The Guardian for this meeting was Mickorod Renard. The comments are by Eliza Madrigal.
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Cat and Kori :) I'm here just writing a notecard
Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
Korel Laloix: At the office in and out.
Eliza Madrigal: good to see you anyway Kori, seems like forever
Eliza Madrigal: I like the change of center
Korel Laloix: LIfe has been very busy recently.... so on when I can.
Eliza Madrigal: Kori I have read in the logs so know that your life has changed a lot recently...whirlwind.
Korel Laloix: It is a nice pavilion I think.
Catrinamonblue Resident: :) I like the fountain and water sounds
Eliza Madrigal: Hope you are feeling well
Eliza Madrigal: You too, Cat :))
Catrinamonblue Resident: nods, have read too :)
Eliza Madrigal: I am surprised the fountain feels so natural in this setting.. looks very pretty
Eliza Madrigal: but some of the copper feeling is gone
Catrinamonblue Resident: yes it does :)
Eliza Madrigal: hm, why do I have this odd red thing in my chat box....
Eliza Madrigal: do either of you see it... next to "nearby chat" ??
Catrinamonblue Resident: nothing in mine :)
Eliza Madrigal: Is it a warning of some sort?
Eliza Madrigal: hmmm
Eliza Madrigal: Hiya Agatha :)
Catrinamonblue Resident: Hi Aggers :)
Agatha Macbeth: Greetings
Korel Laloix: Osiyo
Eliza Madrigal: I also like the way Darren made the fountain area look as though it continues under the seating
Eliza Madrigal: natural touch
--BELL--
Catrinamonblue Resident: yes :)
Agatha Macbeth: Oh a fountain
Eliza Madrigal nods
Eliza Madrigal: for me there is a disconnect between outside in view and inside out, but the scheme is warm and relaxing from the latter
Catrinamonblue Resident: I did like it the other way... all coppery and with the fire, was very warm and cozy
Eliza Madrigal: me too Cat
Eliza Madrigal: but for sometimes
Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
Eliza Madrigal: goodness not easy to incorporate everyone's sensibilities :))
Eliza Madrigal: Hiya Mick
Catrinamonblue Resident: smiles :)
Agatha Macbeth: Hello Mick
Catrinamonblue Resident: hi Mick :)
Korel Laloix: You think we have any sense?
Korel Laloix smiles
Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
Catrinamonblue Resident: lol
Eliza Madrigal: hm... cushion just sent me an email, too
Mickorod Renard: Hiya folks
Eliza Madrigal: hah Kori, well that's another question
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Bruce :)
Agatha Macbeth: Hello Brucie
Mickorod Renard: Hi bruce
Bruce Mowbray: Hi, everyone.
Catrinamonblue Resident: Hi Bruce :)
Beginning...
Eliza Madrigal: I have a dream notecard but it is short...shouldn't take the whole session just maybe add into it
Dream shared on notecard:
Eliza Madrigal: who else?
Mickorod Renard: great!
Mickorod Renard: I have a couple somewhere
Mickorod Renard: ty Liz
Eliza Madrigal: I wrote it out as I would if for Luci's group's way
Bruce Mowbray: Truly a cool dream, Eliza.
Eliza Madrigal: it was peaceful and unexpected, thanks
Mickorod Renard: a lovely dream Eliza
Eliza Madrigal: still no sex, alas, haha
Catrinamonblue Resident: lol :)
Mickorod Renard: he he
Korel Laloix: I remembered another dream, but like normal, it was just a second or two of it. SO can tell in one sentance if you want.
Eliza Madrigal: yes please do
Bruce Mowbray: yes, please, Kori.
Catrinamonblue Resident: listens
Korel Laloix: I was walking on a wet sidewalk that was obviously flat, but I kept slipping to the left, and did not want to step on the oddly green grass.
Eliza Madrigal: oh, interesting, especially for a one line dream ^^
Mickorod Renard: yes, he he
Eliza Madrigal: oddly green = fake seeming? too bright?
Korel Laloix: Looked fake.. or maybe animated.
Mickorod Renard: reminded me of childhood dreams..of sitting on the curb of a road that gets busier and busier and being affraid to stand up for fear of falling into the passing traffic
Eliza Madrigal: hmm, or virtual? :)
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe SL grass
Eliza Madrigal: snap
Korel Laloix: lol.. maybe..smiles.. brb
Agatha Macbeth: Just change the texture ;-)
Eliza Madrigal giggles
Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
Bruce Mowbray: :)
Eliza Madrigal: was that a recurring dream Mick?
Mickorod Renard: yes Eliza
Mickorod Renard: i think an anxiety dream
Eliza Madrigal nods
Eliza Madrigal: seems lots of dreams are trying to work through anxieties
Mickorod Renard: yes, I suspect that too Eliza
Eliza Madrigal: or just show that they are there
Mickorod Renard: or to try and get over the restriction that anxiety can create
Eliza Madrigal nods
Eliza Madrigal: I really like when one can dream through to an openness, so I liked the feeling of this morning's dream, that the inside was another outside
Mickorod Renard: your dream Eliza, i have dificulty absorbing it
Eliza Madrigal: not much to grasp onto maybe
Mickorod Renard: I dont know if ethereal is the right word..but it comes to mind
Eliza Madrigal nods... it reads that way to me also, although the feeling was not spacey
Mickorod Renard: have you had any thoughts about it?
--BELL--
Eliza Madrigal: I was writing yesterday, and specifically about the way self orients itself, directs toward...
Eliza Madrigal: or is that
Eliza Madrigal: and how seeing that effort being made
Eliza Madrigal: is 'where' or 'what' to drop to enter into a kind of deeper meditation
Eliza Madrigal: so I think it was a kind of experience of that
Eliza Madrigal: with visual
Mickorod Renard: yes, that makes sense I think
Catrinamonblue Resident: wish I had dreams like that. mine are mostly about houses :-p
Eliza Madrigal: gem as insight perhaps, access into the openness
Agatha Macbeth: Here comes Ara
Eliza Madrigal: :)) Cat, I love house dreams!
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Ara :))
Agatha Macbeth: Hiya blondie :)
Bruce Mowbray: Hi, ara.
Mickorod Renard: Hi Ara
Catrinamonblue Resident: Hi Ara :)
Mickorod Renard: How do you think the friend fitted in Eliza?
Agatha Macbeth: Well I had more luck TPing Ara than I did with Mick :p
Eliza Madrigal: :)
arabella Ella: Hiya everyone!
Eliza Madrigal: She is a meditation teacher actually, although I didn't make the connection til you asked
Mickorod Renard: so maybe this is linked to the meditation and retreat that you are in progress with?
Eliza Madrigal nods... that just ended
Eliza Madrigal: so perhaps fruits of contemplation focus
Eliza Madrigal: nothing to figure out really :)) not a puzzle dream like Kori's (perhaps?)
Mickorod Renard: Eliza, could you let Ara have a copy of your dream please?
Mickorod Renard: I couldnt do it
Eliza Madrigal: yes, have given
Mickorod Renard: ty
Eliza Madrigal: and also Kori's lines
Mickorod Renard: ah great ty
arabella Ella: thanks Eliza!
Eliza Madrigal: most welcome
Mickorod Renard: yes, the lil gems may be what is a combined amount of snippets that help the journey to greater enlightenment?
Mickorod Renard: and then the next phase
Eliza Madrigal: the retreat helped to rekindle my practice, I think, and some lines I shared on the wiki about different kinds of silence people offer...
Eliza Madrigal: inner spaciousness came to mind
Eliza Madrigal: and being around people who didn't give wisdom or insight so much as just inner depth... thought I'd like to offer more of that for others, be that more
Eliza Madrigal: :) guess that's it
Eliza Madrigal: thanks for listening, lol
Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
Mickorod Renard: :)
Mickorod Renard: Thankyou for sharing
Eliza Madrigal: yw
arabella Ella is still listening with interest :)
Eliza Madrigal: I do like the idea of a gem door, seems more to that symbolism that I'll muse on
arabella Ella: and i love the sense of openness and the colours ... you nearly got as far as smells of openness
Eliza Madrigal: mmm, yes.... there was feeling of the ocean but no smells I think
arabella Ella: and i suppose openness is symbolic for freedom in one sense or another
Mickorod Renard: I sort of got stuck with the door leading to another interior or exterior,,,,sort of a bit paradoxical to me,,but maybe I didnt comprehend that right
Agatha Macbeth wonders what openess smells like
arabella Ella: he he
Eliza Madrigal: :) Agatha :P
Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
Eliza Madrigal: freedom, empowerment perhaps.. moving forward
arabella Ella: I can smell grass after rainfall in spring - that's the type of openness I had in mind
Agatha Macbeth: I can hear the grass grow
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe nobody remembers that one
Eliza Madrigal: I hope so, re freedom.... can definitely feel that impression, spring rain
--BELL--
arabella Ella: James Brown was it?
Eliza Madrigal wondering Aggers
Agatha Macbeth: The Move
arabella Ella: he he
Agatha Macbeth: Roy Wood
Eliza Madrigal: Oh? lol
Mickorod Renard: I like Korel's, I wondered about the delicacy of not going on the grass
arabella Ella: my take on the dream -
arabella Ella: there is a sense of aesthetic beauty related to the colours of the gemstones and the blue-ness
Agatha Macbeth: Not blue meanies I hope
arabella Ella: and definitely a sense of freedom as the door leads one ... not into a closed room with no freedom but unexpectedly into the openness of the outdoors where if I got it right you saw a temple
arabella Ella: you need to unlock a door and it is not difficult to get some more freedom that your heart may desire ??
arabella Ella: (hope that is not saying too much!)
Eliza Madrigal: the second outdoor space was the temple too... as if to call "inside" an illusion
Agatha Macbeth: Find a bottle that says 'drink me'
Eliza Madrigal: not at all, thank you
Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
Eliza Madrigal: ((Aggers))) hehe
Eliza Madrigal: I feel like I've been making continual transitions for years now and it does feel right to kind of drop preoccupation with that and flow more with heart, so appreciate that insight
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe you need to stand still for a bit
Eliza Madrigal: :) or "just sit" more
Agatha Macbeth: Sit still for a bit then
Eliza Madrigal: wonder if Korel's has to do with getting away from SL more ... seems life has been pulling that way
Agatha Macbeth: But then you do that here of course
arabella Ella: yes and to understand that the key you need to unlock whatever it is you wish to look for is in your very hands or close by
Eliza Madrigal nods nods... not far, yes that is the feeling
Eliza Madrigal: excuse me for a moment pls
Mickorod Renard: np
Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
Agatha Macbeth: George again?
Mickorod Renard: your very quiet Bruce?
Catrinamonblue Resident: pokes Bruce :)
Agatha Macbeth: Perhaps the dragon has laryngitis
Mickorod Renard: maybe
Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
Agatha Macbeth: That's the trouble with dragons
Mickorod Renard: I was wondering if Bruce, or anyone else has another dream?
Agatha Macbeth: Way too busy guarding gold
Bruce Mowbray: I'm still here.
Mickorod Renard: hiya
Agatha Macbeth: Yay
Mickorod Renard: he he
Agatha Macbeth: Brucie
Bruce Mowbray: I keep typing stuff into the chat but it's not taking.
arabella Ella: wb Brucie!
Bruce Mowbray: ty.
Catrinamonblue Resident: yay Bruce :)
Bruce Mowbray: I've been here all along, listening with interest.
Bruce Mowbray: I love the "clearing" quality of Eliza's dream...
Bruce Mowbray: like comig into a clearing in a forest, sort of.
Bruce Mowbray: (no Dragon today, actually).
Agatha Macbeth: Day off?
Bruce Mowbray: and I was wondering what Kori thinks about the tilt of the sidewalk to the left.
Mickorod Renard: yes, I had mused over the openings..you can sort of find peace in both solitude and in finding space
Bruce Mowbray: It almost seems as if the gem (as "key" to opening the temple door) was only a token -- that it might not have been necessary at all... because the opening into the opening was already there, if that makes ay sense.
Mickorod Renard: I had anoth reoccuring one as a child,,it involved a slippery pavement that sort of thrust be sideways towards the passing traffic
arabella Ella nods
Bruce Mowbray ponders "Dharma Gates...."
Eliza Madrigal: back, apologies..... son now has puppy :)
Agatha Macbeth: Bill's brother
Bruce Mowbray loves Eliza's adventures with George.
Agatha Macbeth: Woof
Eliza Madrigal: I was bothered that I didn't take time to look at the gem but seeing it as not strictly necessary is an interesting angle
arabella Ella: the only thing i find a bit strange is
Mickorod Renard: yes Bruce, this was in a way what had drawn me into thinking the gem/keys were more realizations as in contemplative
Bruce Mowbray: so the approach to the gate is itself a Gate; and the doorway is also a Gate; and the opening beyond the gate is a Gate.
arabella Ella: you hooked the gem over the top of the door but on the other side you stress the fact that the gems only went up half way
Bruce Mowbray listens carefully
Eliza Madrigal nods Ara... this is strange to me too... how does one pick up a gem but then hang it over a door?
arabella Ella nods
Agatha Macbeth: Easy
Eliza Madrigal: but that's what seems to have happened...
Agatha Macbeth: Lara croft does it
arabella Ella: and how then are there no other gems on the top back part of the door?
--BELL--
Eliza Madrigal: it hooked over kind of like it would have been attached to a fabric, but there are many many others
Mickorod Renard: dream worlds are wierd places..i suspect its metaphorical in some way
arabella Ella nods
Agatha Macbeth: Wollie ♥
Eliza Madrigal nods
Wol Euler: evening all!
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Wol :))
arabella Ella: Good evening Wol!
Mickorod Renard: perhaps you still have an attachment to the lil gems this way?
Mickorod Renard: Hi Wol
Wol Euler: hello ara, haven't seen you in ages
Catrinamonblue Resident: Hi Wol :)
Eliza Madrigal: will give you dream copy and Kori's line in IM
Wol Euler: thank you
Eliza Madrigal: seems a good point mick
arabella Ella: yes Wol I have not been around much nice to see so many familiar faces here :)
Mickorod Renard: a bit like a key on a string
Agatha Macbeth: Usual suspects
Eliza Madrigal: OH! ha ha
Eliza Madrigal: so this is funny....
Agatha Macbeth jumps
Eliza Madrigal: at the dentist, they gave me the key to the ladies room...
Eliza Madrigal: and it was on a back scratcher...
Eliza Madrigal: haha.... and hooked over the door
Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
Eliza Madrigal laughs
Agatha Macbeth: Um
arabella Ella: interestng he he
Eliza Madrigal: so that must be where that came from, or that material I used to make up the sensation in the dream
Eliza Madrigal: so funny
Mickorod Renard: well,,sounds posible
Eliza Madrigal: was this long shoe horn kind of gadget I hadn't seen since living with great grandparents
arabella Ella: partially yes i guess but there is a lot of symbolism in your dream
Eliza Madrigal: yes
Eliza Madrigal: I think we pull familiar sensations to make something tangible/understood?
arabella Ella: maybe
Wol Euler nods.
Eliza Madrigal: profound and mundane is sometimes an illusory boundary like inside and outside
arabella Ella nods
Agatha Macbeth: Or all three
Mickorod Renard: yes, very strange realizations sometimes
Mickorod Renard: but a lovely pair of dreams
Eliza Madrigal nods ty
Eliza Madrigal: brb again, sorry..wg meeting in a moment and tea kettle is whistling
Catrinamonblue Resident: :)
Wol Euler: :)
Mickorod Renard: and Kori, not much said about yours,,but reminded me so kmuch of my childhood ones
Eliza Madrigal: Kori is at work so hard to ask for further details
Mickorod Renard: yes, but nice to see Kori too
Eliza Madrigal: indeed
Catrinamonblue Resident: Slips away... Bye all... was interesting to listen :)
Eliza Madrigal: (really no comments while I was away scalding myself?) lol - have "talked" too much this session :)
Eliza Madrigal: bye Cat, sys
Korel Laloix: Thanks.. smiles.
Agatha Macbeth: ^.^
Agatha Macbeth: You never talk too much
Mickorod Renard: bye Cat

My first thought was that I am reminded of the color work I have studied and the idea of a gem/color as an opener feels related to an exploration of that material.I could speak to that part...actually I will open my book here and try to convey what I am seeing there.
Blue:
In waking our eyes synchronize with nature through light, syncing with that truth.....it was suggested in the color work that in dreaming when we see blue we might be syncing with a collective consciousness kind of truth...a dreaming truth. Particularly in seeing the ocean...perhaps the truth of the plane of collective consciousness.
For the opalescent:When you dream of penetrating a membrane or barrier this is the opal sphere. By dream moving from one side of a shield to the other you have the experience of eliminating duality. These dreams are highly significant and to be understood as thoroughly as possible. They are seeding a new way of experiencing life. ( from the Dreamer's Wheel- Connie Kaplan)
In the first dream I am reminded of of the song Both Sides Now. I feel like the opening seems to show that there is presence on both sides. When I had the 9/11 dream( on 9/11/2001) I was looking deeply in the three persons intensely blue eyes before singing the song at the end of the dream. All I knew with my dream was that I had experienced something profound in the dream. And It was an opening. Probably one of the most profound in my life. It suggested to me I guess that we are all collectively participating together as we dream.
thank you for sharing the dream,
Luci edited 16:21, 8 Aug 2015
Thank you so much for participating this way. It is wonderful when you can be in session but as you see from the way I wrote my notecard I think of you as there anyway - just in a different manner. We live in this time where, even our "RL" business and family meetings take place from all these long and yet no distances, in fact I just received an invitation to a birthday party for a 1 year old that will include a life stream cutting of the cake! :)
Your comments here are very stirring, Luci, especially because since I shared the dream the impressions have stayed with me as though more profound than I'd first considered: the dream itself is like itself - a light blue and opalescent gem!
This is what I realized while reading your comments about non-duality and "both sides now," which gave me the sense that you were truly holding and in the gem with me too.
I'd said during the session that I was bothered that I didn't take the time to even look at and into the gem... that I offered it without even doing so, but isn't it peculiar the way we are doing that now, like, as in your 9-11 dream, time is all flipped and flopped around.
<3 u Luci.
Thank you again. edited 16:49, 8 Aug 2015
It occurs to me that you did not look because it is an innate part of you, a part on the being level rather than the doing level. The effortlessness suggests that too. The dream might be an expression
of peace and non-duality that you carry innately. The dream waking you up to the truth of that.

Luci
Life is not flat...it requires balancing awareness.
The oddly green grass perhaps lit up by the sun or by chemical intervention.
The color might be there to add balance in the path taken by our world, or the dreamer.
