    Agatha Macbeth: Yay
Agatha Macbeth: Could have been nasty
Zen (Zen Arado): it was nasty enough
    Agatha Macbeth: Right
Zen (Zen Arado): I managed to stay out of hospital anyway
    Riddle Sideways: good
Riddle Sideways: people get sick in hospitals
Zen (Zen Arado): I don't like those places
    Agatha Macbeth: Always good!
    Agatha Macbeth: Who does
Zen (Zen Arado): overworked nurses and not many facilities for the disabled
    Agatha Macbeth nods
Agatha Macbeth: If you're not disabled when you go in you are when you come out
Zen (Zen Arado): that could happen
    Agatha Macbeth: Bloody NHS
Zen (Zen Arado): last time I will send there was a woman who had an intestinal blockage
Zen (Zen Arado): I heard the doctors say they would have to operate to clear it but she might not survive the operation
Zen (Zen Arado): I always wonder if she did
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh dear
    Riddle Sideways: hmmm,
    Agatha Macbeth: Was she old?
Zen (Zen Arado): she was 70
    Riddle Sideways: oh dear
    Agatha Macbeth: Hm
Zen (Zen Arado): quite young :-)
    Agatha Macbeth: Hehe
Agatha Macbeth: Wonder if Tu and Alma are coming
Zen (Zen Arado): we should be thankful every day we have  of good health
    Agatha Macbeth: Indeed
    Agatha Macbeth: I am

Riddle Sideways: meanwhile seem to be blocked from posting/emailing to the group
    Agatha Macbeth: PaB?
    Riddle Sideways: yes
    Agatha Macbeth: Odd
    Riddle Sideways: the pab.google.groups
Riddle Sideways: use to be able to sent
Zen (Zen Arado): maybe you have  to wear the tag?
Agatha Macbeth: The sever seems very temperamental recently
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe we need to kick Boxy again
Riddle Sideways: ha, not tag needed for email client
Zen (Zen Arado): I was able to send earlier?
Riddle Sideways: had a silly Stink and Shaggy music vid that reminded of dreams
Zen (Zen Arado): Oh I just posted a notice
Riddle Sideways: and a Mindfulness (maybe) AI link for ya'll
Zen (Zen Arado): maybe you can just post it here?
Riddle Sideways: will try to not crash
Zen (Zen Arado): I'm trying to learn a graphics program
Zen (Zen Arado): they are so complicated
    Riddle Sideways: https://youtu.be/DNobqcfLb2Y
    Agatha Macbeth: Which one?
    Riddle Sideways: from Bruce
    Zen (Zen Arado): watches vid

Riddle Sideways: This article came through the wires today -- thought you might find it
interesting. . .   The Inspirobot in 'mindfulness mode' bot is fun to
watch in action.  It claims to use AI to create aphoristic "meme"
posters --- although it does not claim that the posters will be
meaningful, inspirational, or mindful.  They are, to say the least,
    fascinating.*

Heck, try the MindLESSness mode for laughs
Agatha Macbeth: 'Error: Not Found: The requested URL /* was not found on this server.'
    Agatha Macbeth: Good start
    Agatha Macbeth: Thing Untweetable?
Zen (Zen Arado): I didn't get the bot but I got the other two
Zen (Zen Arado): Will check them out later
    Agatha Macbeth: Well well
Riddle Sideways: if you got the article, it probably has the bot link in it
    Zen (Zen Arado): okay great
    Agatha Macbeth wipes her botty
Riddle Sideways: or look up. youtube Stick and Shaggy "one lifetime"
    Riddle Sideways: *Sting
Zen (Zen Arado): isn't it sting?
Agatha Macbeth: Not Shaggy out of Scooby Doo?
Zen (Zen Arado): Sounds like   him
Riddle Sideways: wonder who Stick is?
Agatha Macbeth: I remember him well
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe Stick's an insect

Zen (Zen Arado): maybe I should post something in case I have to leave early
    Agatha Macbeth: Any dreams?
Zen (Zen Arado): there are some missing of the run and girls are coming earlier
Riddle Sideways: Sticks and Stones - Singing your fav name calling songs
Zen (Zen Arado): Portals of the Soul

'Once we shift our mode of seeing and listening to subtle perception and deep listening, there is one additional move we can make to witness revelation. The eyes have always been known as the portals of the soul, and this is true for dream figures as well. With the permission of a living image, and making sure that we are not forcing anything, we can gently gaze into its eyes. It is crucial to remain soft, relaxed, and open when we do this. If the living image is open to such contact, and we have shifted into the alternate modes of perception, then looking into the figure’s eyes can open up a world of revelation...
Agatha Macbeth: You take Stick, I'll take the Stones

Zen (Zen Arado): EXCERCISE: The Portals of Soul

Identify an image that you have already befriended, and that also has eyes. Sometimes it is too difficult at first if the dream image doesn’t have literal eyes, such as the figure of a mountain or a river, but eventually it will be possible to look into the eye of a storm, a hole in a tree, and so on...
Zen (Zen Arado): Once you have found the image, approach it. Connect to your archetypal self. As you do this, notice how the image responds. You will most likely see the image turning to face you. If not, wait a few minutes and try again. If it just does not want to face you, then let go of your work with this image for today, and begin again with another one. If you have found a figure that wants to face you, ask permission to look directly into its eyes. Once you feel some form of assent, imagine its eyes as the portals of its soul. Continuing to feel connected to your ground of being, allow yourself to be received by the eyes of this figure. Do not go into this with the need to know or the need to find an answer. Rather, feel received and allow yourself to travel deep inside the figure. Pause here. Take in this experience and become aware of your state of being. What has shifted? How are you breathing?'

Aizenstat, Stephen. Dream Tending: Awakening to the Healing Power of Dreams

    Agatha Macbeth ponders friending images
    Zen (Zen Arado): done
Agatha Macbeth: 'I have the Mona Lisa on my friends list'
Agatha Macbeth: Sooo what does this achieve Zenny?
Agatha Macbeth: Is anything in particular meant to happen?
Riddle Sideways: like Bleu's art project, finding friends in artwork images
    Agatha Macbeth: Hm
Zen (Zen Arado): it is supposed to reveal something to us I guess
Agatha Macbeth: I find stuff like this never works on me
Riddle Sideways: "Do not go into this with the need to know or the need to find an answer"
Zen (Zen Arado): I suppose that is the bottom line of all this
Riddle Sideways: it is a surprise
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah
Agatha Macbeth: If you see it you know it
Zen (Zen Arado): I try to keep up with it just to fight to get away from my rational brain
Agatha Macbeth: Yes reason can be confining
Agatha Macbeth: A by product of the age
Zen (Zen Arado): perhaps I can gaze into Donald Trump's eyes
Riddle Sideways: am able to stay away from rational just fine
    Zen (Zen Arado): :-)
Zen (Zen Arado): lying eyes :-)
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
    Agatha Macbeth: Mr Orangeturd
Agatha Macbeth: I know someone who actually calls him that

Zen (Zen Arado): I was dreaming of one of my first careworkers last night
Riddle Sideways: any more Mr. Orangehair dreams?
    Agatha Macbeth listens
Zen (Zen Arado): she was a beautiful little woman with really nice  eyes
Zen (Zen Arado): I didn't even write the dream down because it wasn't very coherent
Agatha Macbeth: A lot of Irish women are really pretty
Zen (Zen Arado): something about being in Spain on holiday and not knowing whether to come home by train or plane and then the care worker appeared and took me by the hand and was going to show me something and I woke up
    Agatha Macbeth: Doh
Agatha Macbeth: Doesn't that always happen?
Zen (Zen Arado): she was about the best care worker I ever have but she only does single calls and I now need a double team
    Riddle Sideways: darn waking up
Agatha Macbeth: I don't think the brain likes us being happy
Zen (Zen Arado): I was thinking I could gaze into her eyes quite easily
    Agatha Macbeth: Yeh
    Zen (Zen Arado): anyway...
    Agatha Macbeth: Mm
Zen (Zen Arado): you don't always get subjects like that in dreams
Agatha Macbeth: And when you do you never remember
Zen (Zen Arado): I still need to concentrate more on remembering dreams
Zen (Zen Arado): I'll never get  anywhere otherwise
Zen (Zen Arado): if there is anywhere you get to
Zen (Zen Arado): I just seem to get little snatches lately
Zen (Zen Arado): do you want to hear?
    Agatha Macbeth: Sure
Riddle Sideways: right, need to recall them better/more
    Riddle Sideways: yes
    Riddle Sideways: darn lag
Agatha Macbeth loves a good snatch

Zen (Zen Arado): I am in a bookshop in Belfast and I buy some spiritual books. I am riding home on a moped. I have never had any kind of motorcycle before and it feels good, though a friend used to take me from Brisbane down to Surfers Paradise and back on the back of his motorcycle, many years ago. I meet a woman who used to be a secretary at the Training Centre where I worked and show her my books. We are in a big house. She wants to buy a book I bought on mindfulness but she doesn't have any change so I tell her she can give it to me next time she sees me. As I was waking up I wondered if I could manage to drive a moped, it seemed so easy, but of course, in real life I couldn't

    Riddle Sideways: o.O
    Zen (Zen Arado): done
Agatha Macbeth: Did you actually try to?
Zen (Zen Arado): I could have managed it years ago but obviously not  nowadays
    Riddle Sideways: in dreams
    Agatha Macbeth nods
Zen (Zen Arado): I get that a lot in dreams
Agatha Macbeth: Never been a bike person
Zen (Zen Arado): I can do things that able-bodied people can do
Agatha Macbeth: Like in SL :)
Zen (Zen Arado): no they are quite dangerous too
Zen (Zen Arado): I might have wanted a Harley Davidson for my midlife crisis though :-)
Riddle Sideways: can do even more in SL
Riddle Sideways: have not recalled (at write down time) any dreams in a week
Zen (Zen Arado): you get a great sense of freedom on a motorcycle I think
Riddle Sideways: had 1 a couple weeks ago that did not seem like a dream
Riddle Sideways: like being awake and logical
Agatha Macbeth: Off up the high street like Barry Sheene
    Zen (Zen Arado): yes?
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh

Riddle Sideways: books. each family member has one(or more) of their own And each member has one on each others.
the baby has a baby book on how it is doing, done and what to expect. The 5or7 yr old has one. Kept writting into these books daily events, schedules, food, thoughts and referring back to them.
Felt so like not dreaming, so logical, so real journals. However, that family and those people are not here/now.

Riddle Sideways: unfortunately, is written in quick non-grammar
    Agatha Macbeth: Non verbal dreamspeak
Zen (Zen Arado): It's it's understandable
Zen (Zen Arado): maybe we shouldn't organise dreams too much anyway
Agatha Macbeth: Dreams and words are on opposite sides of brain
Zen (Zen Arado): we lose something  then
    Zen (Zen Arado): exactly
Riddle Sideways: not very logical that a book would poof into hand at the thought of 'need to write that down about what baby is doing"
    Agatha Macbeth: Useful tho
Zen (Zen Arado): that's why I try to write  in present tense and  leave out personal pronouns
Agatha Macbeth: Don't say 'we' :p
Riddle Sideways: yet another reason against pronouns
    Zen (Zen Arado): :-)
Riddle Sideways: not been using pronouns since those 'WE' sessions
Zen (Zen Arado): wouldn't it be great if you had a  journal you kept all your life from childhood
Riddle Sideways: had that in that dream
Agatha Macbeth: For some of us maybe :p
Zen (Zen Arado): we have forgotten so much of our lives
Riddle Sideways: could look up what gave food poisoning
Agatha Macbeth: Some of it's better forgotten
Zen (Zen Arado): I think I know that though
Zen (Zen Arado): you think Agatha?
    Riddle Sideways: yep
Agatha Macbeth: In my case certainly
Zen (Zen Arado): Don't psychiatrists always make you dredge up the unpleasant parts of the past?
Zen (Zen Arado): To make you come to terms with them
    Riddle Sideways: darn psychos
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe that's why I never go to one
    Zen (Zen Arado): :-)
Zen (Zen Arado): but it's like something unresolved?
Agatha Macbeth: Oh no it's perfectly resolved
    Agatha Macbeth: R.I.P.
Zen (Zen Arado): Something that might make you act in bad ways without knowing the cause?
Riddle Sideways: and don't dreams give the brain time to resolve some connections
Zen (Zen Arado): Or it might cause you to  The depressed or something without knowing the reason why?
Agatha Macbeth: Oh my bad ways are quite deliberate :)
    Agatha Macbeth: No mystery
    Riddle Sideways: Bad Robot
Zen (Zen Arado): did you ever read about Eckhart Tolle's  pain body?
    Agatha Macbeth: Yess
Zen (Zen Arado): That's the kind of thing I was thinking of
Agatha Macbeth: I remember thinking it was quite good
    Riddle Sideways: can't remember it
Agatha Macbeth hits Rid with the pestle
Zen (Zen Arado): and  Is this not one of the purposes of dreams – to rework bad experiences and come to terms with them?
Riddle Sideways: well that book said that
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe that says much about why I don't remember them :p
Zen (Zen Arado): maybe everything we ever did and said is written in some kind of journal  in our unconscious
Zen (Zen Arado): so it is there whether we like it or not
    Riddle Sideways: darn
    Zen (Zen Arado): :-)
Riddle Sideways: fat book.   and ugly too
Agatha Macbeth: Fat bottomed books you make the rockin world go round
Riddle Sideways: da dum   da dum
Riddle Sideways: poor Zen,   needs to know more rock-n-roll for this convo
Zen (Zen Arado): I sometimes find  re-collections of old  bad experiences  resurfacing in my conscious mind sometimes when I am doing something totally unrelated
    Agatha Macbeth: Interesting
Agatha Macbeth: (Yay I spelled it right)
    Riddle Sideways: interesting speeling
Zen (Zen Arado): fat bottom girls
    Riddle Sideways: RE-Collections
    Agatha Macbeth: Re: re collections
    Riddle Sideways: collecting again
Zen (Zen Arado): it's like the old maxim in Buddhism where if you face your demons they fade away and can't harm you any longer
    Zen (Zen Arado): no?
Zen (Zen Arado): it was only the fear
Zen (Zen Arado): nothing to fear but fear itself blah blah
Agatha Macbeth: Old demons never die they only fade away

Zen (Zen Arado): any other dreams?
Riddle Sideways: /listens to Aggers' dream
    Agatha Macbeth: Which one?
Riddle Sideways: the one with donald
    Agatha Macbeth: Duck?
    Riddle Sideways: ok
    Agatha Macbeth: Hm
    Agatha Macbeth is confused
Zen (Zen Arado): I have another dream
Agatha Macbeth: Did I miss something or is it me (again)
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh fire away

Zen (Zen Arado): I am in a wood. A wolf appears beside me and lopes forward as if it was hunting. Then another one appears and joins it. I start feeling nervous and wonder if they attack humans. Then I am in a supermarket but the shelves are empty except for a piece of paper with a few crumbs of cheese. Theresa May is laughing in the background

    Zen (Zen Arado): done
    Agatha Macbeth: 0.0
Agatha Macbeth: You had the animal dream this week!
Zen (Zen Arado): to reason may is the British Prime Minister in case Riddle doesn't know
    Zen (Zen Arado): temporarily :-)
    Agatha Macbeth: 'To reason May'
    Agatha Macbeth: Love it
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Zen (Zen Arado): the wolves are at the door
    Agatha Macbeth: Awooo
Riddle Sideways: US'en hear lots about brexit talks
    Riddle Sideways: or non-talks
Agatha Macbeth: Given the choice I'd take the wolves
Zen (Zen Arado): weren't wolves always a symbol of starvation or something
    Agatha Macbeth: No idea
Riddle Sideways: can't remember.    (need to take those memory pills)
Zen (Zen Arado): I have been thinking about extinction rebellion
    Zen (Zen Arado): hungry wolves
    Agatha Macbeth: ?
Agatha Macbeth: Sounds like a band
    Zen (Zen Arado): Greta Thunberg?
Agatha Macbeth: Never heard of her
    Riddle Sideways: yes,
Zen (Zen Arado): the little Norwegian girl who started a lot of this
    Agatha Macbeth: Lot of what?
Zen (Zen Arado): you are getting out of touch Agatha!
    Agatha Macbeth: Yeh
Riddle Sideways: however, yesterday was thinking mostly about animal extinctions
Zen (Zen Arado): Talk about climate change a and getting adults to do something about it
Agatha Macbeth: I remember Gertude Stein
    Agatha Macbeth: Ohh good
    Agatha Macbeth: I like her
Riddle Sideways: the teens are boycotting school Fridays
    Agatha Macbeth: Yay
    Agatha Macbeth: Kick ass
Zen (Zen Arado): politicians aren't doing enough about it
    Agatha Macbeth: Do they ever
Riddle Sideways: our generation was going to fix it
Agatha Macbeth: Who ever thought politicians 'do' anything?
Zen (Zen Arado): she has Aspergers  you know (no I didn't)
Riddle Sideways: now their generation is taking it up
Zen (Zen Arado): they see things more clearly than us Neuro typicals I think
Agatha Macbeth: Neuro fiddles while Rome burns
Zen (Zen Arado): while the earth burns
    Agatha Macbeth: Yeh
Zen (Zen Arado): so why am I dreaming about dogs  and wolves?
Riddle Sideways: can't answer for you
    Agatha Macbeth: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jSdsWEi2Hho
Zen (Zen Arado): Did you ever wonder what would happen s if all the dogs in the world suddenly organise themselves against humans?
Agatha Macbeth: Thought the apes were supposed to do that
Zen (Zen Arado): In some European countries s dogs roam around in packs
Agatha Macbeth: So do the people
Zen (Zen Arado): I know a woman who lives in Romania and she gets nervous of them sometimes
Riddle Sideways: is ok, the wolves are going extinct
Agatha Macbeth: Probably why they come here then
Zen (Zen Arado): some strange unpredictable things can start occurring as food starts to run out
Agatha Macbeth: Yes we'll eat each other
    Riddle Sideways: not so unpredictable
    Agatha Macbeth: Like the Morlocks
Zen (Zen Arado): its funny how we think we can predict what will happen
    Riddle Sideways: yes, funny
