The Guardian for this meeting was Eos Amaterasu. The comments are by Eos Amaterasu.

    Adams Rubble: Hello Eos :)
Adams Rubble: Sorry to be so late
Eos Amaterasu: np... hi Adams.... continuing in mindfulness, early or late :-)
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eos Amaterasu: You are in the middle of many activities....
    Adams Rubble: yes :)
Adams Rubble: been a busy day

    --BELL--

Eos Amaterasu: I guess idea of warrior is both busy and still....
Adams Rubble: I found the idea of being identity being tied to a house or something interesting in the article you gave us Sunday
Adams Rubble: I had not quite thought of it that way
Eos Amaterasu: "what you have", perhaps as Pema used to say
Adams Rubble: certainly jobs are like that
Eos Amaterasu: but it's true, especially if you grow up in a "family house", that's a big part of your identity
    Adams Rubble nods
Adams Rubble: or raised a family in the house
Adams Rubble: but more so growing up
Eos Amaterasu: yes... I just left such a house :-)
Eos Amaterasu: was there pretty much a generation's length of time
Adams Rubble: yes, me too but still there
Adams Rubble: we moved half way through my childhood so I guess it was easier to let those houses go
Adams Rubble: well almost gone :)
Eos Amaterasu: the house is its own ghost whether you are still there or not
Adams Rubble: yes, the spaces are still so real
Eos Amaterasu: literally memory spaces in a way
Adams Rubble: nice that we can check in on the houses on Google maps
Eos Amaterasu: that house _is_ certain times
    Adams Rubble nods
Adams Rubble: I have walked around the neighborhood of the first house on Goggle maps
Eos Amaterasu: yeah, I street-viewed my former house in Berkeley, and saw they had put out the green bins
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: in any case it was good to realize I was giving up my occupational identity and I would still be there
Eos Amaterasu: you're a different person but still there?
Adams Rubble: I think the same person without the attachment
Adams Rubble: maybe a freer person
    Eos Amaterasu: interesting, yes
Eos Amaterasu: that's one thing that struck me about the Scharmer story about his family home burning down completely
Eos Amaterasu: the generative power of being in the open naked space that was left
    Adams Rubble nods
Adams Rubble: I was very much struck with the grandfather
Adams Rubble: his one concern being the father
Eos Amaterasu: wonder if we're burning down the house in a climate-change sort of way
    Adams Rubble: uh oh
Adams Rubble: not sure we will be feeling good seeing the results
Eos Amaterasu: upside of house burning down is clarity and rebirth (perhaps)
Eos Amaterasu: but a lot doesn't survive
    Adams Rubble: yes
Adams Rubble: we don't have a place to move on from the earth house
    Eos Amaterasu: hmm

    --BELL--

Adams Rubble: unless you believe we can be reincarnated on another pllanet :)
Adams Rubble: It has been a rough week for humanity this week
    Eos Amaterasu: yeah
Adams Rubble: I think it has been getting me down
Adams Rubble: even the president seems to feel helpless
Eos Amaterasu: yeah, it can be horrifying
Eos Amaterasu: PaB Bell is very precise :-)
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: I think it was programmed by an architect :)
Eos Amaterasu: being still and being busy, being still and seeing clearly
Adams Rubble: you have a way of coming out with some profound little statments :)
Eos Amaterasu: there are individual exemplars of humanity and care and open eyes and heart that are inspiring in the midst of darkness
    Adams Rubble nods
Adams Rubble: I was struck with the images of people cleaning up the streets in Baltimore
Adams Rubble: and those flying in food and flying out wounded in Nepal
    Eos Amaterasu: even Everest shook
    Adams Rubble: yes
Adams Rubble: being still and being busy would make a nice topic
    Adams Rubble: what that means
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)
Adams Rubble: as pema would say
Eos Amaterasu: I guess "flow" is when they come together
Adams Rubble: there is a certain point when we begin to deteriorate when we are busy
    Adams Rubble: or CAN deteriorate
Eos Amaterasu: yeah, get pulled away in all directions and can't even feel that you're in one place, or doing one thing
    Adams Rubble: yes, that
Adams Rubble: that is one place I have found the 15 minute stops helpful
Adams Rubble: bring vack the focus
    Adams Rubble: back
Adams Rubble: and the "why" one is doing something
    Eos Amaterasu: hmm, yes
Eos Amaterasu: step out of the ongoing burning
Adams Rubble: thank you for reminding me of that :)
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)
Adams Rubble: I think it is time for me to get ready for tomorrow. It was good to see you :)
Eos Amaterasu: Thanks, Adams, great to talk and share this space
Adams Rubble: Have a good night
    Eos Amaterasu: Ciao!
    Adams Rubble: take care. bye
