    --BELL--

Bleu Oleander: hi Shin, Bruce :)
    Bruce Mowbray: Hello, Bleu.
ShinjuJin Resident: Hi Bruce and Bleu...looking pretty
    Bruce Mowbray: Heya, Shin!
    Bleu Oleander: ty :)
    Bruce Mowbray: ty
    Bruce Mowbray: :)
    ShinjuJin Resident: :)
Bleu Oleander: how r u both?
ShinjuJin Resident: settling in...have just come from trying to track down a missing usb, kind of panicked
Bruce Mowbray: feeling a bit stupid at the moment, actually.
    Bruce Mowbray: oh dear, Shin!
ShinjuJin Resident: had printed some things for taxes, but there were a lot of other things on it :(
Bruce Mowbray: Were you able to find it?
    Bleu Oleander: found it?
ShinjuJin Resident: not yet... left my name and such...
    ShinjuJin Resident: ::crossing fingers::::
    Bleu Oleander keeping fingers crossed
Bruce Mowbray: Oh my. Well, good luck with that!
    Bleu Oleander: :)
    ShinjuJin Resident: thanks

ShinjuJin Resident: why feeling stupid Bruce?
Bruce Mowbray: well, I must confess,,,
    ShinjuJin Resident leans in
Bruce Mowbray: in order to keep the raccoons off my metal roof in the middle of the night,
Bruce Mowbray: I bought a past repeller, solar powered...
Bruce Mowbray: it arrived yesterday and I set it up.
    Bleu Oleander: hiya Storm :)
ShinjuJin Resident: heheh, I know you mean pest, but that's a cute typo

    Bruce Mowbray: Heya, Storm.
    ShinjuJin Resident: Hi Storm :)
    Bruce Mowbray: pest.
    Storm Nordwind: Hello everyone :)
Bruce Mowbray: it's the Dragon that I'm using right now....
    ShinjuJin Resident: ntsy Storm
ShinjuJin Resident: yes that's fine... love typos ^^
Bruce Mowbray: I need to enunciate more clearly.
    ShinjuJin Resident: Hi Qt :)
Bruce Mowbray: kk, well back to my tale of woe.
    Qt Core: Hi all
    Bruce Mowbray: Heya, Qt.
ShinjuJin Resident: yes, please go on...
    Bleu Oleander: hi Qt :)
    Bruce Mowbray: kk.

Bruce Mowbray: so anyway I set this pest repeller up....
Bruce Mowbray: and I noticed that when I would wave my hand in front of it,
Bruce Mowbray: or when I walked in front of it,
Bruce Mowbray: that it responded with a little red light.... but no sound!
Bruce Mowbray: so I took the whole thing apart,
    Bruce Mowbray: studied everything,
Bruce Mowbray: figured everything was connected properly,
Bruce Mowbray: and called the company that I had bought it from.
Bruce Mowbray: the very polite customer service lady explained to me,
Bruce Mowbray: that the device produced an ultrasonic sound, which, of course, I would not be able to hear.
Bruce Mowbray: man! Did I feel like a moron.
    ShinjuJin Resident smiles
Bruce Mowbray: so then I tested it again, and held it up to my ear,
Bruce Mowbray: and sure enough it produced a very high pitched ultrasonic sound.
Bruce Mowbray: so that was my senior moment for the day, I guess. over and out.
    Bruce Mowbray: :)
    ShinjuJin Resident: cute
    Bleu Oleander: :)
    Bruce Mowbray: heh heh.
Bruce Mowbray: I found it interesting that I could hear the ultrasonic sound quite clearly when I held it to my ears, though.
Bruce Mowbray: I just hope the raccoons can hear it!
    Bruce Mowbray: Yikes!
    Bleu Oleander: ultrasonic ears :)
    ShinjuJin Resident laughs

    Bruce Mowbray: / / \ ____ I \

Bruce Mowbray: this elephant is only half full!
    Bruce Mowbray: or maybe half-empty.
    ShinjuJin Resident: lol
ShinjuJin Resident: and how are you Bleu, Qt, Storm?
    Bruce Mowbray: outright again.
Bruce Mowbray: This is .... ELEPHANTASTIC !!
    Bruce Mowbray: _____
    Bruce Mowbray: / 0 \____

Storm Nordwind: Either way, it's a sales opportunity
Bruce Mowbray: now it's all the way full!
    Qt Core: an halfant ?
    Bleu Oleander: pretty good thanks!
Bruce Mowbray sits on hands and pokes his typist to shut up.
    ShinjuJin Resident: ephalents and woozles
Qt Core: quite good, it was a sunny and productive day... if not for my shoes disintegrating on my feet

Storm Nordwind: The typist who won't shut up should learn that when the say "out" it means that they're not going to be communicating again in the near future. :)
    Bruce Mowbray: Yikes!
    ShinjuJin Resident: old shoes, Qt?
ShinjuJin Resident: haha Storm. I'm the worst about sitting on my hands and then typing with them anyway
Qt Core: yes, old one not wonr in a few years, lets try themtoday...
    Bruce Mowbray: ouch!
Bruce Mowbray: and they just fell apart?
Qt Core: more like loosing the sole material all over the office
Bruce Mowbray: ahhh, yes, I've had that happen too.
Bruce Mowbray: all over the house.

    --BELL--

Qt Core: (one of my many defect, i never throw away old shoes... and those are the consequences)

Bruce Mowbray: I wonder what misadventures others might of had today, besides QT and I.
ShinjuJin Resident: well there is my missing usb, too...
ShinjuJin Resident: So Storm and Bleu, think of something! :))
Bleu Oleander: pretty ordering here lol
Bleu Oleander: beautiful desert in bloom ...gorgeous colors here
Storm Nordwind: Is today's theme misadventures?!
Bruce Mowbray: yes, that USB! I surely hope you can find it, Shin.
Bruce Mowbray: rainy day, here in southern Ohio, alas.
ShinjuJin Resident: well if it is, one of these things is not like the others
    ShinjuJin Resident: :))
ShinjuJin Resident: honestly, it is a pretty day here too, and mostly all well
ShinjuJin Resident: just a bit preoccupied... have been dropping many things lately, unintentionally
    Storm Nordwind: Like hints?
Bruce Mowbray: (just pouring down rain at the moment... I hope it doesn't hail. thunder in the distance)
    ShinjuJin Resident: :)

ShinjuJin Resident: well, I was thinking about how life sometimes demands we lose composure... and then my daughter told me there is a term for my always sending emails then finding mistakes...
    ShinjuJin Resident: Gaiman's Law.
    Storm Nordwind: As in "Neil"?
ShinjuJin Resident: he was talking about finding the first typo after publishing a book, but it was nice to know I'm in good company
    ShinjuJin Resident: yes
Bleu Oleander: reading his new book
Bleu Oleander: pretty strange stories :)
ShinjuJin Resident: smart but peculiar fellow
    Bleu Oleander: yes
ShinjuJin Resident: lately really interested in things his wife is doing
Storm Nordwind: Sounds like just a specific instance of Murphy's Law.
    ShinjuJin Resident: true!
Bleu Oleander: "trigger warning: short fictions and disturbances"
    ShinjuJin Resident: :))
Bruce Mowbray: to make typos is human; to forgive, divine.
ShinjuJin Resident: unnerving... causing others to lose composure

Storm Nordwind: It's only loss of composure if one thinks it's a big deal. In the grand scheme of things, it rarely is. :)
Bruce Mowbray checks radar weather maps...
    ShinjuJin Resident: true
ShinjuJin Resident: I think I attract that particular quirk because it indeed bothers me so much
ShinjuJin Resident: as though I'm destined to always be clownlike in some way :)
Storm Nordwind: Should we rename you to Miss Spelling? ;-)
    ShinjuJin Resident: hahaha
Bruce Mowbray: that seems to be how the dynamic works, Shin. I think Robert Bly called that projecting the Shadow.
    ShinjuJin Resident: ah, yes
    ShinjuJin Resident: rich ground
Storm Nordwind: Clowns are valuable. Invaluable. They make the unbearable bearable for so many people. :)

Bruce Mowbray: (I might lose my Internet connection at any moment... A massive storm front is approaching fast, so if I disappear, that's the reason.)
ShinjuJin Resident: oh dear Bruce, okay
Storm Nordwind tries to appear a little less massive.
Bruce Mowbray: no problem it just happens.
ShinjuJin Resident: at least you have company, Bruce
Bruce Mowbray: (spring storms -- I love them!)
    Bruce Mowbray: :)
Bruce Mowbray: you mean the raccoons?
    ShinjuJin Resident: yes ^^

ShinjuJin Resident: oh, happy belated anniversary (April 1)
Bruce Mowbray: When one lives in a forest, one has plenty of company!
Bruce Mowbray: Happy Anniversary, Pabbers one and all!
    Bleu Oleander: :)

ShinjuJin Resident: Bleu, I meant to ask how the building classes are going
ShinjuJin Resident: Not had a chance but want to make time for some
    Bleu Oleander: very good classes
Bleu Oleander: even the beginning ones are interesting ... didn't know what I didn't know :)
ShinjuJin Resident: up to date on current materials and means?
Bleu Oleander: if you mean mesh ... yes there are those classes
ShinjuJin Resident: (I wonder if one has to forget what they've known before)
Bleu Oleander: still plenty of prim builders out there
    Bruce Mowbray nods.
    ShinjuJin Resident: great
ShinjuJin Resident: I don't expect to have so much going on, so unlikely to push prim limits
Bleu Oleander: I prefer to play inworld not with some program
Bruce Mowbray: Hmmm. Doesn't mesh sometimes make spikes?

    --BELL--

ShinjuJin Resident: Is there something particular that comes to mind to discuss today?
    Bruce Mowbray: besindes misadventures...
    Bruce Mowbray: and typos!!
    Bruce Mowbray:
    Bruce Mowbray: Yikes!
ShinjuJin Resident: mhm, although those tend to show up no matter what the topic!
Bruce Mowbray nods, agrees, even when using the Dragon.

ShinjuJin Resident: if no one has a topic i'm going to bore you with tv shows
    Bleu Oleander: :)
Bruce Mowbray: great! please do, Shin.
ShinjuJin Resident: I'm kidding... have given my recommendation for the year
ShinjuJin Resident: but am interested to know what others are watching, if watching
Bleu Oleander: hardly ever watch :)
    ShinjuJin Resident: films okay too
Bruce Mowbray: me neither. No cable TV out here in the boonies, so I prefer to watch movies on DVD.

Bleu Oleander: going to see Woman in Gold tonight
Qt Core: i refuse to have more than one tv at home, i have no control of the remote ;-) so i watch very little of it
    Bruce Mowbray: ahhh!
    Bruce Mowbray: Helen Mirren
    Bleu Oleander: yes
ShinjuJin Resident: :) I went a few years without tv then something tipped the scale
    ShinjuJin Resident: Ohhh love her
Bruce Mowbray: the theft of art treasures in Europe during World War II.
ShinjuJin Resident: remember seeing a preview
    Bleu Oleander: love Klimt's work
    Bruce Mowbray pokes that Dragon.
Bleu Oleander: I've seen that painting many times
Bleu Oleander: its in NYC at Neue Gallery
ShinjuJin Resident: my favorite is the tree of life, although not sure if that's the title
Bleu Oleander: I actually love Klimt's landscapes
    Bleu Oleander: very beautiful

ShinjuJin Resident: an unusual eye, although i guess one could say that about most artists,.. that they are showing a unique way of seeing
    Bleu Oleander: yes
ShinjuJin Resident: many writers I like too, a work of writing may only seem like one piece when you step back.. am drawn to mosaic-like views
    ShinjuJin Resident: wb Qt
    Qt Core: ty
ShinjuJin Resident: went to see Kingsmen - pretty unique :)
    Bruce Mowbray: http://www.npr.org/2015/04/02/396688...n-in-gold-home
    ShinjuJin Resident: ty
    Bruce Mowbray: yw.
    Bleu Oleander: better link :http://www.neuegalerie.org/content/g...uer-woman-gold
Bruce Mowbray listens for more about Kingsmen
    ShinjuJin Resident: excellent, ty
    Bruce Mowbray: ty, Bleu.

ShinjuJin Resident: Quite a film, Bruce, and with two scenes that will be talked about in every film class for the next many years, probably
    Bruce Mowbray: Wow!
ShinjuJin Resident: but, not for the faint hearted
    Bruce Mowbray: kk.
ShinjuJin Resident: think of Kill Bill at times, without as much blood
    Bruce Mowbray: Yikes!
ShinjuJin Resident: Colin Firth in a well tailored suit was the draw
    ShinjuJin Resident: :)
    Bruce Mowbray nods.
Bleu Oleander: I liked him in magic in the moonlight
ShinjuJin Resident: ohh yes me too
ShinjuJin Resident: liked that film a lot
    Bleu Oleander: yes me too
ShinjuJin Resident: emma stone is wonderful
Bruce Mowbray: I enjoyed seeing Colin Firth in " A Winter's Tale" -- based on the novel by Halpren ( I hope that spelling is right).

    --BELL--

ShinjuJin Resident: hm, haven't seen... recent?
Bruce Mowbray: no, wait, I have the wrong dude.....
    Bleu Oleander: lol
    Bruce Mowbray: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1837709/
Bruce Mowbray: (mixed up Colin Firth and Colin Ferrell)
    Bruce Mowbray: another misadventure, alas.
    ShinjuJin Resident smiles
    Bruce Mowbray: :)
    ShinjuJin Resident: but worth seeing?
Bruce Mowbray: I loved the novel that the movie is based on. I've read it three times, I think.
Bruce Mowbray: also given it as a gift a few times.
ShinjuJin Resident: so if the film didn't make you angry, then that's a good sign
ShinjuJin Resident: sometimes really hard to see things snipped away

ShinjuJin Resident: are you writing, Storm? the only thing that is letting me let you go from hosting so easily is that maybe you'll get to write more :P
Storm Nordwind: I'll be going anyway. And the writing is on hold for a while. :)
ShinjuJin Resident: I could give you a starter... an Italian man wears down his shoes as he walks through the office...
    Bleu Oleander: :)
    Bruce Mowbray: :)))
Bruce Mowbray: "It was a dark and stormy day in Italy...."
    Storm Nordwind: Why Italy?
Bruce Mowbray: because that's where the guy with the shoes was.
ShinjuJin Resident: no sign of gelato for miles and miles
Bleu Oleander: the man who mistook his shoes for his wife
    ShinjuJin Resident: hah.
    Bruce Mowbray: alas
ShinjuJin Resident: it is because that was Qt's misadventure
    Qt Core: that's a shame ;-)
    Bruce Mowbray nods.
ShinjuJin Resident: maybe before you arrived :))
    Qt Core: (the gelato part)
    ShinjuJin Resident: hah
Bruce Mowbray loves Italian ice cream.

Storm Nordwind: Is this on planet Earth?
    ShinjuJin Resident: are we?
Bruce Mowbray: do we have a choice?
Storm Nordwind: When you write, you always have a choice.
Qt Core: i think i'm going some cinnamon and strawberry as soon as i find an ice cream shop
    ShinjuJin Resident: planet italy
    Bruce Mowbray: ahhh!
Bruce Mowbray: Aphrodite and druth will be there in three weeks!
    Storm Nordwind: On Earth?!
Storm Nordwind: That explains so much!
ShinjuJin Resident: or a film title - gelato in the blooming desert
Bruce Mowbray: I expect to hear an account of whether Italy is a real place or not, even though my typist has also been there.
    ShinjuJin Resident grins
    Bruce Mowbray: :)
Qt Core: tell me if you discover it, Bruce ;-)
    Bruce Mowbray: Ha!
    ShinjuJin Resident: :)

Bruce Mowbray: A good novel can change our perceptions of reality, of course.
    ShinjuJin Resident: very much so
Bruce Mowbray: that's what Gone with the Wind did to the south ( the south of the United States, I mean).
Qt Core: would not be so good if not
Bruce Mowbray: Gone with the Wind created a Southern culture that never actually existed.... and many are still trying to get back to it.
Bruce Mowbray: ( I feel that A Winter's Tale does the same thing for New York City -- and I love it.)
ShinjuJin Resident: was talking with friends about how the world stopped when Roots was on television. We were researching demonstrations in Korea and looking at some of the media of the time. Until the last few years I'd really had so little knowledge ...
    Bruce Mowbray nods, listens.
ShinjuJin Resident: sort of astounding all that it is possible not to know
    Bleu Oleander: :)

Bruce Mowbray: history is usually written by the victors... but in the case of the Civil War in the United States, history might have been written by the vanquished.
ShinjuJin Resident: hm...can you elaborate a little?
Bruce Mowbray: the image that most people have of the South comes out of novels...
Bruce Mowbray: there are many really really fine Southern writers.
Bruce Mowbray: probably Margaret Mitchell is the most famous of those... and she created an enormous myth.
    ShinjuJin Resident nods, I see
    Bruce Mowbray: :)
ShinjuJin Resident: easier to narrow down to one person's idea and feel one knows something, than to take in many sources

    --BELL--

Bruce Mowbray: folks, thank you for this gathering.
Bruce Mowbray: I need to be scraping up supper now.
ShinjuJin Resident: have a lovely evening Bruce, stay safe
Qt Core: ty Bruce and enjoy
Bruce Mowbray: bye for now, good people.
    ShinjuJin Resident: :) bfn
    Bleu Oleander: bye Bruce

Qt Core: If that is true i think most of the (little) notion about US southerns i have to be rebuild
ShinjuJin Resident: the Gone with the Wind paradigm?
    Qt Core: yes, mostly
ShinjuJin Resident: the stories are one person's story, but it isn't easy to write about history that people still contend with
ShinjuJin Resident: or one person's imagined story
Qt Core: but then that story become a movie being considered a depiction of how really things are/were
    ShinjuJin Resident nods...
ShinjuJin Resident: I see something very different in my kids' generation
ShinjuJin Resident: they've grown up questioining and contrasting everything
ShinjuJin Resident: they have never taken a textbook as reality
ShinjuJin Resident: nor any one story
ShinjuJin Resident: benefit of internet I think

Storm Nordwind: Did you not do that too when you were younger?!
    ShinjuJin Resident: no..
    Bleu Oleander: really?
Storm Nordwind: Oh! EVERYONE around me did.
Qt Core: textbook are sacred writings ;-)
ShinjuJin Resident: you know, I have said before but I grew up in a lot of fear and anti-intellectualism
Bleu Oleander: that's a sad statement
ShinjuJin Resident: Someone posted a video of someone who had left n korea - beautiful little girl - and she was saying that she censored her thoughts because she was raised to think the great leader could read them
ShinjuJin Resident: I sort of related

Storm Nordwind: Maybe it's a generational thing. Growing up in the 50s and 60s questioning became ingrained. Almost to the point of being devalued as a fashion.
Storm Nordwind: Or maybe it's a national thing,
ShinjuJin Resident: think England was probably different, but then areas of US have been progressive
Storm Nordwind: England is not (and wasn't) so much a nation with a culture of fear.
ShinjuJin Resident: I was fortunate to encounter some very smart families along the way (smart in the sense of being questioners and arguers without the world falling apart; my family had its rich areas as all do, but that wasn't one of them)
Bleu Oleander: cultures of fear can exist anywhere, large or small pockets ... can't really generalize to whole country I think
Storm Nordwind: Oh but I am doing. Because in this case it is true!
ShinjuJin Resident: there is something about not forcing 'beliefs' as much
Bleu Oleander: I personally prefer not to generalize but can appreciate how things look from others perspectives
    ShinjuJin Resident nods
Bleu Oleander: even if I can't truly know anothers perspectives, I should add :)
ShinjuJin Resident: I was told "god is going to get you for that" if I did something unlikeable,
    Storm Nordwind: Exhibit A
ShinjuJin Resident: little things like that... but lots of them add up if from infancy
Bleu Oleander: the big bearded guy in the sky?
ShinjuJin Resident: and boogie man in the trees
ShinjuJin Resident: on top of already being very shy
Bleu Oleander: you seem to have overcome your shyness, have you?

    --BELL--

ShinjuJin Resident: haha... you didn't hear my voice quivering during poetry?
ShinjuJin Resident: I'm not terrifyingly paralyzingly shy anymore, but still quite shy offline
Bleu Oleander: well that could be a bit of stage fright perhaps?
ShinjuJin Resident nods.. hard to define what is what sometimes, but I retain a bit of the extreme self-consciousness I had when young
ShinjuJin Resident: flip side is that I think it helps me pick up on dynamics a little more than most
Bleu Oleander: you seem open and giving of yourself
ShinjuJin Resident: thank you. I think I'm never not aware of how small one's world can be and how possible it is to change, or something

Bleu Oleander: so when will our last session be at this pavilion?
    ShinjuJin Resident: hmmm....let's see
Qt Core: do we want to assist to its derezzing ?
ShinjuJin Resident: if disappearing on the 15th....
Bleu Oleander: should we gather for a special session?
    ShinjuJin Resident: poofing party?
ShinjuJin Resident: we have one more thursday I think, but 15 is a wed
Storm Nordwind: It will be sooner.. It has to be because it sits on private plots.
    ShinjuJin Resident: ooh

Bleu Oleander: perhaps you could let us know then Storm?
    ShinjuJin Resident: yes please
Bleu Oleander: some may want to gather for reflections
ShinjuJin Resident: that would be so nice bleu
Bleu Oleander: like new year's eve without the fireworks :)
    ShinjuJin Resident: :)

Storm Nordwind: I strongly suggest that if you want to have a special event, that you do so before the date. I will not be doing stuff at a set time, only when it's convenient, even though as soon as possible.
    Bleu Oleander: before which date?
    Bleu Oleander: 7th?
Storm Nordwind: That is the date I've been given so far
ShinjuJin Resident: hm, yes... thought pavilion was here til 15th..
Qt Core: won't anyone else be able to derez the pavillion, just it, not everything else ?
ShinjuJin Resident: but understand that now things are lined up differently than at the beginning

Storm Nordwind: No. Anything that is on a plot that will become a private plot will go during land partition.
ShinjuJin Resident: perhaps we can just gather right after that happens
Bleu Oleander: land claims begin when? and will be a full week? a couple have been asking me
Bleu Oleander: some were under the impression that we will have only a few hours to claim
ShinjuJin Resident: was thinking it would be nice to coordinate as a group to walk the museum before sunday too
ShinjuJin Resident: hm, where did that idea come from?
    Bleu Oleander: not sure
Storm Nordwind: As soon as I manage to divide the land and clear the plots - which will be as soon as is convenient after the 7th - there will be a week for the claimed plots to be "bought".
Bleu Oleander: but many ideas floating out there
    Bleu Oleander: ok thanks Storm
ShinjuJin Resident: I remember that once, gaya told me a dream in dream circle...and a few weeks later I mentioned it to her, and I had filled it with feathers. No feathers were in her original dream :)

Storm Nordwind: The original schedule that I published early-mid February mentioned a week to buy plots that I set for sale to their new owners.
Bleu Oleander: yes I remember that but some must have missed it
Storm Nordwind: I have never changed that schedule. The only floating thing was the start date
ShinjuJin Resident: great, a week seems enough for sure
ShinjuJin Resident: could never be a matter of hours with so many in diff timezones

Bleu Oleander: so you will give notice then?
ShinjuJin Resident: I understood from our conversation last week, that we had from 7th to 15th to purchase/claim
Storm Nordwind: Indeed. But to allow people to develop their plots immediately, they have to be cleared. Therefore all objects on those private plots will be cleared by me immediately (whether or not the new owners actually go ahead and fulfill their claim).
    ShinjuJin Resident: OK all clear
    Bleu Oleander: :)

ShinjuJin Resident: then the group land should be clear too, so that we can make a meeting point at least
Storm Nordwind: I'm not saying anything different from 7th to 15th.
ShinjuJin Resident: with temp set up while we go through pavilion process
Bleu Oleander: would be nice to capture some of those conversations
    ShinjuJin Resident: yes
Bleu Oleander: so maybe Wol can set that up

Storm Nordwind: I cannot guarantee the exact time I do things. It is, after all, my wife's 70th birthday on the 7th.
ShinjuJin Resident: is it really?? lovely and wow
ShinjuJin Resident: she is so youthful - am surprised :)))
Bleu Oleander: oh nice! a happy birthday to her!

    --BELL--

Bleu Oleander: what? like 70 can't be youthful? ha ha! isn't 70 the new 45?
    ShinjuJin Resident smiles
ShinjuJin Resident: of course it can be, and she is!
    Bleu Oleander: :)
ShinjuJin Resident: I hope I'm as young when 70
Bleu Oleander: I hope I enjoy being 70
ShinjuJin Resident: :) I think you will
Bleu Oleander: I really enjoy being __ !
    ShinjuJin Resident grins widely
    Bleu Oleander: :D
ShinjuJin Resident: I appreciate aging in many ways
ShinjuJin Resident: begin to understand what it means to trust oneself/come into own

Storm Nordwind: Don't expect that to be static - not at any age. There are always surprises about what you discover yourself to be.

ShinjuJin Resident: that seems a very good tip
Qt Core: what, no big bamg and wiseness come ?
Bleu Oleander: I hope the surprises last forever!
    ShinjuJin Resident: haha Qt
ShinjuJin Resident: like >bang< 70 and you have enlightenment certificate
    Bleu Oleander: lol
ShinjuJin Resident: I'm both regressing and deepening, it is interesting to watch
Qt Core: damn. so you really have to work for that :-(

Storm Nordwind: As for wisdom, always remember what Mark Twain wrote: "When I was a boy of 14, my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around. But when I got to be 21, I was astonished at how much the old man had learned in seven years.”
    ShinjuJin Resident: :))
    ShinjuJin Resident: haha
    Bleu Oleander: haha!
ShinjuJin Resident: and then there is woody allen's aging backwards wish

“In my next life I want to live my life backwards. You start out dead and get that out of the way. Then you wake up in an old people's home feeling better every day. You get kicked out for being too healthy, go collect your pension, and then when you start work, you get a gold watch and a party on your first day. You work for 40 years until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement. You party, drink alcohol, and are generally promiscuous, then you are ready for high school. You then go to primary school, you become a kid, you play. You have no responsibilities, you become a baby until you are born. And then you spend your last 9 months floating in luxurious spa-like conditions with central heating and room service on tap, larger quarters every day and then Voila! You finish off as an orgasm!”

Storm Nordwind: Gentlefolk I must go. I'll bid you all an endless renewal of wisdom.
    Storm Nordwind: Full of surprises.
ShinjuJin Resident: :)) thanks Storm, have a lovely evening
