Eden Haiku: Yes! We had a time change too, the sun goes up much earlier :)
Eden Haiku: Yes, the lettering :)
Eden Haiku: Any nervousness about the upcoming elections?
Riddle Sideways: was wearing the other other t-shirt too long
    Riddle Sideways: of course
Riddle Sideways: have no idea how it will go
Eden Haiku: Adams writes something interesting about that in her blog.
    Riddle Sideways: welcome leaping Adams
Adams Rubble: Good Morning PaBers :)
Eden Haiku: She is saying whatever happens, you will have to start from there from now. Hi Adams, I was quoting you :) Approximatively I'm afraid .
Eden Haiku: From now on rather :)
Adams Rubble: yes, whatever happens will not be the end of it
    Riddle Sideways: paraphrasing
Adams Rubble: we start with a new reality
    Riddle Sideways: or pair-o-phrasings
    Adams Rubble: hehe
    Eden Haiku: smiles
Eden Haiku: A healthy sense of detachment
    Adams Rubble: whoops brb
    Riddle Sideways: interesting outfit
Riddle Sideways: black and white and red all over
    Eden Haiku: yes!
Riddle Sideways: thought it was newspaper articles

Eden Haiku: Some kind of patchwork yes, with polka dots on the shirt and squares on the dress...
    Eden Haiku: And rectangles
    Eden Haiku: Books maybe?
Eden Haiku: And she has her phone with her!
Riddle Sideways: those little 'devices' are still named Phones
Eden Haiku: maybe she's on the phone?
Riddle Sideways: used less and less for talking on the phone
Eden Haiku: Yes, we should have another name for the small devices you are right!
    Adams Rubble: back, reading
Adams Rubble: I got the cell phone from San's couch in her new lounge :)
    Adams Rubble:my first cell phone
Adams Rubble: I have to go back to the couch for the animation to use it though
    Adams Rubble: :(
Eden Haiku: True. Forgot mine home last Friday and was shopping downtown all day. No more pay phones anywhere. Had to ask kind people in stores to let me use their land line to call home.
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eden Haiku: Oh nice, Adams! Congratulations on your first time-consuming devilish and funny device :)
Riddle Sideways: there is an animation laying on the couch up there?
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eden Haiku: Will try San's couch. I have a laptop in SL but no cell phone.
    Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: and yes, the devices have the shopping lists on them
Adams Rubble: everyone in PaB can have a cell phone
Adams Rubble: will need an animation at the pavilion
Riddle Sideways: and since many of me can't remember how much milk is at home, have to call and ask
Riddle Sideways: soon the refrig will text how much milk is left
    Adams Rubble giggles
Adams Rubble: I am hopelessly out of date
Eden Haiku: I used a stratagem to find some info stored on the cloud. Went to the Apple store, logged in iCloud and got the stored info I needed!
Riddle Sideways: there already are refrigerators with web cams inside to show what is there, but they don't shake and sniff the milk to eval it

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: Not anymore Adams, you are not out of date with this brand new phone!Adams Rubble: hehe
Riddle Sideways: can't be out of Date with a device that has a calendar
Riddle Sideways: and the calendar flips to the new month automagically for you
Eden Haiku: We don't know what will hit us first: a giant storm, AI going crazy or politics of hell...
    Riddle Sideways: stay alert
    Riddle Sideways: to all directions
Eden Haiku: And changes back to daylight time automatically!
Riddle Sideways: oh Yes! that happened
Riddle Sideways: less then half the clocks here needed setting
    Eden Haiku: Same here :)
Adams Rubble is hoplessly out of date, was chasing clocks all over the house
Riddle Sideways: ha, just remembered another clock that did not get changed yesterday
Eden Haiku: Picture Adams with a set of keys running through her house...
Riddle Sideways: all those clock keys

    Time is ticking

    Eden Haiku: Time is ticking
Eden Haiku: Tic tac tic tac tic tac
Riddle Sideways: too much Time on our hands
    Eden Haiku: too little
Eden Haiku: so many things TO DO
Riddle Sideways: To do list is on the phone
Riddle Sideways: got toooo long for paper
Eden Haiku: I keep procrastinating difficult tasks
Eden Haiku: Reaching out to people is always the most difficult for me
Riddle Sideways: Saturday, had set phone down some unknown place, asked a person to call it. they could not find their's
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Eden Haiku: laughs
Eden Haiku: Andif it is in airplane mode, everything is lost...
    Riddle Sideways: abandon hope
Eden Haiku: As we were moving from the country house, packing all sorts of things for leaving in the basement, I couldn't find my phone...
Riddle Sideways: tried to give a person directions to the party and they wanted the street number for their phone's gps
Riddle Sideways: oh dear, one of those boxes
Eden Haiku: Tried to call it. Not ringing anywhere. Not even in the basement. Thought I would have to undo all boxes but it was simply on the floor upstairs between boxes coming to town...Lucky me we didn't step on it...
Eden Haiku: We do become dependent of these intelligent devices :)
Riddle Sideways: yes, that panic of it not in pocket, where is it? what will become?
Eden Haiku: It is snowing here my friends....
    Adams Rubble: ohhh. raining here

Eden Haiku: Bell is not considerate enough with our Ah-Ha moments :)
Eden Haiku: Hear hear Wol :)
Eden Haiku: Bell could be more sensitive to those :)
    Riddle Sideways: should be
Riddle Sideways: was just reviewing all the many 'phone' stories of the last few days
Eden Haiku: Will ring in 786 seconds at 07:46:23: we should remind ourselves not to have any burning desire to share or Ah-Ha moments from 7:46:23 to about 7:48:23 :0
Riddle Sideways: yes, that is bell's time
    Riddle Sideways: just be mindfull

Riddle Sideways: changed the pavillion and land a couple years ago
Subaru Arun:I used to come to the museum a lot
Eden Haiku: It's called Play as Being.

Subaru Arun: I really like it
Adams Rubble: the museum has moved

Subaru Arun: is it somewhere else now then
    Adams Rubble: yes
    Subaru Arun: I see

Adams Rubble: I sent you a landmark
    Subaru Arun: xièxiè
    Subaru Arun: you are kind
Subaru Arun: I must take a look
Subaru Arun: so it belongs to you Miss Adams?
Adams Rubble: no to Mr Adams Dubrovna
    Subaru Arun: how fortunate

    Subaru Arun: ㋡
Eden Haiku: And there is an excellent exhibit at the moment. Quite moving.

    Subaru Arun: thank you
    Adams Rubble: every
Subaru Arun: oh I don't hear the bell
Adams Rubble: it will say it in the chat log in green
Eden Haiku: No, no that's quite fine Subaru. We try to take a step back every 15 minutes or so for 90 seconds, being mindfull, breathing.

    --BELL--

    Subaru Arun: that's good
Riddle Sideways: Wol added a randomness so that the bell is untimely
    Subaru Arun: wonderful
    Subaru Arun smiles
Eden Haiku: The bell rings at odd intervals though :)
    Subaru Arun:I know of Wol
Subaru Arun: ah now I understand
    Subaru Arun: yay
Eden Haiku: And sometimes we talk over and
Eden Haiku: it reminds us to be silent...
    Subaru Arun: oh it's short
Subaru Arun: what do you do in this time?
Riddle Sideways: sometimes 90-sec is too short and sometimes sooooo long
Subaru Arun: yes it is relative
Eden Haiku: Rather short yes. We step back, take a deep breath, being mindful of how we feel, what is happening, what is on our mind.
    Subaru Arun: ah good
Eden Haiku: This time though, I must admit I cheated and checked your profile :)
    Subaru Arun: oh
Subaru Arun: it is what it is
Subaru Arun: I am a very boring person
Eden Haiku: Onmyoji is some animation?
Riddle Sideways: whatttt Eden!! you looked
    Eden Haiku: hehe...
Subaru Arun: it is a kind of japanese cosmology
Eden Haiku: Ah like you name meaning Pleiades, I see :)
    Subaru Arun: yes ㋡
Subaru Arun: most people think it's a car lol
Riddle Sideways: wha... Subaru is a car brand ㋡
Eden Haiku: Are you a meditator Subaru?
    Riddle Sideways: snap
    Subaru Arun: see? ㋡
    Subaru Arun: hahah
Eden Haiku: A meditative car :)
Subaru Arun: I used to do meditations at Nirvana with Isis
Riddle Sideways: 7 little stars on the hood
    Eden Haiku: smiles
Subaru Arun: yes the 7 sisters
Adams Rubble: and Onmyoji includes Shamanic practices?
Eden Haiku: This practice of stopping to take a step back every 15 minutes for 9 seconds has been suggested by the creator of this group Pema Pera.
Subaru Arun: it is a kind of shamanism I think
    Subaru Arun: oh
    Subaru Arun: a novel idea
Riddle Sideways: putting a 1% time tax on life
Eden Haiku: And we are also supposed to do it inRL for 9 seconds every 15 minutes....
Riddle Sideways: instead of an hour a week
    Subaru Arun: really*
Riddle Sideways: a phone app for that
    Subaru Arun: all day?
Riddle Sideways: use to do it all day
Eden Haiku: I did apply it quite well in the first months/years. I celebrated my 9th anniversary at PaB last November 2nd.
    Subaru Arun: how interesting
Subaru Arun: you have been here so long
Riddle Sideways: so easy to get stuck in this groove
Subaru Arun: sl is very transient in many ways
Eden Haiku: Started writing haikus about my experience, but my practise dwindled down..
    Riddle Sideways: morphed ㋡
    Subaru Arun: how wonderful
Eden Haiku: It morphed yes Riddle :)
Riddle Sideways: had almost all of us writing haikus
Subaru Arun: so good that places such as this still exist
Eden Haiku: How was it for you today to take a step back for a short moment with us?
Subaru Arun: and Mr Storm's place too
    Subaru Arun: oh
Subaru Arun: it was hm cute
    Eden Haiku: smiles
Subaru Arun: cute maybe not the right word
Riddle Sideways: Kuan Yin is mostly still there
Subaru Arun: I'm not quick with words
Subaru Arun: I need to think of things for a long time
Riddle Sideways: yes, have to do that too
Eden Haiku: That's ok Subaru. You don't have to answer :)
Riddle Sideways: or even have the answers
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
    Eden Haiku: smiles
Subaru Arun: but I'm used to meditations that last much longer than this ㋡
Subaru Arun: so no time to think ha
Eden Haiku:You have a calendar of all Play as Being meetings on our site. https:/wiki.playasbeing.org

    Subaru Arun: thank you

    --BELL--

Subaru Arun: I thought the meetings were later than this

And Adams now host on Thursday mornings at 7:00. There are a few afternoon sessions as well, and evening sessions so you can choose according to your time zone,
    Subaru Arun: excellent
Eden Haiku: I was typing away, sorry bell :))
Subaru Arun: that is good news
Riddle Sideways: Aggers, often does the Monday 1300
    Eden Haiku: True
Subaru Arun: I notice the sound of the water mostly ㋡
    Eden Haiku: Nice :)
    Subaru Arun: and the birds
Eden Haiku: It's always refreshing to meet someone new doing the practice, it reminds us how precious it is :)
Subaru Arun: there are no scripts here so I can't smile
Adams Rubble: I must go. It was nice to meet you Subaru
    Subaru Arun: yes
Subaru Arun: you too Miss Adams
Eden Haiku: Bye Adams. I'm with you with all my heart for tomorrow.
Riddle Sideways: go have your best day, Adams
Adams Rubble: And have a great rest of the day everyone and good luck tomorrow Riddle and maybe see you thursday

    Eden Haiku: Yes, she's great!
Subaru Arun: so the museum belongs to another Adams yes?
Riddle Sideways: yes, it is confusing, but works
    Subaru Arun: an interesting coincidence
Eden Haiku: She has been at Play as Being from the start, as well as Riddle. Ten years now?
    Subaru Arun: yes, indeed
Subaru Arun: I'm glad that you endure
    Riddle Sideways: just happened
Riddle Sideways: find a nice place
    Riddle Sideways: and stay
Eden Haiku: We are creatures of habit I guess :)
Subaru Arun: but this used to look more like a pagoda I think?
Eden Haiku: Oh! I forgot to ask Subaru.
    Subaru Arun: ?
    Riddle Sideways: yes, it did
    Subaru Arun: I remember
Riddle Sideways: at first it was a little tea house
    Subaru Arun: beautiful
Eden Haiku: We record our conversations and we log them on our wiki. Do you agree? If not, I can remove your name.
Subaru Arun: what did you wish to ask?
    Subaru Arun: oh
    Subaru Arun: yes
    Subaru Arun: I know this
Subaru Arun:I have been here before
    Subaru Arun: so yes
    Subaru Arun: perfect
Eden Haiku: Good :) Thank you. Yes sorry, I wasn't sure.
Subaru Arun: it was long ago
Riddle Sideways: just sometime Eden had to ask
Subaru Arun: I was blonde lol
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Eden Haiku: By mentioning Storm earlier you reminded me that I started reading his online blog and still have to send him some feedback on his poetry and short stories,,.,
Subaru Arun: that was before Nirvana, so must be...hmm...7 years
    Subaru Arun: yes Mr Storm
Subaru Arun: I love his place in Mieum
Riddle Sideways: new owners took it over, but left it the same
Eden Haiku: Haven't return at the temple for a long while...
Subaru Arun: I live 2 sims over in Rieul
    Subaru Arun: well, Rieul/Magoja
Subaru Arun: my land straddles the border

Subaru Arun: yes the pavilion is close I believe
Subaru Arun: near to Yuki and Andi
    Subaru Arun: (cannot type today)

    Subaru Arun: 6 hrs?
    Subaru Arun: omg
Eden Haiku: Never went that long, but 2 hours yes :)
