    Riddle Sideways: Hey Adams
Riddle Sideways: you are here early?
Riddle Sideways: I should change to something more dignified
    Adams Rubble: Hello Riddle :)
Adams Rubble: Is that a Michael jackson outfit?
Riddle Sideways: ummmm, seems to be :)
                   --BELL--
Adams Rubble: Sorry was a bit distracted multi-tasking--back now
Riddle Sideways: yesterday, was one of those "hey what is this in inventory" days
    Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: would you have difficulty talking with Michael Jackson here?
Adams Rubble: Tough job facing inventories
Adams Rubble: I can handle it :)
Riddle Sideways: good, because that is a little bit of current thinking

Adams Rubble: Is the TSK group still meeting?
Riddle Sideways: they are on vacation
Riddle Sideways: or at least many of the participates are on vacation
Adams Rubble: give others a chance to catch up I guess
Riddle Sideways: was trying to catch up, but started over
    Adams Rubble: ohhh

    Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: so, have 2 books going now

    Riddle Sideways: both have exercises
    Riddle Sideways: homework (blah!)
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Riddle Sideways: meditation, searching
Adams Rubble: We have so many different methodologies available to us nowadays
Riddle Sideways: TSK is a religious/spiritual book with almost all those loaded words removed
Riddle Sideways: Mussar is very jewish, but is general spirituality and personal soul growth
Adams Rubble: I find it interesting that so many Tibetan Buddhist leaders are trying other approaches to bring the message to the western world.
    Riddle Sideways: too many?
                   --BELL--
    Riddle Sideways: *methodologies
Adams Rubble: Too many if we try to go in too many directions at once but just right if we want to try to find more common ground
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Adams Rubble: There is a limited amount of time we have to read and the internet is affecting our attention spans :)
Riddle Sideways: remembering 50 years ago there were also many many books available with other approaches
Adams Rubble: TSK is getting near 40 years old :)
Riddle Sideways: personally am getting tired of people fact checking our conversation data during lunch at a resturant :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: I have not experienced that yet
Riddle Sideways: Do you remember the Electric Monk in one of the Dirk Gently books?
Adams Rubble: I never read any
Riddle Sideways: the introduction of the Electric Monk is great
Riddle Sideways: oh, see we could take the rest of the hour chatting with in actuate info
    Adams Rubble listens
Riddle Sideways: but, a quick Google gives:
    Riddle Sideways: http://theelectricmonk.com/ElectricMonk.html
    Riddle Sideways: done
    Riddle Sideways: ha
    Riddle Sideways: the third paragraph
Riddle Sideways: so many religions, beliefs, therories, methodoloies, ets. etc. are available
    Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: call in the Electric Monk to save people the time and trouble
Adams Rubble: and that God needed a lot of money sent to a certain box number
    Riddle Sideways: lol
Riddle Sideways: might be time to point Watson at all the beliefs on the Internet
Riddle Sideways: and grind out the summary
Adams Rubble: or at rallies of a certain politician
Riddle Sideways: oh, no need, it has already been done
    Riddle Sideways: by the mice
Riddle Sideways: hey, do not let fact checkers into the political rallies
Adams Rubble: someone has defended Donald trump for thinking Scotland wanted to leave the EU because the people were shouting "leave, l;eave". How as he to know they were talking to him?
    Riddle Sideways: ha
                   --BELL--

Riddle Sideways: didn't go, bbut heard about it from many
Adams Rubble does not understand the worship of bacon happening nowadays
Adams Rubble: what are the exercises in the Mussar like?
Riddle Sideways: ah good, back on a suitable topic :)
Riddle Sideways: am just getting to them
Riddle Sideways: exercises to help analyze where your ... pressure points(?) exist
Riddle Sideways: not the right word
Riddle Sideways: your personal values, struggles, etc.
Riddle Sideways: were they are and help move them
Riddle Sideways: need to know where you are before going home
Riddle Sideways: already have a second book (not started) of 365 exercises
Adams Rubble: Have you done some or did you mean just getting to them?
Riddle Sideways: the first exercises are measurements
    Adams Rubble listens

    Adams Rubble: hmmm
Riddle Sideways: do you automatically reach in your pocket for share change
Riddle Sideways: or ignore the needy
Riddle Sideways: if there are like 18 attributes
Riddle Sideways: which 13 would you work on the most, soonest,
Riddle Sideways: exercises to measure the place you are
Riddle Sideways: book keeps talking of a personal curriculum
Riddle Sideways: (love having a speel checker)
Adams Rubble: It sounds a bit like bodhisattva training :)
Riddle Sideways: building or just knowing 'your' personal curriculum
    Riddle Sideways: you have oen
    Riddle Sideways: *one
    Riddle Sideways: now find it
Riddle Sideways: once found, maybe work on it
Adams Rubble: thank you for the introduction
    Riddle Sideways: maybe soon to know enough to give a better introduction :}
Adams Rubble: Is the book author a modern writer?
    Riddle Sideways: yes
