    Riddle Sideways: hi
    Bruce Mowbray: Hi.
Bruce Mowbray: Recovered from the party yet?
Riddle Sideways: so many mystifying things
    Bruce Mowbray: Yup.
    Bruce Mowbray: Care to elaborate?

    --BELL--

Riddle Sideways: tried to fall from the sky and kept hitting other plots
Riddle Sideways: then could hear Bleu's music
Bruce Mowbray: Is it plots all the way down, then?
Riddle Sideways: all the way in here
    Bruce Mowbray: Hmmm.
Bruce Mowbray: I enjoyed reading what you emailed us from Pema - circa 2010.
Riddle Sideways: oh, that was a nice find
Bruce Mowbray: I could imagine him in Kyoto writing that.
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Riddle Sideways: there are gems like that all though the wiki
    Bruce Mowbray nods.
Bruce Mowbray: Do you remember the short story by J.D. Salinger... "Teddy" ?
    Riddle Sideways: ummmm, no
Bruce Mowbray: Well, I read it several decades ago,
Bruce Mowbray: and some lines are coming back to me from the story...
    Bruce Mowbray: while reading TSK.
Bruce Mowbray: As usual, it involves an adolescent boy and his younger sister....
    Bruce Mowbray: (like Catcher...)
Bruce Mowbray: At one point, Teddy is watching his baby sister in a highchair, drinking her milk....
    Riddle Sideways: ok
Bruce Mowbray: and he says, "It was like God pouring God into God, if you know what I mean."
Bruce Mowbray: That's the feeling I got when I read Pema's "gem."
Bruce Mowbray: Time pouring time into time.
Riddle Sideways: sounds exactly like TSK
    Bruce Mowbray: Yes.
Riddle Sideways: bet J.D. stole the phrase and altered a little
Bruce Mowbray: Cosmos pouring Cosmos into Cosmos, maybe.
    Bruce Mowbray: ha ha.
Bruce Mowbray: Sorry I missed my session last week.
    Riddle Sideways: np
Bruce Mowbray: Was at the Taft Art Museum in Cincinnati with an artist friend.
Riddle Sideways: sorry not to have read the email correctly
Bruce Mowbray: Special exhibit of Impressionists.
Riddle Sideways: what was your impression ist
Bruce Mowbray: I was very IMPRESSed.
Bruce Mowbray: Had never heard of Daubigny before... (I hope I spelled it right).
    Bruce Mowbray: http://www.taftmuseum.org/daubigny-m...s-of-landscape
Riddle Sideways: well, the other 2 are favorites
Bruce Mowbray: The exhibit had excellent works from both.
Riddle Sideways: was wondering how to spend the afternoon
    Bruce Mowbray nods, listens.
    Riddle Sideways: exploring Daubigny online
Bruce Mowbray: His paintings are quite moving.
Riddle Sideways: spent the morning closing browser tabs
    Bruce Mowbray: ahhhh!
    Riddle Sideways: /listens
Bruce Mowbray: I'd never started up a discussion with museum guards before....
Bruce Mowbray: All three of them were artists...
Bruce Mowbray: as well as another man about my age.
Bruce Mowbray: (I reported about it at our TSK session on Thursday.)
Riddle Sideways: oh the one missed
Bruce Mowbray: Hmmm. I thought you were there...
Bruce Mowbray: I missed on Monday of this week.
Riddle Sideways: Eliza missed yesterday and so very few came

    --BELL--

    Bruce Mowbray: Really....?
Bruce Mowbray: I knew Eliza would not be there.
Riddle Sideways: knowing Eliza would keep us in line
    Riddle Sideways: would bring people
Bruce Mowbray: Probably worn out from the party, huh?
Riddle Sideways: Eden was sick yesterday too
Riddle Sideways: somebody with a cold must have been touching the cake
    Bruce Mowbray: :)
Riddle Sideways: hope it isn't a virus
Bruce Mowbray: Bleu did a great job of setting up the scene....
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Riddle Sideways: the photos are great
    Bruce Mowbray nods.
Bruce Mowbray: I took a couple dozen myself, but didn't pass them around... (yet).
Riddle Sideways: took 2 and they came out as bad as the viewer shows
    Bruce Mowbray: Oh dear.
Bruce Mowbray: (getting a whole lot of lag today...)
Riddle Sideways: SL viewer showed the cards having big box fronts and backs
    Bruce Mowbray nods.
Bruce Mowbray: I never use the viewer's camera.
Riddle Sideways: FS viewer did not show Stevania's feathers
Bruce Mowbray: I always use SnagIt, instead.
    Riddle Sideways: oh /listens
    Riddle Sideways: screen capture?
Bruce Mowbray: SnagIt is an excellent screen capture program, yes.
Bruce Mowbray: It will capture anything on the screen - including movies.
Bruce Mowbray: And then you can put in lettering, arrows, etc.
Bruce Mowbray: I got a free copy that is now about a decade old...
Riddle Sideways: letters and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each to be used as evidence
Bruce Mowbray: but it works great.
    Bruce Mowbray nods.
Riddle Sideways: use PrintKey2000 which is probably 16 years old :)
    Bruce Mowbray: Hmmmm.
Bruce Mowbray: I learned the hard way that Apple keyboard do not have "Print Screen" keys.
    Bruce Mowbray: +s
Riddle Sideways: that +s could go several places
Bruce Mowbray: i could probably have figured out some other way of activating SnagIt, but I didn't.
Bruce Mowbray: es, the kboard I'm using right now seems to be sticking...
    Bruce Mowbray: and skipping keys.
    Riddle Sideways: this one also
Riddle Sideways: has for several months
Bruce Mowbray: Don't know why that would be.
Bruce Mowbray: Could it be SL?
Bruce Mowbray: Now I'm SURE it is SL.
Riddle Sideways: dirty and old and abused and and and
Bruce Mowbray: (or maybe my ISP.)

    --BELL--

Riddle Sideways: am having troubles getting back into TSK
    Bruce Mowbray: Really?
Riddle Sideways: went to bed very late last night
Bruce Mowbray: What seems to be the problem?
Riddle Sideways: openned it up to read
    Bruce Mowbray nods, listens.
Riddle Sideways: do not even find place
    Riddle Sideways: and was asleep
Riddle Sideways: might have sleep read
    Bruce Mowbray: :)
Riddle Sideways: but, did not retain
Bruce Mowbray: I found it difficult to jump ahead to exercise 17.
Bruce Mowbray: I needed to reread the intervening stuff.
Riddle Sideways: am trying to read that intervening stuff
Bruce Mowbray: ....with the little diagrams ....?
Riddle Sideways: a sentence will twist and an image takes the concentration awwwwwayyyyyyy
Bruce Mowbray: yes, I do understand that.
Bruce Mowbray: It's probably not a good practice to do this, but sometimes i substitute my own words...
Riddle Sideways: oh, just got reminded of somewhere need to be
Bruce Mowbray: kk, Good to see you..
    Bruce Mowbray: Be well.
Riddle Sideways: o I'm late, I'm late for a very important date
