Qt Core: and this horrible weather helps too as it keep the temperatures low so going around is nicer
Qt Core: i've heard from someone that kept the count that in July it rained on 26 of the 31 days...

Qt Core: mm, sometimes walking under the rain, with a good umbrella which noise keep your mind from following a single thought is nice

Qt Core: thinking that maybe the ones i use to call crazy as they use those bicyles where you are lying down instead of sitting may have it right... it surely has to hurt thye sitting area a lot less...
Wol Euler: probably, yes, I guess it would spread the weight differently
Wol Euler: but they are harder to ride because you can't let the weight of your leg help you pedal, it's all sheer muscle power

Qt Core: well as i just ride to exert myself it may be interesting, but i fear they costs quite a bit, then you have to bring it to the park, being so low they probably are invisible on regular roads (i've seen a few having a little pole and flag to be more visible, like the kid's shopping carts at malls

Wol Euler: yes, I believe that they are probably more dangerous in that way of being hard to see

Qt Core: yes, it's in the range of several years of gym subscription ;-)

Qt Core: not really an hard one, a regular bicycle could be used even to go places, a recumbent one not really (and i just renewed my gym subscription)

Wol Euler: I can't see them as other than expensive toys, sorry to say, I don't believe that people really use them for regular transportation.

Qt Core: you can probably but it in your lap or add a cart... and there are even tandem ones!
