Adams Rubble: Hello Riddle :)
Riddle Sideways: oh looked away and did not see the approach method today
Riddle Sideways: Hello
Riddle Sideways: was there leaping today?
Adams Rubble: yes
Riddle Sideways: darn, missed it
Adams Rubble: I have been trying to remember the conversation from last week
Adams Rubble: I do remember that when I listened to the interview rather than reading it, I had an entirely different reaction
Riddle Sideways: well, distractions, interruptions and procrastiations kept the log from being posted until late
Adams Rubble: That alone is interesting since we expend our conversations in text here at PaB
Riddle Sideways: yes, a small point, but listening
Riddle Sideways: is a very developed method
Adams Rubble: not much to say except there was a vulnerability in her voice. We could feel her pain about some things, joy in other things, determination in yet another
Riddle Sideways: and reading did not convey that
Riddle Sideways: and what does that say for the PaB chat logs
Adams Rubble: yes, and reading can not convey that i am sitting with most of my RAM filled up with the project i am working on this morning
Adams Rubble: unless I crash :)
Adams Rubble: I don't know. When we met in RL I did not feel we had missed much except for appearance
Riddle Sideways: trying to get the emotions from reading
Adams Rubble: we do not talk about the fact that we are dying in PaB very often
Riddle Sideways: true
Riddle Sideways: not often in RL either
Riddle Sideways: early bell
--BELL--
Riddle Sideways: and don't sit and talk for an hour with anybody
Adams Rubble: hmmm
Adams Rubble: I do
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: maybe around the table and food
Riddle Sideways: in the car driving to airports
Adams Rubble: we do not record our RL conversations
Riddle Sideways: no
Adams Rubble: Back to beginning, I hope I did not seem to harsh last week
Adams Rubble: I know I was disagreeing abut something or other
Riddle Sideways: nope, in rereading during editing, did not see harsh
Riddle Sideways: *read
Riddle Sideways: well, you were against prosperity
Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Adams Rubble: oh my
Riddle Sideways: theology
Riddle Sideways: nice, fuzzy furry hat
Riddle Sideways: keep you warm
Adams Rubble: I see you have it posted
Adams Rubble: yes, no to prosperity Gospel
Riddle Sideways: you can read it, but hard to find any harsh in it
Riddle Sideways: then again... reading is maybe not to be trusted
Adams Rubble: The prosperity Gospel stuff has Christianity all wrong
Riddle Sideways: can not get the emotions
Adams Rubble: all about me
Adams Rubble: hmmm
Riddle Sideways: do unto others and then cash out
Adams Rubble: I was stuck deciding whether to say Christianity about they or Christianity about us
Adams Rubble: Buddhism about us
Adams Rubble: all connected
Riddle Sideways: all connected
Adams Rubble: I like it when I hit a conundrum like that
Adams Rubble: makes me think
Riddle Sideways: yes
Adams Rubble: Probably Christianity about they
Adams Rubble: them
Adams Rubble: thems
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Adams Rubble: thems equal
Adams Rubble: Now I am curious about whether Christ or Paul taught about self love
Riddle Sideways: you have a book over there on the shelf
Adams Rubble: Paul talks about love in general
Adams Rubble: yes, hehe, just rerear I Corinthians 13
Adams Rubble: reread
Riddle Sideways: the audible book is harder to search
--BELL--
Adams Rubble: here's a verse I never noticed before: For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
Riddle Sideways: an internet search would give 12,345 hits full of personal opinions
Riddle Sideways: who said that?
Adams Rubble: Paul
Adams Rubble: I Corinthinas 13:12
Adams Rubble: Always concentrated on what he said about love and missed that
Riddle Sideways: bet it is not referring to the seeing only in the SL viewer on this monitor
Riddle Sideways: the reading of flat text
Riddle Sideways: nope
Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: we are reflected in our text but maybe not as in a mirror
Adams Rubble: hmmm, what about our avatars
Adams Rubble: a different kind of mirror
Riddle Sideways: reflections of exactly like an us
Riddle Sideways: only reversed
Riddle Sideways: an image
Adams Rubble: maybe not exactly in some cases :)
Riddle Sideways: a portrayal
Adams Rubble looks out through the monitor to the Real World
Adams Rubble: so called real world
Riddle Sideways: scary
Riddle Sideways: looks at face cat looking out the office window at the driveway
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: what do we see
Riddle Sideways: how un-deep do we view
Adams Rubble: the cats here are in the living room sleeping on the couch, one at each end.
Adams Rubble: their facvorite exercise
Adams Rubble: yes, back to the viewing, yes how un-deep
Riddle Sideways: this one is late to being upstairs asleep on the other side of the bed
Riddle Sideways: yes how un-deep
Riddle Sideways: rereading the logs to see the un-deep-ness
Adams Rubble: Twice I started to view more deeply and was easily distracted
Riddle Sideways: thinks that will get quoted and put on the wall
Adams Rubble: So, I am a reflection of the view from real life
Riddle Sideways: hmmm, all those Seeing
Adams Rubble: but at that same time, i am not a reflection
Riddle Sideways: the Seeing through rose coloured glasses
Adams Rubble: ahhh the beings and beings seeing
Riddle Sideways: yes, all those combinations
Riddle Sideways: and the not complete Seeings
Adams Rubble: hehe, yes rose colored and when we read the news, through some other color glasses
Adams Rubble: meant to say beings and Beings seeing
Adams Rubble: maybe the editor could fix that?
Adams Rubble: or maybe leave it as is :)
Riddle Sideways: a better editor might :)
--BELL--
Riddle Sideways: if the voice could have been recorded and the capitol letters heard
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: then there is the readings you've done over the years
Riddle Sideways: and not read the same sentence in this new way
Riddle Sideways: the new meanings
Riddle Sideways: the skipping over that part
Adams Rubble: yes, was thinking about that during the break
Riddle Sideways: and the now reading deeper
Adams Rubble: we see things we missed before like verse 12
Riddle Sideways: having those books of verses all these years
Riddle Sideways: and when the gentle reader comes to these sentences
Riddle Sideways: will not have seen the timestamps
Riddle Sideways: that might have shown the minutes of thought
Riddle Sideways: private reflection
Adams Rubble thinks about the timestamps
Riddle Sideways: silence
Riddle Sideways: the voice recorder would have that
Adams Rubble thinks about the silence
Riddle Sideways: thinks about thinking
Riddle Sideways: and wondering
Adams Rubble: there is a song there somwhere
Riddle Sideways: wondering why thinks about the silence, always seems to have a Paul Simon soundtrack
Adams Rubble: :)))
Adams Rubble: yes, there it is
Riddle Sideways: and a timestamp would show we both wrote our sentences at the same time
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: almost have a title for this session, but the words get in the way
Riddle Sideways: there is a song there too
Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: I wonder, wonder, wonder, why....
Adams Rubble: 4 wonders?
Riddle Sideways: "... who wrote the book of Love"
Riddle Sideways: maybe 5 wonders
Adams Rubble: :)))
Adams Rubble: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs."
Adams Rubble: I Corintihians 13:4-5
Riddle Sideways: thank you
--BELL--
Adams Rubble: Just wanted to make sure that was part of the Book of Love :)
Adams Rubble: Thank you for a wonderful session Riddle :)
Riddle Sideways: good ending point
Riddle Sideways: think you spent a long time in some book
Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: thank you for the good time
Adams Rubble: have a very good week
Adams Rubble: stay warm
Riddle Sideways: and you too. 31F here
Riddle Sideways: snow on the hills
Adams Rubble: It is supposed to hit 66 here today--we got reverse weather
Adams Rubble: will melt all the snow--maybe
Riddle Sideways: some Polar Vortex split thing going on
Adams Rubble: Still crazy after all those years
Riddle Sideways: more Paul
Adams Rubble: Was thinking that too
Adams Rubble: well, bye for now :)
Riddle Sideways: by for now
