Adams Rubble: Even reading back my first two weeks seemed so long because I went to so many sessions in those days. This is no longer possible

Adams Rubble: for a long time I rejected all fundamentalism which included the whole gospel hymn thing so I wrote it off as shlock
Adams Rubble: but I often then found the tune coming into my head while walking in the woods
Adams Rubble: now I have learned to appreciate the personal experience of the person who wrote the words

Adams Rubble: Mother Ann is the founder of the American group called the Shakers and once when I felt a presence of someone in the woods at night up in NY State someone told me that I had walked past the cemetery where she was buried and it was probably Mother Ann walking with me

Adams Rubble: maybe not night--more like dusk--getting dark
