The Guardian for this meeting was stevenaia Michinaga. The comments are by stevenaia Michinaga.

Been a while since I had company, but every now and then a visitor joins me. :)

    stevenaia Michinaga: hello
    Almadi Masala: hello Stevenaia
stevenaia Michinaga: I haven't seen you in quite some time
    Almadi Masala: I know
stevenaia Michinaga: how have you been?
Almadi Masala: all right. rather busy
    stevenaia Michinaga: :)
Almadi Masala: I have been going to the dream group meetings
stevenaia Michinaga: aww, yes, those are quite fun, have you been dreaming lately?
stevenaia Michinaga: I've been having some very unusual dreams lately
Almadi Masala: I have been keeping a dream journal
Almadi Masala: but my dreams have become somewhat elusive
stevenaia Michinaga: I did that once, I now type them in a journal on my computer if I remember, or copy them from conversations such as this
Almadi Masala: I record them on a voice recorder during the night, and transcribe them the next day
stevenaia Michinaga: aww, that makes sense
stevenaia Michinaga: One of the PaB members (Fox) is a dream researcher in RL, She teaches now in University, I just read an article of her's, can I share it with you (if I can find it)
Almadi Masala: I forget them very quickly if I don't record them on the spot
Almadi Masala: yes, I'd like to see it
stevenaia Michinaga: :), about dream recall

stevenaia Michinaga: I had two memorable dreams recently one that I was carrying a a small moose with those fuzzy antlers , but she was in a suitcase, but I didn't know until I opened it up
    Almadi Masala: oh, interesting
stevenaia Michinaga: that was it, or all I remember
stevenaia Michinaga: No idea what that was doing in my brain
Almadi Masala: are there moose near where you live?
    stevenaia Michinaga: no
stevenaia Michinaga: sometimes dreams make no sense, moose, suitcase, no idea
Almadi Masala: something you are carrying without knowing it?
    stevenaia Michinaga: isn't everyone?
    Almadi Masala: probably, yes
stevenaia Michinaga: they other was State of the Union related, I was attending it with a hoodie sitting on the side on a sectional couch , I must have been tired because the sections opened up and I was kind of stuck between them face up between the two sections in a dreamlike state, eyes barely opened when Donald Trump came down from the dais and started talking about me but since I was semi-awake and my vision was fuzzy I paid no attention to him, ....Now this dream makes far to much sense.
    Almadi Masala: oh dear
Almadi Masala: Trump has shown up in a couple of my dreams
    stevenaia Michinaga: were you immobilized
Almadi Masala: no, watching him on TV
stevenaia Michinaga: I don't remember ever watching TV in a dream
Almadi Masala: in one dream, I was watching him being interviewed, and then I realized his face had changed so he no longer looked like Trump. that enabled me to see that I was dreaming
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, like I realized I was dreaming in my dream

    --BELL--

Almadi Masala: I have been trying to learn to have lucid dreams, but without much success
stevenaia Michinaga: one thing I love about my very old Dream Logs is that they are so vivid even after reading them years later
stevenaia Michinaga: A friend of my was focusing on that with success I believe, let me see if I can locate her resource
Almadi Masala: I have a lot of old dream journals. it is interesting to look at them and wonder what my mind was doing back then.
stevenaia Michinaga: nods, I leave the analysis to others w/ experience
Almadi Masala: I don't try to analyze my dreams anymore, mainly I just try to remember and appreciate them
    stevenaia Michinaga: yes, smiles
stevenaia Michinaga: leave the heavy lifting to others
stevenaia Michinaga: I may be able to reach her in RL if she's around, I can't find her Lucid Dreaming resource
Almadi Masala: there are many ways to approach lucid dreaming. I just haven't found the one that will work for me yet
stevenaia Michinaga: I know there are way to alert yourself to dreaming or not
Almadi Masala: I try to be alert for things that could mean I am dreaming, but I never seem to remember to do that in an actual dream
stevenaia Michinaga: I never really focused on that aspect of dreaming other than feeling immobilized when trying to move in my dream
stevenaia Michinaga: feeling the fight to move... and usually not waking up
stevenaia Michinaga: I often have driving dreams where i am speeding but can't see the road because I know I am dreaming, but somehow I never crash
stevenaia Michinaga: but I try terribly hard to open my eyes

    --BELL--

Almadi Masala: I sometimes dream of driving, but not fast like on a highway
Almadi Masala: sometimes I dream of riding my bicycle
Almadi Masala: sometimes I am someplace away from home, and have a long way to ride to get back home
stevenaia Michinaga: My of my dreams involve motion or traveling
    stevenaia Michinaga: many
Almadi Masala: I've also had dreams of flying in an airplane that is kind of scary because the airplane seems to be having trouble landing
stevenaia Michinaga: nods, I used to have falling dreams (but never hit bottom) like driving dreams with eyes closed... and never crash
    Almadi Masala: /nods
Almadi Masala: yes, seems like the bad endings never actually happen in my dreams
Almadi Masala: I dream about SL sometimes :)
stevenaia Michinaga: are you in avatar?
Almadi Masala: sometimes I am seeing it from my avatar's viewpoint, other times I am watching my avatar in a more detached way.
Almadi Masala: I mean, sometimes I am totally in the virtual world, other times watching it from outside
stevenaia Michinaga: like a LCD screen view or inside SL
    Almadi Masala: yes
Almadi Masala: well, I had better go and try to create some more dreams :)
Almadi Masala: very nice to talk to you

    --BELL--
stevenaia Michinaga: smiles, good dreams ahead for you
    Almadi Masala: you too
    Almadi Masala waves

    Hi,
Something was wrong with the URL https://app.box.com/s/2lprvrqr40wv52ee7l0jxg1u3vhwnxr6 that is including in the posting.
It kept going to the Wiki.PaB/link.
When pasted into a browser it works, but is 2 articles in Stevenaia's Box. Not really sure the level of correctness there to what Alma was meaning.
    Both Great articles, though.
    Thanks

    Must comment...
Probably more a subject for the Dream Sessions, but ...
Re: "leaving the heavy lifting to others". The letting of others naval analyze the personal dream journal.
Am never wanting an overweight over-thinking White guy with mother issues that smokes too much crack reading his neurosis into a falling off a bike and actually hitting the bottom/ground/mattress journal entry.
