Eliza proposes the following agenday for this week's Working Group meeting, to take place Wed 3PM SLT in the Kira Board Room:
0 - Emails
1- New Guardian Candidates
a- Of three new guardian candidates, flags have been raised concerning two. Therefore we have two candidates in the 'wait and see' category for at least a few weeks while we follow up. Let's discuss this.
b- What does 'follow up' mean? Refinement of clarity within the guardian nomination process needs to occur. What is the criteria for raising a flag? What does a flag mean? Is any guardian able to ask for a *pause* to slow down the process before an invitation has taken place? Should there be two different indicators and follow ups, perhaps pause or flag?
2- Next WG
a- Who will send the group email regarding solicitations for next WG participation, following this meeting? So far we have heard from one PaB member who would like to be part of the next WG round.
b- Who (of us) will stay or go? Who will become the next chair, or chair/co-chair?
3- Weekly Open Sessions Announcements
Lately we have more open sessions and also due to work/life changes, need to find replacement for Lia who used to so faithfully send notices each week to ask for session covering. Shall we re-think how we are doing things? Important for everyone to have ample room to be part of art and theater projects, to work focused practices into their daily routines, etc. Busy work seems to be accumulating however. Let's banter suggestions (if we have time, as the two earlier topics are quite full).
4- Handbook, Notes
As we refine various processes, such as those discussed in item 1, it is important to make note of changes for those who come afterward. Occasional revisiting and revising of the PaB handbook is necessary, and revisiting of the notes we give to visitors, to take into account the many events that now take place around Play as Being, not just in sessions. If we have time, let's discuss this. If not it will move to next meeting's agenda.
Thanks.
