    To not know

    Riddle Sideways: .
    Riddle Sideways: howdee, Eden
Eden Haiku: Good morning Riddle. How are you?
Riddle Sideways: back, had to find whatever old cat knocked off desk
    Riddle Sideways: 50.02%
    Riddle Sideways: how are you
Eden Haiku: You are feeling numbers, that’s revealing :)
Eden Haiku: Dreaming of impeachment, without knowing much about it :)
Riddle Sideways: sum total of all the separate feelings
Riddle Sideways: well, lying is one of the impeachable acts
Eden Haiku: But then, all the rules seem to have been changed :(
Riddle Sideways: never have known so many people to say "just don't know"
    Eden Haiku: Mmmm
Riddle Sideways: it shakes people to not know, not be able to predict
Riddle Sideways: to have to wait until
Riddle Sideways: not know ahead of an event how it will turn out
    Eden Haiku: Yes...
Riddle Sideways: yet some enjoy reading a mystery novel or watching a sports game
Riddle Sideways: without knowing the outcome and who-done-it
Eden Haiku: In real life, the consequences are much more sensitive...
Riddle Sideways: so, just the right number of people in the right places wanted to go with the loud mouth
Riddle Sideways: saying things gotta change
Riddle Sideways: now scared of that change
Riddle Sideways: or not knowing the change
Riddle Sideways: or whether it will really happen
Riddle Sideways: like, wasn't it just talk to get elected ?
Eden Haiku: Our reality might be very different in a year from now, and not just in the USA...
    Riddle Sideways: yep, everybody connected

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: Strong right wing winds all over the planet...
Riddle Sideways: "don't know" if one guy can turn words into actions
Eden Haiku: Maybe not, that would be a relief...
Riddle Sideways: ha, the winds have changed and Mary Poppins has left the building
Eden Haiku: Alice has crossed through the looking-glass...
Eden Haiku: Gate, Gate, Paragate Parasamgate...
Riddle Sideways: would like to buy a clue on that one
Eden Haiku: I have no idea what the syllables mean, but the sounds are soothing...
Eden Haiku: The emptiness of everything I guess :)
Eden Haiku: The vast expansion of nothingness...
Eden Haiku: Not this, not that
Riddle Sideways: what is the word/phrase/grammar term for word that taste good to say
Eden Haiku: Oh! I don't know if there is? Is there one?
Riddle Sideways: Oh! thought there was
    Riddle Sideways: there should be
Eden Haiku: Maybe you are right, it doesn't come to mind right now, or maybe I don't know it?
Eden Haiku: There should be, right!
Riddle Sideways: when a word of a poem just sounds good
Riddle Sideways: is worth repeating out loud
Riddle Sideways: and everybody in the library shhhhhes me
Eden Haiku: Most mantras have this sweet sensation when you utter them, sing them, repeat them
Eden Haiku: You do that? How funny :)
Eden Haiku: Om Mane Padme Hum
Eden Haiku: Hare Krishna, Hare Rama...
    Eden Haiku: Kyrie Eleison
    Eden Haiku: Hallelujah

    You want it darker’

    Riddle Sideways: Oh!!!! Hallelujah ...
Riddle Sideways: the opening of SNL
    Riddle Sideways: must watch TV
Eden Haiku: Was so sad to hear Leonard Cohen had passed away...
Riddle Sideways: yes, spent an evening listening/watching youtubes of Leonard's
Eden Haiku: Loved his last album so much. 'You want it darker". And here we are. IT IS darker...
Riddle Sideways: so sad to answer, Yes
    Eden Haiku: Yes
Riddle Sideways: blow out the candle
    Riddle Sideways: Henane
    Riddle Sideways: (sp?)
Eden Haiku: Oh Henani, yes, with the synagogue choir...

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: It's au revoir/ My once so bright...
    Eden Haiku: Traveling light...
Riddle Sideways: found it, watch this later: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lat8z9AhOh4
Eden Haiku: His son who produced the album said Leonard was recording from a therapeutic chair. And his voice is yet so deep and rich....
Eden Haiku: Thanks Riddle, I will!
Eden Haiku: In Montreal, people were gathering in front of his house, bringing flowers and candles....
Riddle Sideways: 2 or so weeks ago, Adams was chatting so much about the new album
Eden Haiku: Yes, we didn't know Cohen was going to pass away so quickly...
Riddle Sideways: Nov. 7th, so he didn't see/hear the election
Eden Haiku: Listening to Cohen's songs in English even before I was fluent...All my friends were fans and most of us were not bilingal then. But we loved him. I read his two novels much later and his poetry to. Loved it all.
Eden Haiku: Oh he did die before? I thought he died the next day? That is when the news came out then?
Riddle Sideways: For almost a year (late Dec.) it seems not a week has gone by without spending an evening or day re-listening to a just passed artist
    Eden Haiku: Yes, Bowie, Prince...
    Riddle Sideways: long list
Eden Haiku: "Year by year, month by month, day by day, thought by thought" : it takes a lot of mental clarity to create such a pure adamantine verse like that :)
Riddle Sideways: or good drugs :)
    Eden Haiku: laughs
Eden Haiku: And 10 years or so of zen meditation in Mount Baldy :)
Riddle Sideways: there are sooooo many paths
Riddle Sideways: one path might be to sit in a virtual pavilion and listen to the stories brought in
Eden Haiku: Have you ever tried ayahuasca? Many young people in my drum circle did experiment it. I would be too afraid to try that... Yes, I prefer being at this virtual pavilion :)

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: Listening to the fountain and to Cohen's last album on my telephone,,
Riddle Sideways: not even knowing what that is, so probably not
Eden Haiku: Digged up some old CDs and listened to Cohen all week end...
Riddle Sideways: put on youtube and they played Cohen cuts on and on
Eden Haiku: Ayahuasca is a powerful drug South American shamans use.
Riddle Sideways: ty, looked it up too
Eden Haiku: It's not recreational at all: you vomit for days...
Riddle Sideways: found: affordable retreats in Peru & an Ayahuasca Church in America
Eden Haiku: Hope the hippie in you is not too tempted :)
Riddle Sideways: alright!!! like to vomit for days
Eden Haiku: But then you get a CLEAR very CLEAR mind they say :)
Eden Haiku: After all the vomiting...
Riddle Sideways: image of vomitting out all the poisonness thoughts
Riddle Sideways: an empty mind and stomach
Eden Haiku: But our 9 seconds every 15 minutes practice would lead us there if only we would do it consistently...
Riddle Sideways: was just thinking tat
    Riddle Sideways: that
    Eden Haiku: snap
Riddle Sideways: this hippie hasn't done drugs in so many years
Riddle Sideways: only fresh air now
Riddle Sideways: deep lungfulls of fresh air

    Dancing out poisonous thoughts

Eden Haiku: In my last dance class we did a dance letting go of poisonous thoughts and other obstacles.
    Riddle Sideways: good dance
Eden Haiku: Deep lungfulls of fresh air is good for us :)
Riddle Sideways: trying to let go
    Riddle Sideways:of poisonous thoughts
    Riddle Sideways: in a breath
    Riddle Sideways: in a dance
    Riddle Sideways: in 9-sec

Missing a dance teacher and Thursday sessions

Eden Haiku: Our teacher is now in Uruguay at a dance congress and she will be back only in 5 months :(
Riddle Sideways: a 5 month dance congress
Eden Haiku: I wonder if she took ayahuasca in her youth...She's from Argentina,
Riddle Sideways: or for one of the months of the congress
Eden Haiku: She teaches all over South America. She's the best teacher I ever had. I love her. We all do.
    Eden Haiku: Already missing her...
Riddle Sideways: remembering you glowing after the weekend
Eden Haiku: Ah yes, I'm registered for the next one in May, then the daily class and the wonderful workshop she's giving in July in the countryside.
Riddle Sideways: fresh countryside dance air
Eden Haiku: She's the most natural woman I ever met. So simple, so authentic. A bit like our Eliza who I miss too :)Do you attend the Thursday sessions Riddle?
Riddle Sideways: haven't in some time, always seem to be busy or out then
    Riddle Sideways: :(
Riddle Sideways: will be out coming 2 Thursdays

    --BELL--

Riddle Sideways: Eden use to be there on Thursdays also
Eden Haiku: Ah...me too. Didn't even have time to tread the sessions. Yes, I used to be there but remember last summer I was doing NOTHING. These days are gone alas,,,
Eden Haiku: I didn't hear the bell but I see. It's 8 o"clock. Which is 11 my time and I have a Skype appointment at 11h45, so I'm in a bit of a rush.
Eden Haiku: Sorry bell... Wishing you a wonderful Monday and a great week-after Riddle
Riddle Sideways: have lost the path to sitting at the pavilion to hear the Eden report of dreams, deer and ...
    Eden Haiku: Deer reports hehe
Riddle Sideways: ok, by and have your best day and week
Eden Haiku: Thank you sweet friend

Miss you too, Eden. What a sweet thing to say. I hope I'm becoming like that. :)

Want to see the meditation I've been doing recently?
    https://vimeo.com/170333917

If per chance you're unable to see it, it is the scene where the stink spirit comes to the bath house. ;-)
