2. Recommendation #1 from Vashon Retreaters: The appropriate location and process of political or religious discussions in PaB.

In order to give PaB members an opportunity to raise a topic of interest that is outside the regular PAB pavilion discussions there needs to be a process to follow:

• Action: To put in the Wiki’s Guidelines for Meetings the following statements: Any PaB member is invited to raise a topic, for a single theme session or a series of workshops, and schedule and present it at the Kira cafe, their own plot of land, the pavilion or the Pub.   If it (the topic) is to be discussed at the Kira Café or the Pavilion the request should be presented to and processed through the Working Group who will approve and help schedule it.
• Boxy abstained from voting for including the last sentence in the Guidelines.

• Action: The inclusion of the following statement in the Wiki’s Guidelines for Meetings was tabled pending discussion with all the Guardians. Any political signs, banners or manifestos can be placed within a guardian’s plot but not at the Pavilion, Kira café or Pub without permission of the WG. Any such items should be signed and displayed in such a way as to be clearly not the views of PaB nor of the Kira Institute but only of the individual

3.  Art as Being

• Bleu reported that the next Art as Being project will be Ice sculptures in the Dome, with the theme of “Reflection.” Storm will transform the dome to a wintery icy scene. The exhibition will open at noon on Sunday, Dec 11.  Workshops may be offered to help guardians make a sculpture.

      Action:Blue will send out an email on this to all Guardians.

4. Being Theatre Players

• It was agreed that to allow more time, the next Being Theater Players collaborative presentation will be moved to January 2012.

            Action: Bleu will send out an email on this to all Guardians
