Eden Haiku: Good morning Riddle, Storm :)
    Storm Nordwind: Good morning Eden!
Riddle Sideways: Storm, your hair flows when you walk
Eden Haiku: Not all cuhions are dresses and skirts friendly :)
Storm Nordwind: True to real life, Riddle :)
    Eden Haiku: smiles
    Riddle Sideways: Howdee, Eliza
Eden Haiku: Good morning Eliza :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Morning :))
    Storm Nordwind: Eliza! :)
Eliza Madrigal admiring Eden's whimsical dress
Eden Haiku: Read guardians meeting, very interesting stuff!
Eden Haiku: Already sent an email to Steve about land :)
    Eliza Madrigal: nice, thanks
    Riddle Sideways: whoops! missing meeting
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal: hope doing something fun
    Riddle Sideways: yardwork?
Eden Haiku: Sorry I missed being there too...
Eliza Madrigal grins, reframes question to, "hope you had fun doing what you were doing"
Eden Haiku: Well, was working all afternoon... emails and publishing stuff...
Riddle Sideways: a lot of fun rounding up oak leaves
Eden Haiku: Not so much fun...
Eliza Madrigal: hm, but fun to finish?
    Eden Haiku: Yep!
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Choosing schedules of signatures for Paris Poetry Fair and so on :)
Eliza Madrigal: sounds fun to me *^.^*
    Eliza Madrigal: and choosing clothing!
Eden Haiku: Yes, that part will be fun, later. Organizing not so fun.
Eden Haiku: Yes, my companion chose his outfits already, Didn't yet :)
Riddle Sideways: did you, at first, practice your signature

    Ram Dass

Eden Haiku: Change of topic: saw this wonderful documentary on Ram Dass on Netflix. Did you watch?
Riddle Sideways: oooo, not seen that
Eliza Madrigal: have saved to list but not watched
Eden Haiku: Maybe you met him Riddle, in RL?
    Riddle Sideways: twice
    Riddle Sideways: no, three times
    Eden Haiku: Wow!
Bleu Oleander: 's current display-name is "Bleu".
Storm Nordwind: Storm has a visitor - must fly sorry!
    Bleu Oleander: morning all
    Riddle Sideways: hi bleu
    Eden Haiku: Bye Storm
Eliza Madrigal: Hi Bleu :) (bye Storm)
    Eden Haiku: Morning Bleu :)
    Riddle Sideways: Storm flies
Eden Haiku: Was talking about a documentary on Ram Das watched on Netflix.
Eden Haiku: He's saying we have to adjust to change.
Riddle Sideways: Saw Ram Das just a few years ago and most of the talk was catching up on his life
Eden Haiku: Impressive as the man suffered a stroke and is now in a wheelchair.,
Riddle Sideways: a lot of caring for his father

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: And he seems so happy!
Eden Haiku: Lives in Maui though, it helps :)
Eliza Madrigal: sense of life well lived?
Riddle Sideways: his happiness is so infectious
Eden Haiku: Yes, that too. Has many people around him. Caretakers, friends,
Bleu Oleander:a key is social connection I think
Eliza Madrigal: have been pondering this too, a lot
Eden Haiku: Infectious yes. Images of him in his luxuriant garden with a Hanuman statue. So peaceful.

    Isolation bubbles

Bleu Oleander: was interested to hear about unlearned isolation that you posted Eliza, so I hope you expand on that a bit
Eliza Madrigal: thanks Eden... I am pretty settled on that becoming my 99 Days focus, having noticedthat I move from one kind of isolation to another.
Eden Haiku: I think Bleu asked you Eliza :)
Bleu Oleander: yes, we don't even realize how isolated we can become
    Eliza Madrigal: Oh, sorry Bleu
    Eliza Madrigal: waking :)
    Bleu Oleander: :)
    Eden Haiku: listening to Eliza
Eliza Madrigal: What Bleu's saying is exactly it
Eden Haiku: Always had that tendency of isolation too...
Bleu Oleander: exposure to new and stimulating experiences ... shaking things up ...
Eliza Madrigal: I made a list this morning of simple things, like, just reading at the pool (in the shade) instead of inside of the apartment
Eliza Madrigal: I am out and about, but in a bubble, most of the time
Eden Haiku: Listening to birds and geckos Eliza?
    Eliza Madrigal smiles, hopefully!
Bleu Oleander: trying to talk to different people ... just getting out and mixing in with lots of different people and places
Eden Haiku: I notice birds so much more now that I'm reading "Conference of the Birds'
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Bleu Oleander: we are drawn to what we already know
Eliza Madrigal: My first thought when you mentioned Ram Dass and his happiness was the community around him
Bleu Oleander: hard to look out from within our bubbles
Eden Haiku: Yes Bleu, mixing with different people is a good feeling.
Eliza Madrigal: well, we made the bubbles with good reasons for different times perhaps :)
Bleu Oleander: it becomes a feedback loop
Eden Haiku: I love people but I need isolation too.
Bleu Oleander: of course its a balance
    Eliza Madrigal nods, similar
Riddle Sideways: won't think Bleu has this issue, what with salons, galleries, travel, meetings and PaB/SL
Eliza Madrigal: It was a big accomplishment at some point to just get up and go see a film on my own, have a nice meal in a restaurant by myself... really enjoy that
Bleu Oleander: right, finding isolation is hard for me ha!
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Eliza Madrigal: can be some isolation when feeling responsible for things?
    Bleu Oleander: yes
    Bleu Oleander:meeting planner isolation :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Is your teenage son still living with you Eliza?
Eliza Madrigal:All three are with me now @@
    Bleu Oleander: wow
    Eden Haiku: All three...Oh!
    Riddle Sideways: and the dog
Eliza Madrigal: middle daughter just came back "for a while" and I've been feeling a bit... hm, pinched, and guilty for feeling that way :)
Eliza Madrigal: And the diabetic cat!
Riddle Sideways: ummm, where is the isolation?
Eden Haiku: That's a lot. A lot of responsibilty on your shoulders too,
Eliza Madrigal: in my personality :)
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
    Eliza Madrigal: thus the bubbles
    Eliza Madrigal: hahah
Bleu Oleander: I was going to say, in your head!
Eden Haiku: I can understand the feeling of isolation...
Eliza Madrigalnods... it is not that easy to describe but I feel you all understand anyway
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Bleu Oleander: I have felt isolation in NYC
    Eden Haiku: Paradoxical yes...
Riddle Sideways: lots of bubbles there
Bleu Oleander: its more a stance we take
    Eden Haiku: Walking bubbles
    Eliza Madrigal: yes, a stance

    Welcome back

    April 30-2.jpg

Storm came back when his visitor left and Eliza went away for a little while to change clothes

    Eden Haiku: Wb Storm ;)
Eliza Madrigal: Welcome back Storm :)
    Riddle Sideways: W.B.
    Bleu Oleander: waves to Storm
Storm Nordwind:Thank you. Repairman come and gone with mission accomplished :)
Eden Haiku: We have been talking about feeling of isolation Storm.
    Storm Nordwind: Thank you Eden

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: Congratulations for joining the Working Group and thanks to Bleu for the job well done :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
Bleu Oleander: what did I do?
    Storm Nordwind smiles
    Eliza Madrigal giggles
    Bleu Oleander: hehe
Riddle Sideways: join? it appears if one goes near a meeting you've joined
    Storm Nordwind: haha!
Riddle Sideways: however, it is about time
Eden Haiku: This beautiful pavilion was key to PaB staying alive Bleu :)
    Storm Nordwind: Caveat emptor
    Riddle Sideways: stop being isolated
    Bleu Oleander: awww ty Eden
Eliza Madrigal: brb I feel a little emo in these clothes, talking about isolation
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: smiles at Eliza and wonders in what outfit she will come back :)
    Bleu Oleander: :)
    Eden Haiku: onigokko
    Eden Haiku: stop
Eden Haiku: Saw that onigokko was sneaking back into sessions :)
Bleu Oleander: I never have my oni on :)
    Riddle Sideways: only one wearing
    Riddle Sideways: an isolated dance
    Bleu Oleander: LOL
    Eden Haiku: hehe
    Eden Haiku: Isolation dance:)
    Riddle Sideways: better, Eliza?
    Eliza Madrigal: much! ty
    Bleu Oleander: funny
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Eden Haiku: Blue shoes, cute!
Eliza Madrigal: thanks! wondering where they came from so I can fix them ^.^
Bleu Oleander: your foot shape might be wrong one?
Eliza Madrigal: yes, will have to fidget :) sorry to be distracting
Eden Haiku: Tried to start an onigokko to welcome you back Eliza into our little circle but it didn’t work :)
    Eliza Madrigal: aw
Eden Haiku: Not a good time to invite you into the dance right?
    Bleu Oleander: ha!
Eliza Madrigal: is there an onigokko going on?
Riddle Sideways: there are only a few bad times to not dance
Riddle Sideways: eating cerial is a bad time
    Eliza Madrigal laughs

    Waltzing towards a substantial topic

    April 30 Eliza.jpg

Eliza had changed into a white dress and blue shoes to feel more comfy

Eden Haiku: Let's waltz towards a more substantial topic than onigokko.Who wants to suggest one?
    Riddle Sideways: /stares at cushion
Eden Haiku: "Serial cerial eating by Riddle" could be one :)
Eliza Madrigal looks around and hums
    Storm Nordwind feigns sleepiness
Eden Haiku: Row row row your boat
Eden Haiku: Gently down the stream
    Eden Haiku: Merrily merrily merrily
Storm Nordwind: ice and buttered cream
Eden Haiku: Life is but a dream..
    Eden Haiku: LOL
    Eden Haiku: Pregnant silence
    Storm Nordwind: paws
Eden Haiku: Fragments of dreams floating by
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Eden Haiku: It's raining again
    Bleu Oleander: its sunny again
Eden Haiku: smiles at Arizona's sun :)
Riddle Sideways: day is waking and has not decided yet
Eliza Madrigal: very warm, but pleasant at night
Storm Nordwind: It stopped snowing again

    --BELL--

Eliza Madrigal: Have been making my way through the history project and noticing how many things PaB is, all in one, to how many quite different people
    Eden Haiku: oh, nice Eliza...
Eliza Madrigal: in the well-being class, she talks about "non passive leisure"
Eliza Madrigal: or rather non-apathetic leisure
Eliza Madrigal: where one is challenged but also relaxed and doing things voluntarily
Eden Haiku: Certainly non-apathetic leisure for you Eliza, you are doing so much for our PaB group!
Riddle Sideways: oh that would be a great target
Eliza Madrigal: well when I'm listening to myself and minding balances it falls into this kind of category.... where one feels they have something to offer and also is enjoying the time
Eden Haiku: For me PaB is a touchstone.
    Eliza Madrigal: touchstone?
Eden Haiku: Yes. Checking the word before going further,
Storm Nordwind: It's a good word and probably most appropriate
Riddle Sideways: a stone at Base to touch then adventure off then come back and touch again
Eliza Madrigal: or fly off :))
    Riddle Sideways: or bubble off
    Eliza Madrigal grins
Storm Nordwind: "An excellent quality or example that is used to test the excellence or genuineness of others"
Eden Haiku: Yes, I think it covers in part what I meant. A way to come back to something sound in this whirling world.
    Eliza Madrigal: cushion and cushioning
    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Eden Haiku: In RL, I moved many things: my home, both my parents died, I changed publishers, lost friends...
    Bleu Oleander: this year?
Eden Haiku: So this little group of people I never met in RL are very precious to me :)
Eliza Madrigal: :) and you to us
    Bleu Oleander: yes :)
Eden Haiku: No no, across the last 10 years or so Bleu :)
Bleu Oleander: a lot of change to accept even over 10 years!
Eliza Madrigal: considering that... pab (and we) a string running through such profound changes
    Eden Haiku: Exactly!
    Storm Nordwind nods and smiles
Riddle Sideways: a major thread in the tapestry
Eden Haiku: When I first ventured into a PaB session, lead by Storm whom I met in the gardens, Mick greeted me with grace in a group of about 7 or so people.
Eden Haiku: My mother had died a few months before and I felt during the pause that she was sitting among us.
Eden Haiku: Said so and many agreed it was a possibility.
Eden Haiku: Dreamt of my Mom last night. It connects :)
Eliza Madrigal: oh, wow... as though she brought you here
    Eden Haiku: Yep!
    Eliza Madrigal: nice dream?
Storm Nordwind: That is a powerful and touching memory Eden.
Eden Haiku: And I just felt she was sitting with us now.

Are we not family to each other?

Bleu Oleander: lovely thoughts Eden ... sorry but I must slip out ... take care all
    Eliza Madrigal: bye Bleu :)
    Eden Haiku: Bye Bleu :)
    Storm Nordwind: Bye Bleu
    Riddle Sideways: take care, Bleu
    Bleu Oleander: see you soon
Riddle Sideways: remembering some others that said simular things
Eden Haiku: Interesting Riddle, care to say more?

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: Could PaB (and maybe SL in general) be some kind of interface with the dead?
Riddle Sideways: hard to remember which names (and prolly should not), but some lost mothers
    Riddle Sideways: hmmmm
Eden Haiku: But then anything could be, a rose, a bird :)
Eden Haiku: Everything is connected isn'it?
    Eliza Madrigal nods
Storm Nordwind:Are we not family to each other? :)
Eden Haiku: Going through our isolation bubbles :)
Riddle Sideways: sliding a internal reality out to a virtual world base
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Eliza Madrigal: certainly have been/are family to me
Riddle Sideways: *yes, to all 3
Eden Haiku: Wondering how it will be with AI...
Eliza Madrigal: I have very little connection with my family of origin, and PaB is a place where I feel connected as 'me' before everyone's mom or... or... or...
Eden Haiku: loves reading your posts in the ...99 days now isn’it?
    Eliza Madrigal: yes! we're continuing!
Storm Nordwind: Eliza is the caring big sister I never had :)
Eden Haiku: For me too, such a lovely sister :)
Eliza Madrigal grins and smiles at that idea of being the big sister, lol
Riddle Sideways: thought that could only take done 30 days, but lasted that and more
Eden Haiku: For me you are the young sisterthough, sweet and caring.
    Eliza Madrigal: :) feels sheltered
Eliza Madrigal: Meant to ask at GM whether daily emails are burdensome to the rest of the group, but Stevenaia seems to want me to continue those
    Eden Haiku: hugging (((Eliza)))
Riddle Sideways:yes, Eliza is the Nice sister
Storm Nordwind: Are they a burden to you Eliza?
    Eliza Madrigal: (((((((( cherishing ))))))))
Eliza Madrigal: No, just the feeling that I might be bothering people
Storm Nordwind: A daily contact from big sis is hardly bothering ;)
Eliza Madrigal: but maybe without them people wouldn't feel free to jump in anytime they wish
Eden Haiku: I use the "recent changes" tabs as you said, but I don't mind the emails, unless it's a trouble for you Eliza :)
Storm Nordwind: That's important too Eliza
Eliza Madrigal: :) Okay, if someone is bothered hope they read this, hah
    Storm Nordwind chuckles
    Eden Haiku: laughs
    Riddle Sideways:waves to readers
Eliza Madrigal: on both sides of the veil ;-)
    Eden Haiku: waves too
    Eden Haiku: Oh Mom...
Storm Nordwind: Riddle breaks the fourth wall
    Riddle Sideways: we All do
    Storm Nordwind nods
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Eden Haiku: :)
Eliza Madrigal: feel restful and inspired, appreciative, *thank you*
Eliza Madrigal: with doggo looking at me longingly
    Riddle Sideways: with leasure
Eliza Madrigal: so must go :)
    Eliza Madrigal: active leisure :)
Eden Haiku: Bye Eliza, thank you for being here little sister :)))
Eden Haiku: Hello to doggo :)
Eliza Madrigal: (((( ))))) bye for now
    Riddle Sideways: by doggo
Storm Nordwind waves to Eliza and Doggo

    AI angelologist robot

Eden Haiku: An angel flies by...
Riddle Sideways: how many angels can sit on these cushions
Storm Nordwind: Especially if they were pincushions ;)
Eden Haiku: At this time of the day (my time at least) it's angel Lehahiah :)
Eden Haiku: Number 34 in the kabbalah register of angels..
    Riddle Sideways: ah!
Storm Nordwind is not an expert angelologist
Riddle Sideways: did the word just get made up?
    Storm Nordwind: Yup!

    --BELL--

    Riddle Sideways: ㋡
Eden Haiku: Neither I am,but I have a book. He seems to be "A warrior of Peace" :))
Eden Haiku: No, I know someone who is an angelologist, that's a real word Riddle :0
Riddle Sideways: that "Fighting for Peace" thang again
    Eden Haiku: Yep!
Eden Haiku: Some undertones/overtones of the story of Sheik Sa'Nan (in Conference of Birds) are kind of scary aren't they?
Storm Nordwind: You are right Eden. Top search engine hit: "Become a Certified Angelologist." ! o_O
Eden Haiku: A new project after the little AI robot is ready!! hehe
    Storm Nordwind chuckles
    Riddle Sideways: giggles
Riddle Sideways: an AI Angelologist robot
    Riddle Sideways:ooooo "The Electric Monk"
Riddle Sideways: had forgotten about it
Storm Nordwind remembers Dirk Gently fondly
Riddle Sideways: circles back to Douglas Adams
Storm Nordwind: Everything circles back to Douglas Adams
Eden Haiku: smiles at boys talk :)
Riddle Sideways: the new Dirk Gently TV series is just toooooo silly
Riddle Sideways: sorry for that, but the Electric Monk is needed more then ever
Eden Haiku: You could feed the robot with all the kabbalah stuff and she would start poofing prophecies :)
    Riddle Sideways: hahahahaha
    Storm Nordwind: haha!
Storm Nordwind: "An Electric Monk is a labor-saving device, like a dishwasher or a video recorder. Dishwashers wash tedious dishes for you, thus saving you the bother of washing them yourself, video recorders watch tedious television for you, thus saving you the bother of looking at it yourself; Electric Monks believe things for you, thus saving you what is becoming an increasingly onerous task, that of believing all the things the world expect you to believe."
    Riddle Sideways: thank you
Eden Haiku: It's now Haiah angel flying at 8h20 California time
Riddle Sideways: for the quick quote
Eden Haiku: Learning about Electric Monks makes my day :)
    Eden Haiku: Haaiah rather ;)
Eden Haiku: The angel's name of this figment of time
    Riddle Sideways: poofing figments
Eden Haiku: He's a kind of hoopoe it seems.
Riddle Sideways: (little black puff) Loves Typos
Eden Haiku: An electric monk sort of angel, believing our beliefs...
Storm Nordwind: Maybe I could get a part-time job as an electric monk repairman.
    Eden Haiku: LOL
Riddle Sideways: always felt sorry for the monk's horse. It had to stand there while the monk would be worship the blade of grass
Storm Nordwind: Wasn't everything pink at one point too?
Eden Haiku: Didn't the horse get to feed on the grass then?
    Riddle Sideways: yes! forgot that
Riddle Sideways: And... son was moving a couch upstairs and it would not turn the corner and got stuck. So, much like Dirk's couch
Riddle Sideways: sat down right there, with the stuck couch and told the story
    Eden Haiku: smiles

    --BELL--

Riddle Sideways: kids think their parents are just sooo weird
Riddle Sideways: ok, kids need to be on hold with AT&T
Riddle Sideways: thanks for the day
