Catrinamonblue Resident: no and yes... was a difficult week but had a great day out yesterday
Bleu Oleander: what did you do?
Catrinamonblue Resident: was back to work after a 2 week holiday, no one does my job so papers piled up. :) But I had an awesome 2 weeks away
Bleu Oleander: did you go somewhere cool?
Catrinamonblue Resident: Visited Rimouski Quebec and then through New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island :)

Bleu Oleander: never been to that part of the world
Catrinamonblue Resident: I have been through the maritime provinces a few times now :) I love visiting there. Hope to move there some day :)

Catrinamonblue Resident: Not really today... I'm just folding a load of laundry atm :) won't take long

Bleu Oleander: saw a very interesting movie last night

Catrinamonblue Resident: Haven't heard of that one, what's it about?
Bleu Oleander: was filmed over 12 years with the same actors
Bleu Oleander: the central role was a young boy who went from 6 to 18
Bleu Oleander: pretty interesting
Catrinamonblue Resident: oh wait, yes I did see a commercial about that
Catrinamonblue Resident: it sounds interesting
Bleu Oleander: yes long but worth watching

Catrinamonblue Resident: was just thinking about the phrase "right of passage" and how there are certain periods in our lives that are a right of passage, a changing from one person into another, a metamorphosis.
Bleu Oleander: Boyhood represented just that theme!
Catrinamonblue Resident: neat... I'm going to have to watch it then :)

Bleu Oleander: I don't think its been done before
Bleu Oleander: having the same actors over a long time like that
Catrinamonblue Resident: I think your right in that except in cases of documentaries when following certain groups of people
Catrinamonblue Resident: a BBC documentary comes to mind following extremely gifted children in the UK, I don't remeber what it was called
Bleu Oleander: yes I remember something about that
Bleu Oleander: these were not real people though ... all were actors
Catrinamonblue Resident: ah ok :)
Bleu Oleander: so the director brought the same group back every year
Bleu Oleander: to continue the story
Bleu Oleander: was fun to see them change year to year

Catrinamonblue Resident: Eliza just sent an email to say she won't be able to make the gaurdian session and Aggers sent one earlier saying the same for her
Bleu Oleander: I think there's nothing to discuss today
Bleu Oleander: so perhaps try again next week
Catrinamonblue Resident: probably not, we seem to be slowly dispersing out into the cosmos :)
