    Eos Amaterasu: Hi Adams
    Adams Rubble: Hello Eos :)
    Adams Rubble: Happy Tuesday evening
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)

Eos Amaterasu: Have you been noting who you're talking to in your head?
Adams Rubble: Seeing you reminded me that I mostly forgot except for once and then it seemed to be me
    Adams Rubble: how about you?
Eos Amaterasu: I think it's a variety of people - for example, just before I typed this I said stuff like that to you in my head
Eos Amaterasu: (little did you know :-)
    Adams Rubble: :)
Eos Amaterasu: maybe it's like IMing
    Eos Amaterasu: I am-ing
Adams Rubble: Now that you mention it, I was having thoughts about what to say to you

Eos Amaterasu: one good exercise is to take a glass of drink to your mouth, and then as you move the drink to the table you open a space not filled with yourself
Eos Amaterasu: you don't say anything
    Adams Rubble: :)

Eos Amaterasu: maybe that's a matter of letting gestures complete themselves without hurrying or surrounding them

Adams Rubble: I will try that
Eos Amaterasu: (I notice that sometimes when washing the dishes :-)
    Adams Rubble: working meditation

    --BELL--

Eos Amaterasu: a little energy (attention) simultaneous with relaxation (letting be)
    Eos Amaterasu: micro meditation
    Eos Amaterasu: micro dosing
    Eos Amaterasu: no big bang
    Eos Amaterasu: just little poofs
    Adams Rubble: like 9 seconds
    Eos Amaterasu: yes
Eos Amaterasu: I like that idea as a theme around upcoming RL/Sl retreat
    Eos Amaterasu: RL/SL
Eos Amaterasu: when the time occurs, pay a little extra attention, and relax
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: relaxing should be so easy
Eos Amaterasu: there's the paradox of feeling you have to elsewhere to relax :-)
Adams Rubble: yes, on a hammock or by a lake at the foot of a mountain
    Adams Rubble: by the sea
Adams Rubble: listenong to the waves
Eos Amaterasu: which have that energy and relaxation quality
Adams Rubble: walking in a forest
Eos Amaterasu: I think nature is very wise....
    Adams Rubble: ... ?
Eos Amaterasu: there's some kind of almost transmission that happens when you're in a natural environment, like some of those you mentioned, some kind of "how to be"
Eos Amaterasu: and connection with where you came and come from
Adams Rubble: if one relaxes :)
    Adams Rubble: looks and listens
Adams Rubble: interesting that it helps to get out of man-made environment
    Adams Rubble: human-made
    Adams Rubble: houses, cars, computers...

    --BELL--

Eos Amaterasu: but also interesting how you can bring that in or find that in current environment
Adams Rubble: which remind of us of things to do
    Adams Rubble: yes
Eos Amaterasu: the nine-second exercise is an example of that :-)
    Adams Rubble: yes it is
Eos Amaterasu: tune into that same energy that you found in the forest clearing
Adams Rubble: thank you for these thoughts and reminders
    Adams Rubble: I must go
Eos Amaterasu: thanks for dropping by, Adams
Eos Amaterasu: I will also go
    Eos Amaterasu: Caio!
Adams Rubble: have a very good night and weel :)
    Adams Rubble: qwwk
    Adams Rubble: week
