    Adams Rubble: many to mourn
Adams Rubble: tonight begins Eid Al-Adha, the day the Muslims contemplate The Sacrifice of Abraham
Riddle Sideways: back in 2017 (or maybe dec. 16) started spending an evening playing music of an artist that died
Riddle Sideways: yes, am wondering about cooking today. At least one volunteer has say they not going to be there
Riddle Sideways: the main cook/chief is going to cook, but leave a bit early
Riddle Sideways: the group is based on the Abraham
Riddle Sideways: and the 3 religions that grew out of Abraham
Adams Rubble: is this for homeless people?
Riddle Sideways: we get together to work/cook/serve together and some times tell stories
Riddle Sideways: yes, for the homeless
Adams Rubble: tough to cook when you are fasting
Riddle Sideways: unfortunate to see the same people each week
    Adams Rubble nods
    Adams Rubble: longterm homeless
Riddle Sideways: actually the main cook does not eat during cooking
Riddle Sideways: usually has anybody else taste it
Riddle Sideways: the past president of the Mosque tries not to be near the kitchens while fasting
    --BELL--
Adams Rubble: is this at a mosque?
Riddle Sideways: no, the local mosque has no kitchen
Riddle Sideways: we cook at a Baptist church diagonally across the street
    Adams Rubble: wow, everyone involved

    Riddle Sideways: yes
Riddle Sideways: and a large group of Hindus have been showing up each week
Adams Rubble: to help or eat?
Riddle Sideways: They share some common language and rattle on with several others
    Riddle Sideways: to help
Riddle Sideways: they also cook large amounts of food at times
    Adams Rubble: :)
Riddle Sideways: am surrounded by not understood language, while they point at the rice
    Adams Rubble: :)

Riddle Sideways: couple of decisions put off to "see about that later"
Riddle Sideways: there are things that have to be done for Final Inspection
Riddle Sideways: then can be taken off for more usable options
Riddle Sideways: things like that have Always been happening
Riddle Sideways: usually think about the laws to not eat pig
Riddle Sideways: probably they got sick many times
Riddle Sideways: from not cooking it correctly
Riddle Sideways: so, made a Law
Adams Rubble: there is a passage in the Book of Acts in which Peter dreams of unclean animals raining down from heaven
Adams Rubble: he is told to eat the animals but keeps protecting they are unclean

Adams Rubble: then God sais do not refuse to eat what I have cleansed for you
Adams Rubble: the point of the dream was that the apostles should not require the gentiles to follow Jewish law
Adams Rubble: of course there was a famine in the area around Jerusalem
Adams Rubble: and the converted gentiles were providing money to feed the poor in Jerusalem
Riddle Sideways: always find this stuff interesting
    Adams Rubble: I agree
Riddle Sideways: many connections - parallels
    Adams Rubble: yes
Riddle Sideways: e.g. many can not come cook for the homeless, so they give money
Riddle Sideways: all the Laws of what shall be eaten and when and when not
