    Gliding along on a pool of love


    Eden Haiku: Went sailing a few days ago
    Eden Haiku: with my brother
    Eden Haiku: On a big lake near Ottawa
    Eden Haiku: Felt wonderful!

    Eden Haiku: Yes and sooo peaceful...

    Eden Haiku: It was part of a family party for my book and my birthday (which is still a few weeks away).
    Eden Haiku: Spending time with my brothers and sisters-in-law, niece and grand-nephews was priceless.
    Eden Haiku: We shared so many stories...
    Eden Haiku: The porto was excellent though and erased a lot of those...
    Riddle Sideways: summers and after holidays you've always glowed after spending time with family

    Eden Haiku: Yes, true. We don't see each other a lot but we value the time together :)

    Eden Haiku: As I don't have children of my own, I'm grateful to enjoy my brothers' lttle ones :)
    Riddle Sideways: son swooped through, spent the night got car, cat, possessions and drove off to Boulder
    Eden Haiku: Your grown up children didn't make you a grandfather yet I think. Still too young...
    Riddle Sideways: only a few minutes of good talk
    Eden Haiku: A swift son:)
    Riddle Sideways: yes, ready to be a "Grand-person" and play with kids, but they are too young and not in the right spots of life.
    Eden Haiku: smiles
    Eden Haiku: Wait till they need you and your spouse to baby-sit the grandkids, they will stick home more and more :)
    Riddle Sideways: daughter is more and more getting that special smile when seeing babies or toddlers

    Riddle Sideways: she knows not to be a single parent though
    Riddle Sideways: so, might be a while
    Eden Haiku: Neighbors here have 2 years old twin girls, We met them on a walking path yesterday. I opened my arms to one of the toddlers and she happily let me hold her for a bit of the walk. I felt outjoyed!
    Riddle Sideways: oh! that is great
    Eden Haiku: Young children are such a blessing!
    Eden Haiku: An the older deer brought us her two fawns for the first time yesterday!
    Eden Haiku: I fell in love with the smallest one. So cute!!!

    Eden Haiku: I'm talking about baies and cute animal babies, might I be avoiding some difficult topics in the news?
    Riddle Sideways: can't remember last time seeing a deer having two around here

    Riddle Sideways: last weekend, one of the absolute favorite loves of the 60's just popped into town

    Eden Haiku: It takes just the slighest poof of wind to steer me away from exercising. Even my 10,000 steps, I skipped...Too much fun to be with people, talking and joking...

    Eden Haiku: Only a high school kid then? That's impressive!
    Riddle Sideways: took 4,000 pages of paper with 100 people on each to Washington
