!
    Qt Core: Hi Mickorod
arabella Ella: I've watched some amazing performances that would otherwise not have been possible for me to watch
Lucinda Lavender: Hi Riddle! It looks like there is a nightly opea stream at the met :) Here in Seattle we have Ballard Opera Man:)was a daily performance at 5 and now just weekly.
Riddle Sideways: so many great performances being streams
    Bleu Oleander: yes
    Lucinda Lavender: paste
    Lucinda Lavender: :))https://www.seattletimes.com/seattle...every-weekday/
Lucinda Lavender: He used to sing solos for our performances
Riddle Sideways: so many concerts, performances, shows, galleries, museums that in RL would never get to, much less tickets and getting dressed
    Bleu Oleander: nice thanks!
arabella Ella: the thing is however, that here in europe things are moving back to so called 'normal' at least where work is concerned so many people will have less free time
    Lucinda Lavender: true!
Qt Core: wondering how much of this will be left online, for how much time
Riddle Sideways: Elton John on a piano in his driveway, basketball hoop next to the grand
arabella Ella: no more lockdown in quite a few European countries!
arabella Ella: although we are advised to proceed with caution
arabella Ella: and people I know in the theatre business told me that the current protocols do not allow them to offer performances yet ... mainly due to social distancing which is still in force
Riddle Sideways: playing to one in every four seats
arabella Ella: Yes Riddle I had watched that show with Elton as one of the performers, it was brilliant!
          --BELL--
    Bleu Oleander: was that live?
Qt Core: have you seen Bocelli in an empty Duomo in a empty Milan a few weeks ago ?
Mickorod Renard: I like the show which was the birthday of loyde webber
Bleu Oleander: yes I did Qt ... lovely
Riddle Sideways: Sondhelm's birthday show was so great
arabella Ella: yes Qt it was very moving watching Bocelli in the empty Duomo!
Bleu Oleander: I especially loved Amazing Grace
    arabella Ella: brilliant!
Qt Core: (i was more scared/weirded out at that emptiness
Qt Core: (as i personally know the plane as never empty)
arabella Ella: have you not been around to see the emptiness of cities under lockdown Qt? It is very impressive!
    Qt Core: *place
Bleu Oleander: it can be spooky and beautiful at the same time
Riddle Sideways: 50+ years ago The Smother's Brothers taped their last show to an audience of TV sets (no people)
Qt Core: no, i've seen very little as i favor my news on radio mostly (more useless news need video)
    arabella Ella nods
Lucinda Lavender: We listen to the radio in my house
Riddle Sideways: turned off the radio for the weekend and look what happened
    arabella Ella: very sad :(

Bleu Oleander: btw, did you all see our funding drive email from Steve?
Bleu Oleander: we're seeking some Tier Donations for the PaB Group land
Bleu Oleander: if you have extra Tier that you're not using consider donating to the group
Bleu Oleander: as premium members we all get 1024 sqm for free
Mickorod Renard: I am not a land owner like some but in the past have contributed.I can still do so if we are short
arabella Ella: thanks Bleu there were emails circulating on this topic
Bleu Oleander: so if you're not using it for land ...
Bleu Oleander: we haven't funded all our land yet
Bleu Oleander: we have a number of committments but seek a few more
Bleu Oleander: that would be great Mick
Bleu Oleander: we don't have a banker anymore, so land Tier donations is the only way to support our group land
Bleu Oleander: anyway, end of pitch ... and thank yous to all who have donated!!
Riddle Sideways: nice pitch, Bleu ㋡
    Bleu Oleander: :)
    Mickorod Renard: :)
    Lucinda Lavender: Thank you
Bleu Oleander: sorry got wound up ... too much coffee hehe
    Lucinda Lavender: Bleu!
    Mickorod Renard: he he
    Lucinda Lavender: thank you ...

Mickorod Renard: who would I donate to? in the past I pay pal-ed someone
Bleu Oleander: thank you all !
Bleu Oleander: you can donate in the group window
Bleu Oleander: just open your groups and open the PaB group
    Mickorod Renard: ah ok thanks
Bleu Oleander: under the Land &L$ tab
Bleu Oleander: you'll see "your contribution"
    Mickorod Renard: great
Bleu Oleander: just put in there amount to donate
    Bleu Oleander: and click "save"
Bleu Oleander: what's nice about donating Tier, is the amount you donate gets an additional 10%
Riddle Sideways: that is for the Tier donation, not for lindens
Bleu Oleander: yes just for Tier

    Riddle Sideways: Howdee Wol
Wol Euler: evening all, sorry I'm late
    Bleu Oleander: hi Wol :)
    Qt Core: Hi Wol
    Mickorod Renard: evnin wol
    arabella Ella: Hiya Wol!
    Lucinda Lavender: Hi Wol
Wol Euler: don't let me stop the conversation
    Riddle Sideways: too late
    Riddle Sideways: it stopped
    Wol Euler: ha
          --BELL--

Lucinda Lavender: We were talking about the tier donations
    Wol Euler: ah :)
Lucinda Lavender: so how many 512 donations are needed?
Bleu Oleander: any amount can be donated
Bleu Oleander: we need 1680 sqm
Bleu Oleander: actual donation is 1527 which after 10% will be 1680
Wol Euler: so that could be 3x 512
    Wol Euler: or 1024 + 512
    Riddle Sideways: ooooo quick maths
Mickorod Renard: erk, my brain blew a fuse
Bleu Oleander: its a confusing system

Wol Euler: if you have a premium account, you get 1024 sq m free of tier payments
Wol Euler: that much is included
Bleu Oleander: I tried to explain in the emails but complicated

Wol Euler: if you don't have a premium account, then it has nothing at all to do with you :)
    Bleu Oleander: yep
Lucinda Lavender: you did a great job too
Bleu Oleander: although you could become one :)
Wol Euler: we are asking premium-account holders to donate some of their tier allowance
    Bleu Oleander: aww thanks Luci

Bleu Oleander: we are close to our goal of keeping all our group land
Bleu Oleander: and hope to secure that soon
Lucinda Lavender: I guess I would like to donate 512
Riddle Sideways: AND let Stevenia off having to do the maths of money balencing banker
Bleu Oleander: that would be great Luci
Riddle Sideways: Luci, you already donated
Bleu Oleander: in addition to your donation you already donated?

Mickorod Renard: i cant find the donation bit
Bleu Oleander: the group profile window?
Lucinda Lavender: well if we get down to the wire I can help
Bleu Oleander: ok thanks Luci !!
Mickorod Renard: i opened it but still see no donation part
Bleu Oleander: under the Land & L$ tab
Bleu Oleander: and then in the while small window
Bleu Oleander: where it say "your donations"

    Wol Euler: but wait
    Mickorod Renard: looking
    Bleu Oleander: rather your contributions
Wol Euler: don't make any changes there yet
Wol Euler: because you have to change your account settings first.
Bleu Oleander: even if free tier?
    Wol Euler: true
Wol Euler: not if you do have free tier to spare :)
Bleu Oleander: only if a paid level
Wol Euler: mick, have you found it?
Mickorod Renard: I feel too silly to say no
    Wol Euler: wait
    Mickorod Renard: ok

Wol Euler: I'll make a screenshot to show you
    Mickorod Renard: ty
    Bleu Oleander: there
    Mickorod Renard: looking now
          --BELL--
Wol Euler: oh, Bleu you beat me to it
Riddle Sideways: should the Mieum area be selected?
Bleu Oleander: right where the red ball is
Bleu Oleander: the small white window
Bleu Oleander: just put in amount you want to donated and click "save" at the bottom
Wol Euler: that doesn't matter, your donation is applied to the group itself not to a particular parcel
    Riddle Sideways: ok
Bleu Oleander: right thanks Wol !

Wol Euler: mick, did that help?
Wol Euler: feel free to answer honestly
Mickorod Renard: not yet, he he
Mickorod Renard: my windows seem diferent
Wol Euler: are you perhaps using the standard SL viewer?
Mickorod Renard: dont worry i will find it when its quiet one day
    Wol Euler: instead of Firestorm`?
Bleu Oleander: are you in the Playas Being group?
    Mickorod Renard: yes i am
    Wol Euler: okay
Bleu Oleander: under the Land & L$ tab?
Wol Euler: mick, let's go to IM so we don't hold back the group. I will talk you through it
    Mickorod Renard: ok
Riddle Sideways: oh, but was enjoying this
    arabella Ella: me too!
    Bleu Oleander: hehe
Riddle Sideways: how fast that screenshot came up and follow the bouncing ball
    Bleu Oleander: very geeky

Lucinda Lavender: I was wondering if playasbeinghere is the name listed
    Bleu Oleander: yes
    Lucinda Lavender: ah
Bleu Oleander: that's the group name
Lucinda Lavender: okay good to know
Bleu Oleander: when you open your groups you will see it
Lucinda Lavender: and I cannot currently donate my lindens?
Bleu Oleander: and can open the group profile window there
arabella Ella: as far as I can tell the pab group profile only allows for the contribution of land and not L dollars
Bleu Oleander: right no lindens, no dollars
    Lucinda Lavender: Right
Bleu Oleander: we don't have a banker after Steve leaves
    Bleu Oleander: that's right Ara
Wol Euler: but if we can switch to all-tier no-cash, we don't need one
Lucinda Lavender: I see in SL viewer that there is an account dashboard under Me in the top menu
Bleu Oleander: we used to fund the group land with dollars, lindens and Tier ... but we need a banker to do that
Lucinda Lavender: Stevenaia was so good to have done that!
    arabella Ella: /nods
Bleu Oleander: right, so our goal is not to have a banker ... and yes Thank you Stevenaia!!!

Lucinda Lavender: It feels more important to have SL/PaB now in this situation of distancing
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Riddle Sideways: having Avi time with friends
    arabella Ella: yes
    Bleu Oleander: agree Luci
    Lucinda Lavender: connection

    Wol Euler: back
    Mickorod Renard: me too
    arabella Ella: wb
    Bleu Oleander: wb!
    Wol Euler: ty

Riddle Sideways: btw - not a book, but Luci brought up a great read. yhousenyc.org blogs
Riddle Sideways: by somebody named Pema
Lucinda Lavender: and now that I have discovered:
    Wol Euler: o.O
    Lucinda Lavender: Y house
          --BELL--
Bleu Oleander: oh yes ... it is!
Lucinda Lavender: :) Riddle we were on the same thought line there
Riddle Sideways: the same mind gutter
Lucinda Lavender: the same Russian doll
Lucinda Lavender: there were several blog entries I had never read and found interesting!
Riddle Sideways: up to 41 now. think have only read 10
    Lucinda Lavender: food for thought:)
Riddle Sideways: pro tip: do not read as going to sleep. You won't sleep
    Lucinda Lavender: open minded thought
Qt Core: don't open that blog ? ;-)
Mickorod Renard: too many riddles Riddle?
Riddle Sideways: no no, just joking, QT
    Qt Core: me too

Lucinda Lavender: What we drop...and see who we are.
    Riddle Sideways: anybody remember Droplets?
Bleu Oleander: what we can't drop is who we are :)
    Lucinda Lavender: :)
Wol Euler: doesn't ring a bell, no
    Mickorod Renard: no
arabella Ella: I don't remember droplets either
Riddle Sideways: it was an App, forget who wrote it. Shared who was dropping
Lucinda Lavender: I sort of remember the word
Mickorod Renard: i guess its dropping things bit by bit
Riddle Sideways: it is in Wiki guradian pages

arabella Ella: what i remember most is:
arabella Ella: being seeing and seeing being
    Riddle Sideways: yep
    Bleu Oleander: yes
    Lucinda Lavender: /nods
arabella Ella: I still practice it occasionally
    Bleu Oleander: nice
arabella Ella: as it is a form of mindfulness

Bleu Oleander: please excuse me ... must get back to work .. take care all :)
    Mickorod Renard: bye bleu
    arabella Ella: bye Bleu!
Wol Euler: bye bleu, take care
Bleu Oleander: nice to see you all

    Riddle Sideways: take care, Bleu
    Mickorod Renard: bfn
Bleu Oleander: yes, thanks Wol !
Lucinda Lavender: Thanks all! must go too
    Qt Core: bye Luci
    Mickorod Renard: bye Luci

Lucinda Lavender: Bye and stay well all!
          --BELL--
Qt Core: i need to go, bye all and stay safe
Mickorod Renard: well, i had better go too

Riddle Sideways: noting that last week wrote what was supposed to something about how late you European were staying up
    Mickorod Renard: bye qt
arabella Ella: bye Qt stay safe
    Riddle Sideways: by QT
Riddle Sideways: only wrote it so badly
    Wol Euler: bye qt
    Wol Euler: taje care
    Wol Euler: taje
Riddle Sideways: made it sound that is was nap time
    Wol Euler: take
Mickorod Renard: I find it quite normal to stay up till midnight
arabella Ella: I was not here last week but yes Europeans tend to stay up quite late 11pm here now
    Mickorod Renard: most nights
Wol Euler: I almost never go to bed before midnight
arabella Ella: there was an interesting article in the guardian last week about night owls
    Mickorod Renard: yes?
arabella Ella: if i remember correctly it claimed that only around 8 percent are night owls
    Mickorod Renard: oh
arabella Ella: but it focussed a lot on discrimination by others against night owls who may be considered (wrongly - by some) to be lazy as they don't wake up early in the morning
arabella Ella: late to bed late to rise
arabella Ella: when in fact they are not lazy at all
Mickorod Renard: ah, i wake early too
arabella Ella: most night owls work late into the night
arabella Ella: and the nights are lovely and quiet with lesser disturbances
Mickorod Renard: cant beat burning the candle both ends
    arabella Ella: easier to focus
arabella Ella: so don't you need much sleep Mick?
Mickorod Renard: I dont know, I didnt think I was out the ordinary
arabella Ella: nobody said you were :)
Mickorod Renard: most my freinds and family are the same as me
    arabella Ella: cool
    Mickorod Renard: friends
Wol Euler: I'm very night-owlish at the moment, but that is actually a defect. I sleep too little and too late during the plague
Mickorod Renard: yes, i can understand that
arabella Ella: yes i understand too
Mickorod Renard: I did go through a bad patch years ago and barely slept..
Mickorod Renard: so much so i suffered effects of sleep deprivation
arabella Ella: but Wol I don't think you ought to call your lack of sleep a defect?
Mickorod Renard: I agree, go with the flow, your body must know what it wants
arabella Ella: many of us probably sleep less at night at the moment because we exert ourselves less during the dayitime
Riddle Sideways: sleep deprivation is very bad, ya catch it from your babies
Mickorod Renard: ha ha , too right
    Wol Euler: heheh
Mickorod Renard: recently I have found myself dropping off early afternoon
Wol Euler: being this way feels defective, my body isn't working properly
Mickorod Renard: which is so odd for me
Mickorod Renard: ok, gotta go folks
arabella Ella: nothing wrong with that mick unless you have someone running after you
Riddle Sideways: yep, gotta go too
    arabella Ella: bye Mick, Riddle!
Mickorod Renard: thanks tons and thanks for showing me the thingy Wol
Wol Euler: bye mick, take care
Riddle Sideways: by All, take care
arabella Ella: I'll be off too bye Wol!
    Mickorod Renard: cheers
    Wol Euler: my pleasure :)
Wol Euler: bye riddle, bye ara
    Wol Euler: stay safe
