    Wol Euler smiles.
    Wol Euler: good morning, eliza
    Eliza Madrigal: :) Still here
    Eliza Madrigal: Morning
Wol Euler: it can't be dawn yet?
Eliza Madrigal: not yet... had been tossing and turning for a while and then thought, ah, it is Friday... Wol will be at PaB
    Wol Euler: awwwwww
    Wol Euler smiles.

Eliza Madrigal: how is the day so far?
Wol Euler: only an hour old, but it's been a good one
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Wol Euler: read some Dickens with my breakfast, listened to various performances of the Kol Nidre while sitting here
Wol Euler: and realize that I am experiencing wht one might call "Yom Kippur envy"
    Eliza Madrigal: lovely

    Eliza Madrigal: Oh?
Wol Euler: awareness of the loveliness and warm-furry-cuddly community aspect of religious services
Wol Euler: and how dry and cold our (my) logical world is
Wol Euler: actually this may just be an after-effect of the Dickens
    Eliza Madrigal: chicken/egg

Wol Euler: I'm reading "Our mutual friend" again, and today's chapter was the death of Betty Higden
Wol Euler: I find it unspeakably moving
Eliza Madrigal: how will you get through the day now? :)
    Wol Euler: hehehehehh
Wol Euler: today is a public holiday so the office is only working a half day. hah-
Wol Euler: slight overlap with boss whose half is the early one
Wol Euler: so I'll at least be alone with my grief

Eliza Madrigal: on days of atonement one generally asks for forgiveness ... omission/commission... so let me do so :) It is a little of a make-shift secular service I guess
    Wol Euler smiles.
    Wol Euler: oh, eliza
Wol Euler: you do so much good in so many places for so many people
Wol Euler: but I am happy to forgive you for anything that you may have done in any circle whre we overlap
Eliza Madrigal: not sure, but even if that were true, just being in the world, it is impossible I think, to give anyone their due.. to listen well enough, be enough present

    --BELL--

    Wol Euler nods.
    Wol Euler: agreed
Eliza Madrigal: thank you Wol :)
Wol Euler: I feel I have so much to apologise for that I hesitate to begin
Wol Euler: but it is a good thing to do
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, well notice mine is a bit of an umbrella or we'd really have to set aside the day
    Wol Euler laughs.
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Wol Euler: If I have hurt you or yours through action or inaction, deliberate of completely unaware, or caused you unreasonable amounts of extra work through not posting my sessions (cough) please accept my apology
    Eliza Madrigal giggles
Eliza Madrigal: sorry for giggling... very sweet. thank you
    Wol Euler smiles.
    Wol Euler: thank you

Eliza Madrigal: unposted sessions are a bit of a hunt now, but i'm glad that I get to read them
    Wol Euler nods.
Eliza Madrigal: I'm going to take an early shower and try to start the rather busy day ahead, but it was very nice to touch in this morning
    Wol Euler smiles.
Eliza Madrigal: wish you well on a sacred day
Wol Euler: it was lovely to see you again, dear Eliza
    Wol Euler: ♥
    Eliza Madrigal: ♥ ♥ ♥
