Being a red blob with sparkle

    Eden Haiku: Good morning Riddle!
Eden Haiku: Can you see me?
    Riddle Sideways: Good Morning, Eden
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Eden Haiku: I'm only a red blob...Trying to rebake :)
    Eden Haiku: Humm...
Riddle Sideways: can see you, however am not good at the words discribing sweater, poncho, top, shirt, what you are wearing
    Eliza Madrigal: and sparkling jewelry
Riddle Sideways: is just fine, let's sit and discuss it
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Riddle Sideways: Always the sparkling jewelry
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Ok, that's what I'm wearing. Complexity is 20,707. is it too much? Trying to sit my red blob...
    Riddle Sideways: you always sparkle
Eden Haiku: Hi Eliza, Adams. Welcome:)
    Riddle Sideways: hi ALL
    Eliza Madrigal: Aloha everyone :)
Adams Rubble: Good morning Eden, Riddle and Eliza :)
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Riddle Sideways: Eden, has the blobs today
    Eliza Madrigal: oh no
Eliza Madrigal: Did you try raising complexity?
Riddle Sideways: use to be called the Ruths
Eliza Madrigal: I like 'the blobs' - describes so many things
    Eden Haiku: Raising complexities Eliza?
Adams Rubble: Thing that always works for me to check and make sure you are wearing your shape
Eliza Madrigal: In preferences, there is a slide...
Adams Rubble: you look fine to me though Eden
Eliza Madrigal: we all see you well
Riddle Sideways: a complexicity of 20K should be seeable easily. 120K is more normal [complexicity!!!]
Eliza Madrigal nods, shape might be more likely, especially after changing clothes
Riddle Sideways: It is always hardest to see our true selfs
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eliza Madrigal: if it helps, I can go invisible too :)
Eden Haiku: Sorry was frozen in a screen :) Eden Haiku: Don't mind me. How are you guys is asking the red blob?
Riddle Sideways: right! there is a ruth red blob avi

    All the silent people

Riddle Sideways: did none of us get the Flu?
Eden Haiku: Not this week :)
Eliza Madrigal knocks on wood. I had an off few days, but no full blown flu. Also had shot
Riddle Sideways: wouldn't that be nice... to not wear this shape
Eden Haiku: loves the expression "knocks on wood":)
Eliza Madrigal hesitates to say it aloud, but this and last year, had only small colds, whereas I usually am susceptible
Riddle Sideways: you are around less small school children now
Eliza Madrigal is revealing all her superstitions lol
Eliza Madrigal: that's a big part of it!
Eden Haiku: Wonderful Eliza. The fairies of the flu didn' hear that, they won't be tempted :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
Riddle Sideways: because "Knocks on a fairy" would be Wrong
    Eliza Madrigal laughs
    Eden Haiku: giggles
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eden Haiku: half-way thru reading last guardians sessions...
    Eliza Madrigal:Art workshop today
Riddle Sideways: ok, won't spoil the ending
    Eliza Madrigal: :)

    --BELL--

    Eden Haiku: :)
Riddle Sideways: Oh! is that today?
Eden Haiku: Art workshop today? Afraid I won't have time for that...
Riddle Sideways: Can't make it! :( so many errands in town... and need workshop so
Eliza Madrigal: Maybe Bleu will follow up, or at the least those who do attend will be able to help others :)
Riddle Sideways: Noting that some of the Silent People are back. in the next sim.
Eden Haiku: Ah, the silent people...
Riddle Sideways: wonder where they go
Eliza Madrigal hums ... all the silent people...
    Eden Haiku: :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: and need to get back to cake baking
Riddle Sideways: thought if had lessons in box stuffing, that cake making would be easier
Eliza Madrigal thinks 'invisible, don't look at me' lol
    Riddle Sideways: whoops, already looked
Eliza Madrigal: Oh box stuffing. I can ask Bleu about that! >whew< some doable progress
Riddle Sideways:the great and wonderful Eliza will go to the Bleu workshop and learn soooooo much
Eden Haiku: And she will teach us :)
    Riddle Sideways: yes
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Eliza Madrigal: in my way... which, well, you know...
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal: probably means we'll have to ask Bleu again, haha

    A RL meeting in Amsterdam

Eden Haiku:A RL meeting in Amsterdam in the works it seems?
    Eliza Madrigal nods
Riddle Sideways: heard that one of the Florida people is going all that way to join in
    Eliza Madrigal: yes, excited
Eden Haiku: Sadly , will be in Quebec city for my book in April. Going to Europe in May though.
Eliza Madrigal: not the most practical decision I've ever made, but feel good about it :)
Eden Haiku: can you extend your stay so we meet in Paris Eliza ?
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, so close, Eden
    Eden Haiku: Yes :)
Eliza Madrigal: how I wish! I looked at so many packages, wanting to do what Eos is doing which is go through Paris
Eden Haiku: yay, that would be great!
Eliza Madrigal: I've never set foot in Europe...always thought Paris would be the first time
Eliza Madrigal: but being with pab Friends again is the main thing
Eden Haiku: Amsterdam is a lovely city, so lovely! I would love to go back...
Eden Haiku: Like a doll’s house.
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: How many are meeting Eliza?
Eliza Madrigal: Confirmed, I think 6? and Non confirmed, or at least not booked yet 9?
Eden Haiku: Wow! That will be great!
Eliza Madrigal: I lean toward more retreating and this is a meetup, so I'm not sure what will be different
Eliza Madrigal: nice to celebrate in Pema's hometown
    Eliza Madrigal: well, home country
Eden Haiku: Ah yes, in an urban setting though, that will be different for sure :)
Eliza Madrigal: New Orleans was urban and chaotic too

    --BELL--

Riddle Sideways: hmmm, a retreat might have more quiet times. A meetup has lots of yelling, chats, half told stories
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Ah yes, I remember you telling us about New Orleans retreat :)
Eliza Madrigal: was so strange and interesting
Eden Haiku: Wondering if she will ever meet others in RL. Serendipidity needed :)
Riddle Sideways: Knowing these people as PaB and SL is so special. many times would not want a RL image to derail that
Eliza Madrigal so wants to go to Montreal with oldest daughter, to hear her use and brush up on French :) And of course to RL hug Eden <3
    Eliza Madrigal: that's true Riddle
Eliza Madrigal: Most PaBers are similar in RL, underneath. We get to know each other through conversations
Riddle Sideways: Then Again ... a couple people were better in RL ㋡
Eden Haiku:OH! That would be wonderful Eliza!!!!
Riddle Sideways: to meet Eden and not understand a word she says
    Eliza Madrigal: heheh
Adams Rubble:Most of the people I met in RL are no longer here in SL
Eden Haiku: I do speak English you know Riddle and my accent is not that terrible :) Giggles
    Adams Rubble: here
    Eliza Madrigal: that's true too
    Riddle Sideways: so Sad
Eden Haiku: Still in touch with these ancient Pabbers Adams?
Riddle Sideways: Ah, but z french accent is zo....
Riddle Sideways: does no matter what is said
    Eden Haiku: zo...
    Eden Haiku: hehe!
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
    Adams Rubble: no Eden
Eden Haiku: You mean I can get away with any silly stuff?
    Riddle Sideways: yes
    Eden Haiku: I see Adams...
Eden Haiku: Strange the way connections with others come and go isn'it?
    Adams Rubble: yes
Eden Haiku: Still have friends from my twenties ans thirthies but no childhood friends at all.
Adams Rubble: recently a couple of ancient paBers have come into SL to look around :)
    Eliza Madrigal: oh, that's nice
Eden Haiku: Oh, do tell us Adams :)
Adams Rubble: glad to see the Zen retreat is still there
Adams Rubble: I try to say hello when I see an old name show up
Eden Haiku: Once I met Pila wandering near the fountain. Was so glad to see him:)
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)

Only in SL Unless a Valley Goddess

Riddle Sideways: and Moon is now on all the time
    Adams Rubble: oh yes
Eden Haiku: We had tea and a chat :)
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, I should visit Hikari for a meditation
Eden Haiku:Moon yes, I miss his gardens :)
Adams Rubble: and Prosper is in for his sessions at the Buddha Center
    Eliza Madrigal: wow
Adams Rubble: can still see Moon's gardens :)
Eliza Madrigal:I went through a tough time with my eyes and unfollowed/unjoined so many groups [missed that: sorry to hear about your eyes Eliza]
Eliza Madrigal: know so little of what is going on still
Eden Haiku: Yes, right, I can GO there. If the gardens don't come to you, GO to the gardens :)
    Eliza Madrigal: !!
    Eliza Madrigal: et voila
    Eliza Madrigal: thanks Adams (?)
Adams Rubble shows off Moon's flowers
Eden Haiku: Oh, the magic!!! Thank you Eliza!
    Riddle Sideways: ohhhhhh, beautiful
    Eden Haiku: Or Adams :)
Riddle Sideways: the Lindens help erase many friends and groups a few years ago
    Riddle Sideways: oooo virtigo
    Eden Haiku: dancing lavenders!!!
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
Eden Haiku: What a sweet dance Adams!
Riddle Sideways: think yer suppose to shake a grass Skirt not a grass landscape ㋡
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Eliza Madrigal laughs
Eliza Madrigal: "only in SL" unless a valley goddess

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: That was amazing Adams!
Eden Haiku: You made our little world whirl!

Riddle Sideways: what our meeting are suppose to do
Riddle Sideways: once (or more) a session, your foundation should be whirled

    Ice skating dancers

Eden Haiku: Whirling our worlds, yes! Did any of you watch the Olympic ski jumps and the ice skates dancing?
    Eliza Madrigal: YES!
Riddle Sideways: yes, have been watching it alllllllll
Eliza Madrigal: Tessa and Scott... Canadians last night - wow!
Riddle Sideways: disagreeing with the judges
Eliza Madrigal: And Adam was amazing
Eliza Madrigal: (take that Pence, lol)
    Eliza Madrigal: sorry
Riddle Sideways: well, of course you would like all those tooo good Canadians
    Eliza Madrigal giggles
Eden Haiku: Loved the Opening ceremony with the future of children as brain surgeons and AI specialists and calligraphy teachers with holograms...
Eliza Madrigal: I missed the Opening... and can't find video yet
    Eliza Madrigal: :(
Riddle Sideways: an advert said the Opening was up someplace
Eden Haiku: Oh! Saw the opening late at night the next day, will try to find video Eliza. That was magical! [Here is a link I found of the Operning ceremony. It’s 42 minutes, in Korean and English but it doesn’t seem to have the holographic images I talk about: https://youtu.be/xnfIIYFDgKY ]

Eliza Madrigal: I usually don't have tv but subscribed to a service for a few months for this
Eliza Madrigal: I'd really appreciate that
Riddle Sideways: maybe NBC is hiding it away someplace
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal: maybe replaying it while I'm asleep
Eden Haiku: Yes Tessa and Scott were amazing. And the Us brother and sister duet was magnificient too. And the Russian. I love ice skates dances!
Riddle Sideways: the big animals (Tiger, Dregon, etc.) were so fabulious
    Eliza Madrigal: really is inspiring
Eden Haiku: Missed that part unfortunately,s o I do need to find the Opening video :)
Eliza Madrigal: those SL animators need to work on couples ice skating animations :)
Eden Haiku: Saw pictures of the Tiger,,,
Eden Haiku: Yes, that would be fabulous couples ice skating animations in SL!!! Hint hint

     Virtual Reality

Riddle Sideways: so nice that tech is used now as supplement instead of a gee whiz
Eliza Madrigal: did notice all the VR commercials along with the games
Eden Haiku: Yes Riddle, that's a good turn of events :)
Riddle Sideways: yes. need new VR glasses
Adams Rubble seems to have missed lots of excitement
    Riddle Sideways: sorry, Adams
Eden Haiku: The ski jumps for the women were terrible: too much wind and half of them ended up falling on the hard snow... I was amazed to see them recovering so fast...
Riddle Sideways: it comes but every 2 years now, so get all worked up
Eliza Madrigal: watching skiiers makes my knees hurt, so I don't watch lol
Riddle Sideways: Ah, yes the Wind
Eden Haiku: Would never do that but enjoy watching them do it!
Eliza Madrigal: all those little hills, hahah
    Eden Haiku: Vicarious fun.
Riddle Sideways: even RL here had such weird wind yesterday
Eden Haiku: Chilly winds in paradise Riddle?
Riddle Sideways: semi-chilly. it was the 30mph taking yard leaves into driveway then 1 minute later 30mph the other way to clean them off
    Eliza Madrigal: whoa
Eden Haiku: Ah! living in paradise... :) Lucky you!
Riddle Sideways: then watch skiers/snowboarders trying to pick when to go
Eden Haiku: We had another ice storm yesterday and all sidewalks are icy under a pretty sun today.
    Eliza Madrigal: Sigh
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Riddle Sideways: ok, cancel you 10k walk today
Adams Rubble: was thinking about you yesterday eden when we had all rain
Eden Haiku: Can't wait to be strolling on a Cuban beach :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Adams Rubble: I must go and work on my project. I hope you all have a nice day :)
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Eden Haiku: Might be a gym theadmill walk if it's too slippery...
Adams Rubble: bye for now :)
Eliza Madrigal: have a nice day Adams :)
Riddle Sideways: thank you for the garden
Eden Haiku: Bye Adams. Have a nice day work on your project!

Moving from dreaming to being a dreamer

Eliza Madrigal: Eden, have you learned much about shamanic path dreaming in your studies/explorations? Have meant to ask if maybe, post-Cuba, you could attend at least one dream session
Eliza Madrigal: and maybe share a little

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: Sure, I would love to Eliza.
Eden Haiku: Yes, I do shamanic "journeying" in my drum circles :)
Riddle Sideways: ha, smiles at Eliza pushing dream session
Eliza Madrigal: there is a lovely person who attends that, but not PaB very much, who has some background also
    Eliza Madrigal: :) Riddle
Eliza Madrigal: Not pushing, inviting to enrich and experience :))
Eden Haiku: Oh, will have read dream sessions ahead and find time for attending. Is there a book being read?
Eliza Madrigal: I'm really interested in this, but find myself unable to share what I learn... think it is too new
Eliza Madrigal: re shamanic path dreaming
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, we started off with a book, but no book now...
Eliza Madrigal: Zen shares a bit from various things he is reading
Riddle Sideways: Zen, quotes from several books
    Riddle Sideways: snap
Eliza Madrigal: and we don't record sessions
Eden Haiku: Yes, you have to trust your wording instincts Eliza, I find young women in my drum circles are so good at putting words on their "journeying' .
    Eden Haiku: Oh, no logs...
Eliza Madrigal: just some notes.... I can give you that link
Eden Haiku: Is it in voice or in written form?
    Riddle Sideways: written
    Eliza Madrigal: https://wiki.playasbeing.org/index.php?title=Classes_and_Sessions/Dream_Circles%2C_Dream_Sessions/Dream_Practice_Sessions_(2017_-_2018)/Dream_Practice_Session_Notes
Eliza Madrigal: so far just text
Riddle Sideways: but, sometimes personal info
Eden Haiku: Ah, easier when it's in written form...
Eden Haiku: Otherwise, everybody talks at the same time :)
Eliza Madrigal: I haven't written notes for the last session yet, where we watched the rocket launch together :)
Riddle Sideways: ha ㋡ hard to believe that
Eden Haiku: Don't feel pressured to share notes though Eliza. I can as well jump in the way I am...
Riddle Sideways: Eliza is never behind
    Eliza Madrigal: that's perfect Eden
Eden Haiku: I will be back to PaB on March 8th.
Eden Haiku: Is dream session still on Mondays afternoon at 1pm?
Eliza Madrigal: Okay, it is completely up to you when schedule allows, we meet a bit earlier than a normal afternoon session
    Riddle Sideways: at noon
    Eliza Madrigal: Tuesdays
Eden Haiku: At noon Tuesdays... Hard for me: I have my Pilates session at 11. But maybe I can jump in a bit late?
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, sure, or we can try another day as a change
Eliza Madrigal: it just has to be early for Zen's schedule
Eden Haiku: Ah ok, maybe you can send me a reminder on Twitter Eliza?
Riddle Sideways: late is mostly ok, the lovely hostess gives a notecard of the chat
Eliza Madrigal: I'll ask the group to see when we could all find another day in March
    Eliza Madrigal: Sure!
Eden Haiku: Cuba is very slow wifi, but I will connect once in a while...
    Eliza Madrigal: :) nice
Eden Haiku: My last shamanic journeying was quite fascinating.
Eden Haiku: I made a drawing of it that you saw on Twitter Eliza. With the mooses and the children bearing candles.
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, yes! lots of energy
Eden Haiku: It was " meeting the spirit of the North"
Eden Haiku: I usually travel with a lynx who is my ally, leads me and protects me.
Eden Haiku: Do you "dream" with an ally Eliza?
Eliza Madrigal: Mmm... not as such. Shapeshifting occasionally, but no consistent familiars
Eden Haiku: The founder of Foundation of Shamanic Studies, Michael Harner, died last week in his lates eighties.
Eden Haiku: Is it dreaming at night or traveling in a dream world in a transe?
Eliza Madrigal: for me always night. I have a very hard time going into trance stories/sallies in the day
Eliza Madrigal: we've been talking a little about the difference between this and typical lucid dreaming, where you identify "I'm dreaming"
Eden Haiku: Oh! That's closer to dream then. You cannot "drive" it I guess.
Eden Haiku: In shamanic journeying, it's a bit like SL avatar driving but much much much faster!
Eliza Madrigal: a few months ago I had a strong intuition that said I could move now from dreaming to being a dreamer, something like that
    Eden Haiku: Oh, that's nice!
Eliza Madrigal: but no real evidence of that!
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Riddle, you are also attending the dream sessions?
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Riddle Sideways: not doing so good

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: I will gladly join you and hopefully have interesting dreams while in Cuba :)
Eliza Madrigal thinks Riddle's dreams are quite interesting
Riddle Sideways: recalling more then ever, but still not advancing on lucid
Eden Haiku: I'm sure they are!
Riddle Sideways: ok, so some laugh :0
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Lucid dreaming is something I had just a very few dreams, a long time ago... Just seconds or minutes...
Eliza Madrigal: I find noticing "I am dreaming" which is the step to driving the dream, makes me self-conscious, then I can't immerse into the story
Riddle Sideways: and maybe 'Naps', that have been discussed a bit, are closer to dreamer daytime ops
Eden Haiku: I like the hypnagogic states in which you are a bit both conscious and unconscious at the same time... silly stories pouring through...
Eliza Madrigal: yes this seems richest ground
    Eden Haiku: Or images rather
Eden Haiku: Stories is a grand word for all that silliness :)
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
    Riddle Sideways: Silliness!!!! What!

    Hypnosis

Eden Haiku: Sometimes when I wake up at night, I listen to a French psychologist who does hypnosis to go back to sleep on You Tube, He is so good!!!
Riddle Sideways: thinking that the Red Blob could be a very good ally, guide, traveler
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Lubzynski is his name, Benjamin Lubzynski. Has a great voice.
Eliza Madrigal takes note and thinks it might be interesting to try even if in French
Riddle Sideways: Ahhhhh! a french accent to hypnose back to sleep
Eden Haiku: The red blob as an ally, yes, Riddle, why not... There are all kinds of allies. One of mine is the Virgen of Guadalupe...
Eliza Madrigal: sometimes I use yoga nidra meditations on Insight Timer too
    Eliza Madrigal: Oh, nice, Eden
Eden Haiku: Yes, even in French, I'm pretty sure you would enjoy that. I listen on my phone, not watching the image and I usually fall asleep even before noticing how precise he is...
Eden Haiku: Describing the way the unconscious is starting to send images while you are still awake..
Eden Haiku: You might end up speaking French Eliza!
    Eliza Madrigal: :) Perhaps so!
    Riddle Sideways: hmmmm
Eliza Madrigal: Storm used to recur in my dreams like a guide, every year around my PaB anniversary, and I would have a sense of what was next or what seemed important. Now I don't have those dreams and it bothers me a lot
Eliza Madrigal: the last one I had he jumped out of the balloon
    Eden Haiku: Oh!
Eden Haiku: you miss him as a guide Eliza?
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Eliza Madrigal: well I don't have the kind of confidence those dreams gave me...
Riddle Sideways: wish there were time in May to visit Storm
Riddle Sideways: but, it will be all family stuff
Eliza Madrigal: aw, going to CO?
Eden Haiku: This is my favorite link from Lubzynski hypnosis for sleep: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uNiacsFA2is
    Riddle Sideways: yes
    Eliza Madrigal: Sigh, how lovely
Eliza Madrigal: thank you Eden, saving now
Eden Haiku: Visiting you son in Denver Riddle?
Eden Haiku: How is he doing?
    Riddle Sideways: should be graduation
    Riddle Sideways: crosses fingers
    Eden Haiku: Oh wow, congratulations!
Eliza Madrigal: yay! Congratulations to your family!
Eden Haiku: A brilliant young man just like his dad!
Riddle Sideways: got error on that URL, maybe it does not allow in USA
Eliza Madrigal: Nothing compares to that feeling of 'they're doing ok'
Riddle Sideways: or not to put asleep at this time of day
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, okay for me Riddle
Eliza Madrigal: he does have a nice clear French voice
    Eden Haiku: Oh sorry Riddle...
    Eliza Madrigal wonders
Riddle Sideways: there worked the second time
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: The first time, I listened while awake, to make sure he wasn't saying weird things.. But no, He is simple and it's very gentle and sweet.
Eliza Madrigal: if I keep listening I will be trance napping soon

    --BELL--

    Goodbyes

Eliza Madrigal: but I'd better go, if I want to return for the art workshop to be able to teach everything... :))
Eden Haiku: Reminding you everyone else is asleep in your neighborhood and that you are joining them in their sleep, than you go up to the stars and so on...
    Eliza Madrigal: ohhhh
Eden Haiku: Yes, thanks Eliza! have a nice day!
Riddle Sideways: awakes up a bit
    Eliza Madrigal: thank you <3
Riddle Sideways: ok, need to do
    Riddle Sideways: and go
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: have a nice workshop!
    Riddle Sideways: thank you all.
Eliza Madrigal: Have a lovely walk and errands running
Eden Haiku: Thank you Riddle for being here this morning, faithful friend :)
Eliza Madrigal: stay safe and unslipped
    Riddle Sideways: ha
    Eden Haiku: Yes, thanks :)
