Santoshima Resident: although distracted

Storm Nordwind: I was fortunate to have few distractions. Again my expectations of being able to do the meditation without interruptions was low, but I was again pleasantly surprised.
Storm Nordwind: Perhaps that very fact colors my impressions!
stevenaia Michinaga: will he offer this periodically or was he just passing through on his travels to various groups here?
Storm Nordwind: He has a group
Storm Nordwind: I think there are events within that group
Storm Nordwind: However, looking through past notices just now, I see most of the events are "Chakra Meditations". I'm not sure I'd be particularly interested in those, personally.

Storm Nordwind: Chakra Meditation?
Storm Nordwind: It's where you focus on particular "energy centers" of your body.
Storm Nordwind: They're in a line up the spine plus the brow and crown of the head

Storm Nordwind: They're the subject of vast amounts of writing, both ancient and modern.
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, I just remember now
Storm Nordwind: I wondered whether the session today would just be PaB people, or whether there would be visitors or people from his own entourage.
Storm Nordwind: Turned out to be just PaB.
stevenaia Michinaga: nice that such a large group attended from PaB,I didn't count from the picture I saw
Santoshima Resident: I hadn't plan to attend, thougt i'd be without wifi today
Santoshima Resident: was it advertised to another group than at PaB?
Storm Nordwind: I don't know
Storm Nordwind: Eliza may have done so. Or Elijah (the session leader) may have done. I thought that he was going to, but I must have misunderstood.
Storm Nordwind: We were very fortunate to have a rather nice setting for the event. :))

Storm Nordwind: Looking round some wonderful art galleries this evening before coming here, and it's both inspiring and intimidating. I think I will have to learn lots of new skills if I am to build even utilitarian stuff now.

Storm Nordwind: It's a question of what I want to focus on, although I do have a reputation for doing many disparate things!

Storm Nordwind: At the moment, I'm focused on writing (potential future PaB library notwithstanding!).
Storm Nordwind: They are, and whatever I do has to be fun.
stevenaia Michinaga: alway amazed how task, but I agree, that being engaged and entertained is criticals fill the time
