Riddle Sideways: inventory is back correctly
Riddle Sideways: yesterday SL had a problem
Eden Haiku: Glad to see you :)
Riddle Sideways: the usual thing is to take it as a personal problem :)
    Eden Haiku: Ah yes :)
Riddle Sideways: try different personal tests first
Riddle Sideways: then look at SL status page
Eden Haiku: And it was a general SL problem?
Riddle Sideways: yes, but thought it 'of course' was personal
Riddle Sideways: all the ills of the world are mine alone
    Eden Haiku: of course :)
Bleu Oleander: 's current display-name is "Bleu".
    Bleu Oleander: good morning!
    Riddle Sideways: hi blEu
Eden Haiku: Like the sitting animations...I came here early, found a nice one, then wandered around, played with BunBun, went to the retreat place, to the snow garden and now I can't remember how to sit properly :) Hi Bleu!
    Bleu Oleander: :)
Bleu Oleander: these cushions have different sets of poses :)
    Riddle Sideways: ha, yep
    Bleu Oleander: hi Eliza :)
Riddle Sideways: and at first think it is our personal issues
Riddle Sideways: or the universe hates us (only)
Eliza Madrigal: Morning Bleu, Riddle, Eden :)
Eden Haiku: Yes, hard to remember which cushion I tried earlier :) Hello Eliza :)

Eden Haiku: I drink tea at lunch. No coffee for me ...
Bleu Oleander: giggles watching Eden Goldilocking around the pavilion [I was hopping from one cushion to the next looking for the proper pose]
Eden Haiku: Ok. I'll stop fidgeting now.
Bleu Oleander: this one is "just right" hehe
Riddle Sideways: coffee maker is yet another example of the universe personally is out to cause little i issues

Eden Haiku: a slowing down coffee maker ?
Riddle Sideways: had to vinegar de-calcium rinse/clean it
Eden Haiku: There is the Internet of Things and then there is the Malevolence of Things hehe..
    Bleu Oleander: :)

Eliza tells us her Bleu and Bowie dream!

    Bleu Oleander: :)
Eden Haiku: Christmas tree was blocking the sun a bit in our window. It's gone to recycling now and the sun is pouring in :)
Eden Haiku: I feel at the start of a new cycle. Do you?
Bleu Oleander: nice feeling ... opening after the holidays
    Bleu Oleander: yes definitely
Eden Haiku: A brand new 2016 opening up her arms for us...
Riddle Sideways: and a bit more daylight at this time of day now
Bleu Oleander: it happens on New Years day every year for me
Eden Haiku: Yes, more daylight, I noticed:)
Bleu Oleander: a cold turkey from december moods
    Riddle Sideways: ah
Eden Haiku: And many THINGS to repair, organize, reorganize etc

Eliza telling us her Bleu & Bowie dream.jpg

Eliza Madrigal: back, with tea... matcha portioned out in perfect packets, gift from daughter :) Had espresso at 6am, but fell back to sleep at 8 anyway. Had a Bleu and Bowie dream :)
    Eden Haiku: Do tell!
    Bleu Oleander listens
    Riddle Sideways: /listens
Eliza Madrigal: reading.... oh, yes lists!
Eliza Madrigal: okay... will give the version on FB with Bowie (RIP)... then the Bleu part, that I didn't share there?
Eden Haiku: Bleu and Bowie in the Sky with Diamonds!
    Bleu Oleander: :))
Eliza Madrigal: Fell back to sleep and attended a wedding in a huge empty pool that was soft white adobe with glittery mosaic tiles scattered here and there. We were seated in rows of chairs, and a young guest arrived almost late. He turned around and caught my eyes, waved slightly in a connected, familiar way, smiling bright, friendly
Eliza Madrigal: that was the end of the dream as I woke.
Eliza Madrigal: The beginning was in the larger setting of the wedding, and I was in a crowd greeting people
Eliza Madrigal: I take it the empty pool was near Bleu's house...
    Bleu Oleander: hehe
Eliza Madrigal: because as I talked with someone, I pictured a huge museum like house open to a view of ocean....
Eliza Madrigal: and I said to them, "Oh I've been to Bleu's house a few times before, but never knew she had a second floor!"
Bleu Oleander: def not my house :)
Eliza Madrigal: I then pictured a top floor that was full of objects and things to look at but no place to sit... and a bottom floor that was beautiful dyed concretes...
Eliza Madrigal: and this time got out of an elevator onto a place with lots of cushions and places to snuggle with others
    Eliza Madrigal: (2nd floor)
Eliza Madrigal: I think it was more like SL houses of yours Bleu :)
Bleu Oleander: yes sounds like it :)
Eliza Madrigal: and anyway, that was when I got back to finding my seat for the wedding
Eliza Madrigal: Bowie looked so young, beautiful
    Eliza Madrigal: sigh :)
    Eliza Madrigal: (end)
    Bleu Oleander: nice :)

Learning the sad news of David Bowie's death

Eden Haiku: Why did you write RIP before Eliza? Is Bowie dead?
    Eliza Madrigal: Oh, dear... yes....
Eden Haiku: It kept bothering me as I read your dream...
    Bleu Oleander: just
Eliza Madrigal: passed away this morning. :(
    Eden Haiku: Oh no!
    Eden Haiku: So sad...
    Riddle Sideways: (now sad)
    Bleu Oleander: very young
Eliza Madrigal: that's why he was so on my mind when I fell back to sleep...was thankful for the bright and open feeling of the smile n the dream
Eden Haiku: And still so beautiful!
Eliza Madrigal: amazing pouring of tributes
    Eliza Madrigal: twitter especially
Eliza Madrigal: so much to see and listen to being shared...what a life
    Bleu Oleander: http://www.nytimes.com/2016/01/12/ar...to-spot-region®ion=top-news&WT.nav=top-news
Eden Haiku: I'm not so digital addicted as I thought. Didn't check Twitter this morning yet...
Eliza Madrigal: sorry to share in shocking way... though I guess no easy landing possible... hope happy feeling, restful
Riddle Sideways: ooooooooooooo, had not heard
Riddle Sideways: thought Bowie was a dog name
Riddle Sideways: it was just his birthday
    Eliza Madrigal: oh, no :(
    Eliza Madrigal: yes
Eliza Madrigal: I guess he had been struggling for a while, because his album release is a kind of artwork in itself that alludes
    Eliza Madrigal: named Lazarus
Eden Haiku: Was tempted to do so but listened to your dream Eliza. Connected to the pool part as I wanderd into your upper levels this morning and felt trapped into the pool. Panicked a bit. SL panick you know...Then flew out and dropped back on the ground...
Eliza Madrigal: I guess my dominant feeling is just amazement at him
Bleu Oleander: very avatar like in his many presentations

    --BELL--

    Mourning.jpg

Riddle and Eden just heard the sad news

A stardust kind of a dance

Eliza Madrigal nods.... think that is why he mingled with Bleu in dream
    Bleu Oleander: :)
Riddle Sideways: great way of stating his looks
Riddle Sideways: he wore an avatar
Eden Haiku: Thanks for the link BLeu. Will read about Bowie later, If I open my Web Browser on this computer I get a lot of ads...Some of the many things I have to repair... And now Bowie. I'm in shock, really...
    Riddle Sideways: Ch-Ch-Changes
    Eden Haiku: People disappear...
    Eden Haiku: icons
Bleu Oleander: remain in dreams and memories
Eliza Madrigal: I'm sorry.... am somewhat overflowing after taking in so many images and melodies... photos of he and wife...
    Eliza Madrigal: yes
Eden Haiku: No no Eliza, I'm glad to hear about his death from you, in a dream, with Riddle and Bleu at the pavilion this Monday morning. No better place to mourn David Bowie...
    Eliza Madrigal: ((( ))))
    Bleu Oleander: lovely thought Eden
Riddle Sideways: yes, is a good way
Riddle Sideways: have a friend tell it nicely
Eden Haiku: He's with us in spirit in a way...
Riddle Sideways: WinAmp on shuffle seems to really perfer Bowie songs, plays them so often
Eden Haiku: First time I came at PaB, I felt my dead mother was here...
    Bleu Oleander: wow, amazing
Eden Haiku: Maybe some people who die wander off in different bardos of reality and go through here as I question the nature of reality.
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Eliza Madrigal: a thin place, at times
Eden Haiku: After all, we know death is an illusion.
Riddle Sideways: some others have mentions similar
Eden Haiku: In a dream early this morning, a friend handed me her last wishes.
    Eliza Madrigal: oh my
    Riddle Sideways: listens
Eden Haiku: She's not even sick so it was strange
Eliza Madrigal: even the living have last wishes :)
Bleu Oleander: guardian of friend's last wishes in a dream ... amazing Eden
Eden Haiku: It was handwritten, on a purple sheet of paper,
    Eliza Madrigal: stunning imagery
    Eden Haiku: In black ink
Bleu Oleander: were you able to read it?
Eden Haiku: And it stated that she wanted to have a Middle Age dance danced at her funeral
    Eliza Madrigal: :))))
Bleu Oleander: this sounds like a beautiful painting :)
Eliza Madrigal thinks, Eden would be the one to ask
Eden Haiku: She was then telling me that she danced that dance with her brother and that they liked it a lot
Eden Haiku: I thought she was mentioning the brother I know, but now I see it must be the other one, who is sick now...
    Eliza Madrigal: mmm
Eden Haiku: Wonders what kind of dance David Bowie wanted to be danced at his funeral...
Eden Haiku: A stardust dance of a kind...
Eliza Madrigal: funeral dances, hm, never thought to ask for that
Riddle Sideways: todo: amend living will to include which dances at funeral
    Eliza Madrigal: <3 * <3 stardust dance <3 * <3
Eden Haiku: laughs, even though she felt sooo sad during the bell...

    --BELL--

    Bowie made us wake up

Eliza Madrigal: was singing Heroes while walking George, aloud without self-consciousness... that kind of feeling... feel sad only in the sense that one wants to stomp their foot and wish a bit more time
Bleu Oleander: must go dear friends ... ty for sharing a very Bowie-esque time here :)
Eden Haiku: yeah, icons of our youth stay with us PLEASSSE....
Eliza Madrigal: for them, their loved ones
Eden Haiku: Bye Bleu, Take care:)
    Eliza Madrigal: bye Bleu, tc
    Bleu Oleander: take care
    Riddle Sideways: by by Bleu
Eliza Madrigal: there is some wonderful feeling about someone being able to express so fully during a lifetime...like this amazing layered painting generations will take time with on and on
Eden Haiku: yes, he did express himself...
Riddle Sideways: one of the first extreme shock us performers
Riddle Sideways: made us Wake Up
    Eden Haiku: listens
    Eliza Madrigal listens
Riddle Sideways: was not really more to say, but ...
Riddle Sideways: look at the Bowie catalog
Riddle Sideways: of songs, poetry, looks, images, awakings
Riddle Sideways: jarred you in to
    Riddle Sideways: Thinking
Eden Haiku: Reincarnating himself a lot...
Eliza Madrigal: ...catalog of awakings... wow, perfect
Riddle Sideways: different thoughts entered you at early age
Riddle Sideways: maybe,? when Major Tom floats away
Riddle Sideways: a little of you leave the space capisile too
    Eden Haiku: ;)
Riddle Sideways: there was a metephor there somewhere
    Eliza Madrigal: *
Riddle Sideways: Ziggy was soooo bazarre
Riddle Sideways: but, almost think we had a Ziggy in one of my bands
    Eden Haiku: ?
Riddle Sideways: and PaB has a lot of the principle of
Riddle Sideways: Turn and face the Change
    Eliza Madrigal: ^^
Eliza Madrigal: "flame haired alien rock star intent on bringing hope to young people on earth" one article called Ziggy
    Eden Haiku: Beautiful!
Eliza Madrigal: *flame haired androgynous alien rock star
Riddle Sideways: "Angst and apocalypse, media and paranoia, distance and yearning were among Mr. Bowie’s lifelong themes" - nytimes
    Eden Haiku: Even more beautiful!
Eliza Madrigal: distance and yearning, gosh all so spectacular to reflect on
Eden Haiku: "flame haired androgynous alien rock star"
    Eden Haiku: Apocalypse...
Eden Haiku: It feels like that sometimes doesn'it?
    Eliza Madrigal nods
Eden Haiku: Di Caprio yesterday at the Golden Globes, about the First Nations rights. A great speech.
Riddle Sideways: Heroes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tgcc5V9Hu3g (for the gentle readers)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Thank you so much Riddle :)
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, yes fell to sleep just after Di Caprio.... nice

    --BELL--

Riddle Sideways: too much football yesterday, only saw Tom Hanks speech about Densel
Eliza Madrigal smiles, that was great too
Eden Haiku: How the Earth passed on to future generations needs to be healed or something like that.
Eden Haiku: Densel was a bit weird no?
Eliza Madrigal: hehe, bit overwhelmed perhaps?
    mark80 Bracula: 's current display-name is "ℳαƦҜ".
Eliza Madrigal: but the range and images of all those films... my son said "Oh! That was him in Glory!"
Eden Haiku: A great actor but his speech was so off...
Riddle Sideways: did not heard his speech
Eliza Madrigal: maybe I didn't listen closely enough, now curious
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: He knew months in advance about the honour?
Eliza Madrigal: probably... that award is not like the others
Eden Haiku: It felt like he couldn't stomach to be honoured,,,
Eliza Madrigal: pushing it away you mean?
Eden Haiku: And told some very personal story about his Mom encouraging his Dad to buy more that 25 watts bulbs...
Eliza Madrigal: oh, that, yes lol I don't know...
Eden Haiku: Like his Dad was all for obscurity. I could feel his pain. A child's pain.
Eliza Madrigal: thought dynamic with he and wife was sweet
Eden Haiku: Yes, it was. She was very supportive and light.
Eliza Madrigal: "seeking a friend for the end of the world.."
Eliza Madrigal: comes to mind :)
    Eden Haiku: ah!
Eden Haiku: We know so little about what other humans go through even if we all are so similar...
Eden Haiku: Same basic needs to love and be loved.
    Eliza Madrigal: yes
Eliza Madrigal: so many layers and dimensions
Riddle Sideways: back - (was stuck watching youTubes)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Riddle Sideways: yes,
Eden Haiku: To be heard. To be acknowledged. What else?
    Eliza Madrigal: known
Eliza Madrigal: even if not understood
Riddle Sideways: each side of Everything has an angle
Eden Haiku: To be known yes. What else?
Eden Haiku: Welcome back Riddle ;)
    Eliza Madrigal: hmm
Riddle Sideways: how to 'Know' everyone of them?
Eliza Madrigal: somehow made space for, ie 'what I see is not all there is to see'
Eliza Madrigal: not losing attention for
Eden Haiku: Shelter and food and air and water
    Eliza Madrigal: "you matter"
    Eliza Madrigal: even if obscure
Eden Haiku: Being connected to others.
Eden Haiku: feeling part of the whole of humanity
Riddle Sideways: ah, yes, that is what must be
Eliza Madrigal: included in humanity... interesting notion
Riddle Sideways: please excuse, forgot for a sec
    Eden Haiku: ok
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: What did Bowie died from? An heart attack?
    Eliza Madrigal: cancer
    Eliza Madrigal: "secret battle"
    Eden Haiku: oh my...
    Eden Haiku: tks
Eliza Madrigal: not sure how long he had known
Eden Haiku: Been resisting to open tablet or phone :)

    --BELL-

Dont'die with your music left inside

Eliza Madrigal: :) time to unpack his life
Eden Haiku: Will be listening to radio while going for a walk for sure :)
Eliza Madrigal: was so mesmerized this morning, reading all the tributes and quotes
Eliza Madrigal: seeing how much part of the fabric of my time
Eden Haiku: Yes, it was his time, the Grim Reaper reclaimed him I guess.
Eden Haiku: So sad, so young...
Eliza Madrigal: someone's famous quote, "don't die with your music left inside", lingering... hm, most of us hold back so much, fearful.. but wow
    Eden Haiku: Beautiful quote....
Eliza Madrigal: sigh, now starting to feel sad
Riddle Sideways: thanks, but that hurt
Eden Haiku: Bowie expressed so much but then he did die with music left inside too I guess...
Eliza Madrigal: nods... now for others
Eliza Madrigal: a day for musicians and poets :)
Eden Haiku: But we are still alive and we are expressing the music of our sadness in this morning/mourning session aren't we?
Riddle Sideways: one thing, (maybe) is that cancer gives some time
Riddle Sideways: some artist have gotten last thoughts out
    Eliza Madrigal: true
    Riddle Sideways: in last recording
    Eden Haiku: True
    Riddle Sideways: George Harrison
Eliza Madrigal: they say in retrospect can see his last work as intentional last expression
    Eliza Madrigal: "Lazarus"
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Eliza Madrigal: given a chance to speak from beyond, in a sense
Eden Haiku: Lhassa de Sela, a young singer from Montreal. Died at 36 from cancer too. Wrote songs about knowing she is dying.
    Eliza Madrigal: on thin strings
Riddle Sideways: not want to stop chat, but ... other duties
Eden Haiku: Will buy Lazarus on iPhone and listen to it as I walk...(I did listen to Bowies's  last album Black Star as I walked by the river in a bitter cold of minus 10 with strong winds. So moving)

Something happened the day he died

Spirit rose a metre and stepped aside

    Somebody else took his place

    (I'm a black star, I'm a black star)

Riddle Sideways: need to get more music out
Eliza Madrigal: yes... me too... not wanting to let you both go :)
Eden Haiku: Thank you so much guys! Have a great day!
Riddle Sideways: please go sing your best songs today
    Riddle Sideways: thank you
    Eden Haiku: Hugs
    Riddle Sideways: Hugs

Eliza Madrigal: hugs too..and sorry for being bull in china shop at first... too much energy perhaps... not considering time to tread softly [No Eliza, it was perfect the way you brought the sadn ews, perfect]
