Solstice Party: a Stone Exhibit with a little help from our friends

The circle of stones on which is held the stone exhibit of the solstice Art of Being

Bleu Oleander: I idea is that the circle of stones would have meaningful symbols on the stones that represent all of us

Eden Haiku: Yes, I just hope my niece who is a pilot will be on holiday for New Year, She doesn't know yet. But if she does, she wiil be there with her spouse and little girl. Five toddlers and a new one coming up. It will be lively!

A new technique: watching thoughts from the wall behind us

Eden Haiku: I wanted to practice a new technique I learnt during the pause but as I was busy typing....

Eden Haiku:It's like this : you look at your bodily sensations, emotions and thoughts.
Eden Haiku: At the spaces between them.
Riddle Sideways: ah, the places the coffee has not gone yet
Eden Haiku: But you look from the wall behind you sort of.

Eden Haiku: Kind of yes
Eden Haiku: Been trying it a bit. It's interesting. I get less caught up in images...
Bleu Oleander: interesting ... what happens when you do that?
Bleu Oleander: does your sense of self move to the wall behind you?
Eden Haiku: Noticing how much I want to follow my imagination...
Eden Haiku: Easier to not identify with body, heart and mind.
Eden Haiku: From the wall I mean :)

Bleu Oleander: I love my imagination and never feel the sense of being caught up with images, rather I welcome all images ... seems to spark creativity for me
Eden Haiku: Yep. The wall as being the location of Being....
Eden Haiku: I love my imagination too Bleu, but I notice it's in the way of another level of awareness sometimes...

Eden Haiku: The therapy I have been undergoing since last year, via Skype mostly because the therapist lives in Paris, is based on talking to these voices within :)
