Eden Haiku: Glad too, beaming :)
Eliza Madrigal: and those I don't make I always read, so I feel 'there' too
    Riddle Sideways: :)
Eliza Madrigal has been enjoying PaB reminders broadcasted from Tuesday mornings
Riddle Sideways: was reading most of them, but ... have fallen off doing that
Eden Haiku: I always plan to resume reading Maxine's book and sessions about it, but then something comes up...

    --BELL--

    Riddle Sideways: liked that ref
    Eliza Madrigal: yes :))
    Eden Haiku: :)
Eliza Madrigal: we've switched the days around btw for the WoLE sessions... at the moment... with thursdays being more casual now
Eliza Madrigal: so if that makes a difference, please come when you can :)
    Riddle Sideways: yes, caught thaat
Eden Haiku: And Mondays more formall, reports and such...I see, thanks Eliza :)
Eliza Madrigal: but as always, can't predict how a session will go, whatever you call it
    Eliza Madrigal: hahah
    Eden Haiku: smiles
Riddle Sideways: oh! the preasure of the reports to that strict teacher :)
    Eliza Madrigal grins
Eden Haiku: How is your "story as a guardian" project going Adams?
Eliza Madrigal is delighting in the pink you're wearing, Eden, bw
    Eliza Madrigal: btw*
Eden Haiku: likes the word "preasure", a bit of pressure, a lot of pleasure :)
Adams Rubble: Everything I thought/think is wrong
    Eliza Madrigal: ah, nice!
    Eliza Madrigal listens
    Eden Haiku: Thanks Eliza :0
    Eden Haiku: oh Adams?
Riddle Sideways: good Adams, a start
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Eden Haiku: hehem bold statement
    Eden Haiku: How so Adams?
Adams Rubble: yes, a start. Hope I will be finished in time :)
Adams Rubble: Reading back over sessions and my blog, things look different
Eliza Madrigal: than what you've summarized to yourself?
Eden Haiku: Is there a right and a wrong way of thinking your "story as a guardian" ?
    Adams Rubble: yes
Adams Rubble: yes to Eliza nto Eden :)
    Adams Rubble: good question eden
Eden Haiku: hummm, things looking different from a distance, yes, I see...
Riddle Sideways: "Everything you know is Wrong" was the title of the 8th Firesign Theater Album
Adams Rubble: we summarize things in our mind and they become new atachments
    Eden Haiku: Yes, that,s true
Adams Rubble: hehe Riddle, I guess it is a good start
    Eliza Madrigal nods
Eden Haiku: The map and the territory, again :)
Eden Haiku: It reminds me of one of Eliza's favrotite expressions I think ; "Connecting the dots"
Adams Rubble: I am tempted to title my exhibition WHO is Adams Rubble?
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal: that would be fitting, Adams!
    Eden Haiku: Great!
Adams Rubble: but then there is Art of Rubble
Eden Haiku: May the true Adams Rubble stand up!
Riddle Sideways: there are 9 panels ... there could be 9 titles
Eden Haiku: And then your typist takes over in voice chat!
    Adams Rubble giggles
Adams Rubble: Adams Rubble is good at over doing things
Eden Haiku: A cute little defect :)
Eliza Madrigal is really looking forward to this
    Eden Haiku: me too
Riddle Sideways: One of the Adams' sent out an email questionaire that has not been finished and sent back
Eden Haiku: looking forward to your Art of Being Adams Rubble
Adams Rubble: It is truly impossible to go over everything
Eden Haiku: Will Dubrovna vbe attending?
    Eliza Madrigal nods nods
Adams Rubble: Two people answered so far and I have been preoccupied with my art of being thing
Eliza Madrigal: It feels like, the best glimpse of playing-as-being, is through guardians' impressions of their own paths
Adams Rubble: Last night I was thinking I need to get going
    Riddle Sideways: :) a sprinkler?
    Eden Haiku: smiles
Riddle Sideways: oh! read plots not paths
Eliza Madrigal: maybe I should set up a sprinkler when I do my exhibit... have everyone arrive in bathing suits
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eden Haiku: That's the bottomless mimosas effect Riddle :)

    --BELL--

    Riddle Sideways: yep
Eden Haiku: starts worrying about buying a fashion bathing suit...
Eliza Madrigal browses for beach balls
Adams Rubble: BTW, I had a conversation with our old firned Propser the other night. He leads a meditation at the Buddha Center (Deer Park Pavilion) on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 am
    Eliza Madrigal: oh, wow
Adams Rubble: Propser atended PaB that first summer
Riddle Sideways: oh! good to know
    Adams Rubble: Prosper
Adams Rubble: I am going to try to go Thursday morning
    Adams Rubble: not Tuesday :)
    Riddle Sideways: :) thanks
Eden Haiku: Oh, never met him then... I came in November of 2009
Eliza Madrigal: I don't think I met him either... but read in logs
Eden Haiku: That could trigger new memories for your project Adams....
Adams Rubble: He is a Chan Buddhist and is about to graduate in his lineage
Adams Rubble: not sure of the exact words for that
    Eden Haiku: Oh wow!
Riddle Sideways: hmmm, that is not the 7am thing Bruce goes to
    Adams Rubble: no 7:30
Eliza Madrigal: Bruce attends Peace Garden, I think
Adams Rubble: is that the Quaker group?
    Adams Rubble: Friends
Eliza Madrigal: a meditation that's been going on for a long time...
    Eliza Madrigal: not the Quakers
Eliza Madrigal: but a group that used to be associated with Peacemaker Zendo
Eliza Madrigal: not sure if now
Eliza Madrigal misses leading meditations.... When I re-read Agatha's interview, she mentioned my doing short meditations after sessions sometimes... had forgotten
Adams Rubble: I was at the Zen Retreat yesterday and sat in the tea house for a while
Adams Rubble is working hard for the art of being. hehe
Eden Haiku: My 90 year old mother-in-law said she's going to have 4 plants of cannabis in her house next year, as it will be legal here., I thought she's maybe meditating too much on death :)
Eden Haiku: Oh yes, Eliza, I remember your meditations :)
Adams Rubble: that's a respective Buddhist practice (not the cannibis)
Eliza Madrigal: will the cannabis help in one way or another?
Eden Haiku: No, she's not in pain at all. Just misses smoking cigarettes and being funny :)
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eliza Madrigal: dream yoga is practice prep for death, especially
Adams Rubble: he's no fun, he fell right over
Eden Haiku: Most of the young people around the table never smoke pot so they were quite surprised. She never did either, that's for sure :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eliza Madrigal: oh, this is a new desire ? She sounds wonderful
Eden Haiku: She's pretty much alive yes!
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
    Riddle Sideways: brb
Eliza Madrigal thinks, we can forget things into pab because someone else will remember, or the log... so no need to carry everything around until a timely moment comes up
Eden Haiku: Ys, logs are great. I miss when I had time to read them all!
Adams Rubble: some of us have logs and blogs to wade through
Eliza Madrigal: I envy your having kept a blog all these years Adams
Adams Rubble: hel me I am drowning in words
Eden Haiku: You still do Adams?
    Adams Rubble: help
Adams Rubble: not like I used to
Adams Rubble: once in a while now
Eden Haiku: Trsut your instinct Adams :)
    Riddle Sideways: floating in words

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: Ah! The 'preasure" of floating in words...
    Adams Rubble: love that typo
Eliza Madrigal: I'd just written that word on a tablet....
Adams Rubble: pressure and pleasure all in one
Eliza Madrigal: Like the Picasso quote... "inspiration exists but has to find you working' ^.^
Eden Haiku: Riddle is an excellent provider of meaningful "speeling" opening new worlds in words...:)
    Eliza Madrigal: true true
    Riddle Sideways: :)) giggles
Eden Haiku: Yes Aadel, you like nibble on typos don't you?
    Eden Haiku: *Adael
Riddle Sideways: with all the years of typos there has to be maybe a few nice ones
Eliza Madrigal: play beings seem to have erupt in lots of creative typos
    Eliza Madrigal: -have
Adams Rubble: PaB needs a librarian to index all the logs
    Eliza Madrigal: yikes
    Adams Rubble giggles
Eden Haiku: Want to volunteer for that Adams, in your free time hehe
Riddle Sideways: yes, search is not that good enough
Adams Rubble: I am finding out about the searching working on this project
Eliza Madrigal has been trying to add tags more... that helps search feature
Adams Rubble: soetimes I have to find something in my blog to find it in the logs
    Riddle Sideways: good, thank you
Eliza Madrigal: for the first time last year I searched something, and PaB came up with a result
Eden Haiku: Keep forgetting to add tags, used to for a while...
Adams Rubble: ohh, tagging is good...like indexing
Eliza Madrigal: I neglected it for too long, even though both Storm and Sylectra said it was important
Adams Rubble: rl interruption. hope to be back before you leave. if not bye
Eliza Madrigal: :) if not, bye
    Riddle Sideways: ok, maybe bye
Eliza Madrigal: I 'think' that I consider all the 'strangers' who may read, but then when I neglect something like that I realize I'm still 'us' minded
Eden Haiku: Wondering how I would tag this session: tags/meditation/search/ typos
Eliza Madrigal: searching for searching, lol
Eden Haiku: Bye Adams, just in case you can't come back before we leave :)
    Eden Haiku: cannabis hehe
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Eliza Madrigal laughs
Eden Haiku: Is Adael here by herself now?
Eliza Madrigal: Adael is quick on her toes
Riddle Sideways: laughs and know Adael's chat does not get into the log
    Eden Haiku: Very quick!
Riddle Sideways: had to check that Adael has toes
Eliza Madrigal: I tried to date an old boyfriend... and he is high all the time... find that... hm, it makes him less curious about things, although, still wonderfully musical and immersive in that sense
Eliza Madrigal: anyway fun lab experiment :)
Riddle Sideways: always good to frame things as lab experiments
    Adams Rubble: back. catching up
Eden Haiku: She's not in the log but we can see her nibblets of wisdom and she does influence our conversation a little bit...
Eden Haiku: Oh, that,s an interesting story Eliza...
Eden Haiku: A boyfriend from your teens?
    Eliza Madrigal: yes
    Adams Rubble: hehe Adael
Eliza Madrigal: the one I ran to Colorado with at 18
Eden Haiku: Would like to hear mpre about your "lab experiments" Eliza :)
    Eden Haiku: Oh yes!
Eliza Madrigal: :) brief experiments leaving interesting stories
Eden Haiku: Adael didn't go back to RL as you did Adams, that,s amazing!
Riddle Sideways: image of Eliza's memory jars of lab experiments lining the walls
Adams Rubble: one of the lasting tools that Pema left us with
    Eliza Madrigal giggles
Eden Haiku: Is Adael an AI?
    Eliza Madrigal: magical tool library
Adams Rubble: what is an AI?

    --BELL--

Riddle Sideways: AI being such a loose term
    Eden Haiku: Artificial Intelligence?
Adams Rubble: oh no, Adael is an object with a script
Eden Haiku: heard we are going to live with robots in our daily lives in so little as 20 years from now...
    Eliza Madrigal: scripted randomness?
Adams Rubble: yes a random script thrown in
Eden Haiku: Maybe Adael is a surrealist poet?
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Adams Rubble: ramdom scripting?
Riddle Sideways: local RL bot just stated that it did understand that
Eden Haiku: May the real Adael stand up!
    Eliza Madrigal laughs
    Eliza Madrigal: WHO is robot?
Riddle Sideways: will the Real robot stand up
Eden Haiku: We got used to Siri and smartphones....
    Eden Haiku: giggles
Eliza Madrigal: and the GO leap has happened
Eliza Madrigal does worry to be chasing AI... already can't keep up :)
Eden Haiku: If Adael's is Adams Third Life Avatar it opens wide perspectives for your 'Story as a Guardian" Adams...right into the future!
Adams Rubble: can artificial intelligence be more muddled than our real intelligence?
Eden Haiku: I know waht you mean Eliza, sighs
Riddle Sideways: oh of course it can :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eden Haiku: We are the best still !
    Riddle Sideways: at being muddled?
Eliza Madrigal: no danger of unmuddledness
Eliza Madrigal: even with a million monkeys typing
    Eliza Madrigal: (shakespeare)
    Adams Rubble: Microsoft?
    Eliza Madrigal: haha
Eden Haiku: is pondering about creating a 'My Story as a Guardian" about the future guardian she would be...
    Eliza Madrigal: nice!!
    Riddle Sideways: ah! good one
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eden Haiku: With skirts that always fit the cushion :)
    Adams Rubble: :)))
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
Eden Haiku: No "speeling" and no talking on the bell
Riddle Sideways: and would always be prepared... with good topics
Eliza Madrigal: dots that always connect in fascinating ways
    Eden Haiku: No onigokko
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eden Haiku: Yes, good dot connecting and the "right" topics all the time
    Eden Haiku: Profound logs
Eliza Madrigal: :) only robots would read those
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Eden Haiku: Profound conversations
    Riddle Sideways: ah, that guardian
    Eden Haiku: giggles
    Eden Haiku: That super-ego guardian!
    Eliza Madrigal laughs
    Riddle Sideways: Being
    Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: that one next week
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
Eden Haiku: Being a Guardian, that,s a good one Riddle ;))
Eliza Madrigal: Being perfect mischief maker
Adams Rubble misses being a guardian
    Eden Haiku: giggles
    Riddle Sideways: Being, here now
Eden Haiku: Oh, I can feel that Adams...
Eliza Madrigal: you're a guardian of guardians' guardianing Adams
Eden Haiku: maybe if you could change from Sunday morning to another time
    Eden Haiku: Yes, she is!
Eden Haiku: Guardian of guardians !
    Adams Rubble: not me
    Adams Rubble: maybe Pema
    Adams Rubble: or Stim
    Riddle Sideways: Being the chronicler
Eliza Madrigal: they are grand guardians of guuardians...
Eden Haiku: Well you are, in a simple day to day way Adams, attending many sessions .
Adams Rubble: I used to attend many sessions--surprised how much went on and how much I grow those first few weeks
    Adams Rubble: grew
Eliza Madrigal: the timeliness of arrival!
Eden Haiku: There would be no sessions if noone would be attending... I appreciate so much you coming on Morday mornings gauys, I would love to attend more sessions too
    Eliza Madrigal: me too, really...
    Adams Rubble: yes, me too
Eliza Madrigal: have to trust the way things happen, to some great extent
Eden Haiku: Yes, I remember feeling almost addicted to sessions in the beginning
Eliza Madrigal: with little pushes here and there :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Oh, yes Eden!
Eden Haiku: I like the continuity of PaB....
Riddle Sideways: sometimes think about attending a 1am session

    --BELL--

Adams Rubble: Pema always had a new twist for us to try to figure out
Adams Rubble: kept us zagging when we wanted to zig
Adams Rubble: and then vice versa
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Attended one while while in transit in Amsterdam. Wester's session....
Riddle Sideways: looking at the "Wol not here" box
Adams Rubble: I am always amazed that the pavilion looks the same at the 1 am session
    Eliza Madrigal nods...
Eden Haiku: It was exciting to know she was nearby...
Eliza Madrigal: haha, that's odd but true, re the pavilion
Eden Haiku: Where did Wol travel to, did she say?
Adams Rubble: Wol is back working
    Eliza Madrigal: a lot
    Adams Rubble: yes too much
    Eden Haiku: Ah, work...
    Eliza Madrigal: mixed blessing
Adams Rubble: hehe. I read that as please continue to be merciful
    Riddle Sideways: :) good one
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
Adams Rubble: I guess that is a comment about my upcoming exhibit
    Adams Rubble: I will try
Eden Haiku: I'm meeting with my publisher's commercial team on Wednesday. Preparing a 5 minutes elevatorr pitch about my novel :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eliza Madrigal: do you rehearse in such cases Eden? out loud?
Adams Rubble: I must go. Nice seeing you all. Thank you for the discussion
Eliza Madrigal: bye Adams, thank you!
    Adams Rubble: bye for now
Eden Haiku: Yes, and I register and edeit and read it to my companion, listen to the recording as I walk...
    Riddle Sideways: thank you, Adams
Eden Haiku: Nice seeing you Adams, Looking forward to your exhibit!
Eliza Madrigal: and then, when in the moment, does it generally flow or does it change mid presentation?
    Riddle Sideways: ah, good question
Eden Haiku: I want it to flow naturally. It usually does...But I didn,t do that in a long time.,
Eden Haiku: Hard to describe a 500 pages novel in 5 minutes...
    Eliza Madrigal: !
Eliza Madrigal: similar to what Adams is trying to do
Eden Haiku: Mainly about convincing them to push the book into book stores :)
Eliza Madrigal: you are so good at sparking 'feeling' Eden
Riddle Sideways: "it is a good that All people must read!" is a good line
Eliza Madrigal: allowing personal connection to come forward
    Riddle Sideways: good=Book
Eden Haiku: Thanks Eliza, working on that :)
    Riddle Sideways: darn typos
Eliza Madrigal: I have been wrestling with current trend to have to come up with slightly devious titles for articles and such
Eden Haiku: Maybe not Riddle, beacuse that is not true. IT,s a book for people who like books :)
Eden Haiku: Best sellers are for people who read books once in a while I think...
    Eliza Madrigal: that makes sense
Eden Haiku: But hey, who knows...I would love it to be a best-seller for sure :)
Eden Haiku: You have problems with log titles too Eliza?
Eden Haiku: Have been experiencing that too...
Eliza Madrigal: well, just the feeling that good articles are having to be given devious hooks...
Eliza Madrigal: then you feel a little jilted, even when you read
Eliza Madrigal: but, what else can one do... that's the way of things now
Eden Haiku: Ah, yes, publishers have a tendancy to "hook" ....
Riddle Sideways: Yes, hate that the article does not fit the title
    Eden Haiku: Me too!
Riddle Sideways: local newspaper does that
Eliza Madrigal: or having to be a list
Eliza Madrigal: "7 ways to enlightenment!"
    Eden Haiku: giggles
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Riddle Sideways: :)
Eliza Madrigal: but then.... think of so many of Pema's little teachings... "5 ways of PaB"... sometimes it fits and helps
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: 9 seconds breaks ;)
    Eliza Madrigal: yes!
Eliza Madrigal: "What would Tolstoy do?"
Riddle Sideways: enlightenment in zeroth time
    Eliza Madrigal: !!
    Eliza Madrigal: that's brilliant Riddle

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: He said this: If you want to know about Anna Karenine, you have to read the whole book!
    Eliza Madrigal: wow, yes
Eden Haiku: He explained it all in "Anna Karenine"
Eden Haiku: pondering "enlightment is zeroth time", Brilliant, yes!
Eliza Madrigal: that's so true of that book especially ... went in expecting it to be about Anna :)
    Eliza Madrigal snaps photo ^.^
Eden Haiku: And with this, I will walk back to RL to attend to my elevator pitch and last last editing :)
Eden Haiku: Thank you both and have a great day!
Eliza Madrigal: looking forward to hearing report Eden
Riddle Sideways: and thank you. off to recycling
Eliza Madrigal: :) off to read for later's session
    Eliza Madrigal: bye for now
