Riddle Sideways: thank you, Listener Master
                   --BELL--
    Riddle Sideways: Welcome, Leaping Adams
Riddle Sideways: it is good to see the leap back in your step
    Adams Rubble: Hello Riddle :)
Riddle Sideways: are you in good spirits today?
Adams Rubble: yes and no :)
Riddle Sideways: good. there is an honest answer
Adams Rubble: :) half of me is very happy and half of me is otherwise
Adams Rubble: like a person at a New years Eve party :)
Adams Rubble: I did not realize until you asked
Riddle Sideways: split personalities are so much fun
Adams Rubble: interesting to see it in oneself
    Adams Rubble: is it split-personality?
    Adams Rubble looks harder
Riddle Sideways: and you had not really looked at your state of ... yet
    Riddle Sideways: Onion
    Adams Rubble wipes a tear
Riddle Sideways: remembering a friend that would always say "State of the Onion"
Riddle Sideways: it was somtimes a play on words, but mostly really meant the many Layered/levels of the onion
Riddle Sideways: that is this self
Adams Rubble: I know people think about layers
Adams Rubble: That hasn't quite worked for me because things come and go
Riddle Sideways: all the works that reference the thousand petals of the lotus. never worked either

Adams Rubble: and if we are observant we can grab that positive energy and have it pull us along instead of letting that negative energy drag us down into the bowels of hell
    Riddle Sideways: yes!!
Riddle Sideways: e.g. re-re-reading the SuperBowl commentaries
Riddle Sideways: there was much about the other teams good plays did not get them 'down'
Adams Rubble: Yo, the Iggles are the greatest
    Riddle Sideways: Fly Iggle Fly
    Adams Rubble: Iggles
    Riddle Sideways: right *Iggles
    Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: Beelll!!! that was way early (7:12). But, was a needed pause
                   --BELL--
Riddle Sideways: Pause right at "that" emotion layer

Adams Rubble: Do you have a favorite NFL team Riddle? Buffalo? SF?
    Riddle Sideways: SF
Adams Rubble: they have nice uniforms
Riddle Sideways: growing up it was Buffalo, but they were not that good
Riddle Sideways: only one flaw in their uniforms
Riddle Sideways: the brand name of their helmets was removed
    Riddle Sideways: :))
Adams Rubble: and Buffalo's best player let his negative energy drag him and others into the bowels o hell
    Riddle Sideways: *SF
Riddle Sideways: seeing the theme here
Riddle Sideways: those Bowels o hell
    Riddle Sideways: those Super Bowels
Adams Rubble: Oh those four super bowels
    Adams Rubble: Marv Levy
Riddle Sideways: and whatz is name
Adams Rubble: their backup QB is now the Iggles Offensive Coordinatpr
    Adams Rubble: Jim Kelley=whathisname?
Riddle Sideways: yes! almost had it, snap
Adams Rubble: Frank reich was the backup
Riddle Sideways: wow! what a memory
Adams Rubble: Frank reich is with the Iggles
Riddle Sideways: and a very young Montana is the Iggles QB
Adams Rubble: I always thought the Bills deserved more dredit for being in 4 super bowels in a row
    Adams Rubble: credit
Adams Rubble: so much of a gap between the team that wins and the poor team that loses
Riddle Sideways: Always thought Buffalo desires much more Credit
Adams Rubble: is an honor to just be there
    Riddle Sideways: period
Adams Rubble: interesting choice of words :) typo?
Riddle Sideways: yes, was reading the NYT article on the most fabulous forgotten catches
    Riddle Sideways: O

Riddle Sideways: well, in NY state, it seems to All be about NYC
Riddle Sideways: and the rest of the state and it's other big city are ignored
    Adams Rubble: yes
Riddle Sideways: when somebody says New York
Riddle Sideways: only the city is thought of
Adams Rubble: they play in NJ
    Riddle Sideways: Right!!!
Adams Rubble: and people say they are in NY
    Adams Rubble: poof
Adams Rubble: don't know where they are
    Riddle Sideways: some many don't
Adams Rubble: this may be the first PaB log to discuss Buffalo football :)
    Riddle Sideways: yes!
Riddle Sideways: don't even need to research that
    Adams Rubble: :)

    Adams Rubble: Cookie Gilchrist
                   --BELL--
    Riddle Sideways: Jack Kemp
Adams Rubble: first 1000 yard rusher in the AFL

    Adams Rubble: :)
    Adams Rubble: Bruce Smith
    Riddle Sideways: O.J.

    Adams Rubble: Shady
Adams Rubble: yes, trying to remember what happened with thurman Thomas at the one super bowel
Adams Rubble: ohhh, the lost helmet
Adams Rubble: he put his helmet down and they moved it to set up a stage and Thurman could not find it
Adams Rubble: missed the first two series
Adams Rubble: after that he did not do well
Riddle Sideways: for the full story and more https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thurman_Thomas
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡

Adams Rubble has much useless memory
Riddle Sideways: seeing how the slightest (in other's view) things can make or break performance.
Adams Rubble: yes, we are slaves to our routines
Riddle Sideways: there are those that think that The Bills or Football or Sports are a waste of time with little redeeming value
    Riddle Sideways: yet
Riddle Sideways: even as a metaphor generator
Adams Rubble: microcosm of human existence
    Riddle Sideways: an analogy engine
Adams Rubble: or bloody waste of time
    Adams Rubble giggles
Riddle Sideways: an hour of your life. That takes 3 hours to play/watch
Adams Rubble: when I was young I used to think that football was a civilized society's replacement for war
Adams Rubble: but unfortunately I have learned that we have football and war, and now football glorifies war
Riddle Sideways: ah, the Coliseum therory
Adams Rubble: football is like a chess game with a little brutality
Riddle Sideways: "WAR! uh-huh, what is it Good for/absolutely nothin. Say it again"
Adams Rubble: like a chess game in which the bishop gets knee injuries and the queen leaves with a concussion
    Adams Rubble: smash mouth chess
Riddle Sideways: all those Pawn linemen holding the middle of the board
Adams Rubble: hard to talk about war
    Riddle Sideways: or not
Adams Rubble: yes, the 350 pound 6'5" pawns
                   --BELL--
Adams Rubble: someone got the scale of the chess pieces all wrong
Riddle Sideways: the Queen would not look so good without them
Riddle Sideways: imagining the instant replay in super slo-mo of the player's hand brushes (or not) the knight on the way to picking up the pawn. Flags flying

absenterio Resident: 's current display-name is "absinman".

Riddle Sideways: and the sign did not give a new one
Riddle Sideways: the corner of Being, existance and Reality being discussed today was American Football
Riddle Sideways: and it's metaphorical meaning on nothing
    Riddle Sideways: bye

Adams Rubble: he was not dressed for football
Riddle Sideways: was not dressed at all
Riddle Sideways: football outside in the snow, ice, rain, mud with bashing into each other is best played with cloths on
    Adams Rubble nods
