    Because of my dentoist appointment, we met on Friday instead of Thirsday.

    Adams Rubble: I am good. I am in the middle of the Friday housecleaning :)

    Riddle Sideways: do we speak our ills into existence
    Adams Rubble: The Mayas of ouyr minds are hard at work distracting
    Adams Rubble: the little devils
    Adams Rubble: The devil made me do it
    Riddle Sideways: how many "Woe is me" does it take
    Adams Rubble: sounds like a Dylan song

    Adams Rubble: one he forgot to sell
    Riddle Sideways: you probably saw that Dylan sold his entire song catalog

    Riddle Sideways: maybe he can now stop touring

    Riddle Sideways: there is that "Power of Positive Thinking" thing that makes the world and yourself better
    Riddle Sideways: and that good vibrations
    Riddle Sideways: and the churling chattering monkeys
    Adams Rubble: the brain is really crowded with Maya, the devil and all those monkeys
    Riddle Sideways: and the angel on the other shoulder reminding us to do good, straighten up
    Adams Rubble: and there is God within us
    Adams Rubble: God's love
    Riddle Sideways: as soon as ya chant "All ya need is Love", the is doubt is that is enough
    Adams Rubble: there is chanting it and then there is experiencing God's love
    Riddle Sideways: yes
    Adams Rubble: and once in a while one of goes around offering God's love to others
    Adams Rubble: not offering but giving
    Riddle Sideways: it can be given and still some will not Take
    Adams Rubble: yes but
    Adams Rubble: most will be moved in soime way
    Adams Rubble: thinking of the Chinese guards over Tibertan monks
    Adams Rubble: thinking of those who meet Pope Francis
    Adams Rubble: or the Dalai Lama
    Adams Rubble: feeling their peace
    Adams Rubble: their warm smile
    Adams Rubble: some hearts are so hardened that it is hard to penetrate
    Riddle Sideways: in the span of one breath the warmth of the heart can be felt and there is peace and good
    Riddle Sideways: yet some will not
    Adams Rubble: it is sad about them even if they have great power and are bullies.

    Adams Rubble: tis the season
    Riddle Sideways: the Baa Humbug guy gets his heart warmed up
    Riddle Sideways: "It's a Wonderful Life"
    Riddle Sideways: one night's oil lasts for eight nights and lights the hearts and souls
    Riddle Sideways: the one that complains about how cold and dark it is these nights, but marvels over seeing 2 planets so close to each other

    Adams Rubble: yes Virginia, it is cold and dark these days
    Riddle Sideways: have you gone out to see the stars this week?

    Adams Rubble: no but I think it has been Jupiter that has been looking at me throught the blinds in the pre dawn early morning

    Riddle Sideways: right there glowing in the sky, to those that would look up
    Adams Rubble: there was a time when humans lived with the stars surrounding them in the night
    Riddle Sideways: then came the electric light bulbs, the TV and close bedroom blinds
    Riddle Sideways: "This is the long distance call"

    Adams Rubble: just when we thought we had the monkees under control
    Adams Rubble: actually that is a Neil Diamond song :)
    Riddle Sideways: only takes one moment to flip the thoughts
    Adams Rubble: The new game show "Flip Those Thoghts"
    Riddle Sideways: Johnie tell them what their lovely parting gift is
    Adams Rubble: a beautiful mug emblazzoned with an image of dark thoughts
    Riddle Sideways: oh look! when a hot liquid is poured into the mug the dark turns light
    Adams Rubble: :)

    Adams Rubble: the minkeys jump around on the inside of the cup
    Riddle Sideways: thing is they wear out and stop changing over time
    Riddle Sideways: hope that is not a metaphor
    Adams Rubble: we traveled a long way from God's love to dark mugs
    Riddle Sideways: think we were always bouncing between the light and dark
    Adams Rubble: bouncing in to Graceland
    Riddle Sideways: it is Good to be in a Paul Simon mood
