Agatha, Eden and Adams on the New Year Day

    New Year Full Moon

Eden Haiku: Happy New Year Pabbers!
Eden Haiku: Wishing for us all a year full of joy and wonder, peace of mind and new adventures into the nature of reality! Good morning Adams!
    Adams Rubble: Hello Eden :)
Adams Rubble: Nice thought Eden :)
Eden Haiku: You look pretty and seasonal :)
Adams Rubble: It is a cold start to the new year
Eden Haiku: Yep! And the Full Moon also.
Adams Rubble turns up complexity slider to see Eden
Adams Rubble: You look pretty Eden :)
Eden Haiku: Have to bundle up so much in RL that I chose something light to wear in here :)
    Eden Haiku: blushing ;)
Adams Rubble: I know, I like warm weather in SL :)
Eden Haiku: Nude shoulders wouldn't stand a chance in this polar weather :)
    Adams Rubble: oh no
Adams Rubble: but in California-like weather in SL we are just fine
Eden Haiku: it’s bright and sunny on this New Year morning!
    Adams Rubble: yes, here too
Adams Rubble: how cold is it there?
Eden Haiku: -25 Celsius here. And you? (looking up to convert into F)
    Adams Rubble: -12 Celsius here
Adams Rubble: must sound warm :)
Eden Haiku: Pretty cold for your area isn'it?
Adams Rubble: yes and getting colder this week
    Eden Haiku: brrr
Adams Rubble:someone is hoping to freeze our country into being more sensible
    Eden Haiku: Hehe
Eden Haiku: Still trying to convert C into F...
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Eden Haiku: -13 F. Same as you...almost.
    Adams Rubble: https://www.google.com/search?q=celsius+to+fahrenheit&oq=celsius+to+fahrenheit&aqs=chrome..69i57j6j0l4.4728j0j8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
    --BELL--

Adams Rubble: 10 degrees Fahrenheit here
Eden Haiku: When I was growing up we used F, but I forgot...Oh! 10 degrees F...
Adams Rubble: when I was in elementary school someone tried to teach us the metric system because our country was going to be switching over soon.
Eden Haiku: I see, you are minus 12 in my language. I'm minus 25 so I win?
Adams Rubble hands Eden the cold trophy
Eden Haiku: Without gloves, it freezes my hands instantly!
    Adams Rubble: very cold
Eden Haiku: So it's with frozen hands that I gladly and humbly accept this cold trophy :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eden Haiku: And the US still didn't change to the metric system, what happened?
    Adams Rubble:I don't know--I guess nothing happened :)
    Eden Haiku: Hehe
Eden Haiku: Drinking delicious hot chocolate, mmm...
Adams Rubble: there are liters of stuff creeping in here and there
Eden Haiku: And we still have a few pints and gallons...
Eden Haiku: Pounds too. Never understood kilos much...
Eden Haiku: Gaining a pound over the holidays is less tragic than gaining a kilo.
    Adams Rubble: hehe
Eden Haiku: Was too tired to drink champagne at midnight :)
Eden Haiku: We just opened the back door to let 2017 go.
Eden Haiku: Then we opened the front door to welcome 2018 into our home :)
Adams Rubble just looked up and better to gain a kilogram; I guess a kilo is a thousand kilograms?
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble is afraid of 2018 after all that happened in 2017
Eden Haiku: A kilo is worth about 2 pounds and a half, I know as much...
Eden Haiku: Yes, climate change is probably going to get worse in 2018...and everything else. But we need to remain cheerful.
Adams Rubble: a pound is 0.45 kilograms according to my chart
Eden Haiku: One thing I wanna put together is a survival kit, as we are all supposed to do...

    Agatha!!!! What a wonderful surprise!

    Adams Rubble: ohhhhhhhhhh
    Agatha Macbeth: Yay
    Adams Rubble: Hello Agatha :)
Agatha Macbeth: ```I wondered if anyone would be here
Eden Haiku: Agatha! welcome sweetheart and happy New year!
    Agatha Macbeth: HNY!
Eden Haiku: You look gorgeous Agatha!

    --BELL--

    Agatha Macbeth: Of course ;-)
Agatha Macbeth: Been a while since I've seen you Edie
Eden Haiku: Adams and I were talking about temperatures, Celsius and Farenheit., we both are living in a very cold North America climate. Then we went to pounds and kilos and are still puzzled. Yes, it's been a long time Agatha ;)
Eden Haiku: How have you been?
    Agatha Macbeth: I'm doing well
Agatha Macbeth: I completely lost farenheit years ago
Eden Haiku: Any resolutions for 2018 ladies?
    Agatha Macbeth: 2018 ladies? :p
    Agatha Macbeth: Nah
Agatha Macbeth: Never bother cos I never keep them
    Eden Haiku: Ha!
Adams Rubble: mine is to survive the Trump era as long as I can
Agatha Macbeth: Anyway one never knows
Eden Haiku: Trying to word mine as a demand to myself according to nonviolent communication principles. Not easy to do...
Agatha Macbeth: Planning any more exotic tours in the near future?
Eden Haiku: Oh Adams ;( Hope you win!
    Agatha Macbeth: rather
    Adams Rubble: thanks Eden
    Agatha Macbeth: T-rump
Agatha Macbeth: Drop the t and you have it
Adams Rubble:we are trying to freeze him out right now
    Agatha Macbeth: More snow please
    Agatha Macbeth: Grr
Agatha Macbeth: I need a new keyboard
Adams Rubble: it partly worked--he went to Florida
    Agatha Macbeth: Too warm!
Eden Haiku: The demand to oneself should include the location, the moment, the way it's done, the quantity (or lenght)....
Eden Haiku: Mar Largo stranded Trump :)
Agatha Macbeth: I remember Mar Rodas
    Eden Haiku: ?
Agatha Macbeth: She came to PaB a few times
    Eden Haiku: Ah!
    Agatha Macbeth: Ages ago
    Adams Rubble: hmmm

    Time is shrinking

Eden Haiku: Hope we will have a wonderful 10th year of PaB!
Agatha Macbeth: Still going too according to search but with a totally blank profile
Eden Haiku: Do you remember when I used to read almost all logs Agatha?
Agatha Macbeth: You mean you don't now?
Adams Rubble: much easier now than it used to be
    Eden Haiku: Sadly no....
    Agatha Macbeth: Aww
Agatha Macbeth: I still look at yours sometimes
Agatha Macbeth: Not quite as colourful these days
Eden Haiku: Yes, would be easier, but I slacked and now it’s hard to go back to it...Time is shrinking...
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe it's Einstein's fault
Eden Haiku: No and I still have a few 2017 sessions to log in...
    Agatha Macbeth: All that writing
Agatha Macbeth: Your fingers must get sore
Agatha Macbeth: I still look at Doors on time occasionally
Eden Haiku: Was organizing a family party over the holidays, a lot of work but a fantastic party with a joyful invasion of toddlers :)
Agatha Macbeth: Now you sound like Mick
    Adams Rubble: :)
Agatha Macbeth: Any art projects in the works Adams?
Eden Haiku: Yes :) Children in my lap. they are my brother's offsprings of offsprings...
    Agatha Macbeth: Aww

    --BELL--

    RL gets in the way

Adams Rubble is busy with RL projects at the moment
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah
Agatha Macbeth: Gets in the way eh
    Adams Rubble: yes
Eden Haiku: Spent 2017 editing, publishing and promoting my last novel, so playing with children was quite vrefreshing!
    Agatha Macbeth: I can imagine
    Agatha Macbeth: Any snow there?
Eden Haiku: My new writing project is a children's book :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh great
Eden Haiku: It’s the hardest for me.
    Agatha Macbeth: Shades of Xirana
Eden Haiku: Never wrote one, but it's been on my mind for decades.
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eden Haiku: Yes, loved Xirana's book :)
Adams Rubble: spending time with children is a good start :)
Agatha Macbeth: Washing spots off ladybirds :p
Agatha Macbeth: Then painting them back
Eden Haiku: But for now, I'm writing this essay on magic for a magazine. My deadline is on January 4th and my mind is kind of blank. Must be the full moon :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Hm
    Agatha Macbeth: What kind?
Eden Haiku: The question is should we go back to magical thinking, or something like that.
Agatha Macbeth: Did we leave off doing that then?
Eden Haiku: The first novel of Quebec literature, back in 1837, was about a poor man who was reading a magic book to discover hidden treasures...
    Eden Haiku: hehe Agatha :)
Eden Haiku: I wonder too :)
Agatha Macbeth: Sounds like an MR James story
Agatha Macbeth: What kind of magic did he use?
Eden Haiku: I'm also quoting John Lennon's Stawberry Fields...
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh good one
Agatha Macbeth: Strawberry Fields for ever
Agatha Macbeth:Living is easy with eyes closed
Eden Haiku: Silly superstitions like killing a black hen at midnight to invoke the Devil. Black magic I suppose.
Agatha Macbeth: Misunderstanding all you see
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh right
Agatha Macbeth: *Just* like MR James then
Eden Haiku: Yes, my favorite line: misunderstanding all you see. Don't we all do that?
Agatha Macbeth: Some do it better than others :p
    Eden Haiku: Under collective hynosis?
Agatha Macbeth: Just look at Mr Rump for example
Eden Haiku: likes the way you misname the Orange Puppet
Agatha Macbeth: Hey I like oranges...
    Agatha Macbeth: Prefer apples tho
    Agatha Macbeth: Like Eve
Eden Haiku: hehe, poor Mr Rump, he must feel all the poisonous arrows we throw at him from all over the world...It's a sort of black magic isn'it?
Agatha Macbeth: As you sow, etc.
    Eden Haiku: Yep
    Eden Haiku: Afraid of boomerangs
Eden Haiku: Still afraid of 2018 Adams?
Agatha Macbeth: They always come back
    Adams Rubble: brb
Eden Haiku: We should make a wish for 2018
Agatha Macbeth: Busy person our Adams...
Agatha Macbeth: Which is never a bad thing
Eden Haiku: It’s the moment when her secret lover comes knocking at her door :)

    --BELL--

    Lurve and harmony

    Agatha Macbeth: 0.0
    Eden Haiku: it’s a secret :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Right
Eden Haiku: What should we wish for in 2018?
Agatha Macbeth: And all of PaB now know it
    Eden Haiku: hehe
Agatha Macbeth: Oh the usual I guess
    Agatha Macbeth: Lurve and harmony
    Eden Haiku: laughs
Agatha Macbeth: Doubt we'll get it, but still
Agatha Macbeth: Be careful what you wish for as they say
Eden Haiku: True. Hence the careful wording...
    Adams Rubble: back
Agatha Macbeth: Glad we got an email from Wollie
    Agatha Macbeth: WB
Eden Haiku: I babbled again about your secret
Eden Haiku: your secret lover Adams, forgive me :)
Agatha Macbeth: Let's hope the NSA weren't listening
    Eden Haiku: LOL
    Eden Haiku: Or wikileaks
    Agatha Macbeth: Riight
    Agatha Macbeth: Or Twitterleaks
    Eden Haiku: hehe
    Adams Rubble:Leaky faucet
    Agatha Macbeth: Tighten the tap
Eden Haiku: Namecalled on the fisrt day of the year, I'm weeping....
Agatha Macbeth: Only 364 more to go
Eden Haiku: My resolution has something to do with not being hard on myself so I'm smiling again :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes
Adams Rubble: that's a good place to start
Agatha Macbeth: Never put youreslf down because someone else will always do it for you
Eden Haiku: I wish to welcome all parts of my mutliple self ;)
Adams Rubble: Thank you for the session and I hope your essay gets done in time Eden :)
    Eden Haiku: hehe
Agatha Macbeth: That will indeed be colourful

All of one’s selves in different inventories

Adams Rubble: hard to keep track of all of ones selves because they are in different inventories :)
Eden Haiku: Thank you Adams and have a wonderful fisrt day of the year 2018 and a whole year of health and joy!
Agatha Macbeth: Your secret's safe with us
Eden Haiku: Always a pleasure to see you :)
Adams Rubble: bye for now :)
    Agatha Macbeth: TC *hug*
    Agatha Macbeth: Bless her
Eden Haiku: Giving blessings is so kind, I love it
Agatha Macbeth: Well some deserve them
Agatha Macbeth: Bless you Edie :)
Eden Haiku:Thanks and bless you Agatha :)
Agatha Macbeth: How's Rose these days?
Eden Haiku: I woke her up a few months ago but she mostlytravels by herself in SL Slumberland :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Good old Rosie
Eden Haiku: My dear twin :)
Agatha Macbeth: Do you still have the old house?
Eden Haiku: We have a triplet too did you know?
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh, no
Eden Haiku: He is called Wilfred
    Agatha Macbeth: Nice
Eden Haiku: Haven't seen him in ages. He's pretty aloof
Eden Haiku: You were talking about an email from Wol?
Agatha Macbeth: Yes she sent one before Xmas
Agatha Macbeth:Saying she was busy and how hard it had been losing so many relatives so quickly
Eden Haiku: The old Japanese house, nope. But I still have the beach house, somewhere in inventory. I now live in a yurt :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes it's cute

    --BELL--

    Skating into 2018

Eden Haiku: Oh! Sorry for her loss. Will read her email...
    Agatha Macbeth: Several sadly
    Agatha Macbeth: Can't be easy
Eden Haiku: Does she still have family in Canada?
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh yes
Agatha Macbeth: Mom, Sis, nieces, nephews
Eden Haiku: She usually comes over here over the holidays
Agatha Macbeth:Yes I must look at FB to see what's what
Agatha Macbeth: I seem to remember some luggage had gone missing last time I checked
    Agatha Macbeth: Anyways
Agatha Macbeth: I'd better let you get back to your magic
Eden Haiku: Ah these people who know our whereabouts thanks to social networks. My nephew from Toronto knew I took my oldest grandniece to the Nutcracker cause he saw the pictures on Twitter. :)
Agatha Macbeth: Yes, that's its major benefit
Eden Haiku: But I'm not on FB so I miss a lot...
Agatha Macbeth: Hands across the sea and all that
Eden Haiku: It was so nice catching up with you Agatha!
Agatha Macbeth: I must look up your twitter
