    1. Oftentimes, the direction of an interview may cause misrepresentations. What did the interviewer get wrong or miss about you in the first interview?

It was fun to go back and read the interview that Adams did with me back in 2011.  While I recognized my words, it felt a bit dated to me.  Dated in the sense that I have moved through time since then and have focused on different things since then.  I still love the art aspects of Second Life and Play as Being.   I still enjoy exploring the concept of self using avatars that I design myself (the subject of my Art of Being 9 presentation).  What is missing from the interview is my intellectual pursuit to find answers to two important questions for me …. Who am I?  and Where do I find myself?

This pursuit has led me down numerous rabbit holes …. through hundreds of books, articles, videos and conversations.  I’ve become a voracious reader in the process.  I've read many books suggested by Guardians in sessions.   My research informs not only my conversations at Play as Being, but also my RL work.   I’ve created a huge network of inspiration that I’ve drawn in part from many at Play as Being along with many I’ve met through my RL work.  It is true that the more you learn, the more you realize how little you know!   I’ve spent the last 15 or so years diving into a diverse range of topics.   Its been the most rewarding experience for me and its never ending.  Its a journey I feel I’ve just begun in many ways and look forward to continuing for the rest of my life.

    2. What has changed in your relationship with the Play-as-Being community or how has Play-as-Being changed for you?

I’ve grown to love the Play as Being conversations and projects.  I’ve come to appreciate Play as Being as a huge resource of ideas and as an opportunity to try out my own ideas.  In many ways, I don’t know how I feel about something until I have an opportunity to tell someone about it, if that makes sense.  Hearing myself talk with others has revealed much about myself to me.  I’ve gotten to work with many in the community and have enjoyed all my interactions with the group.

    3. What have you learned from Play-as-Being? and/or What have you learned from individuals in Play-as-Being?
I’ve learned so much from everyone at Play as Being … I’m not sure where Play as Being stops and real life begins!   Real life is an unfortunate phrase … Play as Being is real life for me … just a different vehicle to explore life with.

    4. Please list and/or describe any events you organized or participated in during the last two years. This question is one way to record these events for the Chronicles. (Photographs welcome).
In addition to the many Art of Being Project, one of the most fun projects I organized was the re-building of the PaB campus, specifically the Pavilion Project.  Our Pavilion design contest was important for those of us who decided to keep PaB going.  It felt a bit like the legend of the Phoenix bird rising from the ashes … it united us through the metaphor of building, of creating space to be … to play as Being.

I’ve also enjoyed both the TSK Sessions and the Wisdom of Lived Experience Sessions.  Both were and still are huge learning experiences for me and have pushed me into areas that I wouldn’t have explored on my own.

     5. What has kept you as an active member of the Play-as-Being community?

I think all of the above answers would be part of the answer to this question … its a multi-faceted exploration that has led me to many fascinating ideas and I feel enlightened by the experience.
