    Wol Euler: good morning, aggers
Agatha Macbeth: Hello fluffy muffin :)
    Agatha Macbeth: How's Carmen Miranda?
Wol Euler: dead for a few decades now, but I guess she's fine
    Agatha Macbeth: Aww
    Agatha Macbeth: Fruity lady
Agatha Macbeth: And you look very rosy
    Wol Euler: Spring!
    Agatha Macbeth: Boing
Wol Euler: though in fact I notice that they seem to be dead roses. Hmmmm. This outfit isn't what I thought it was
Agatha Macbeth: Ah, so it's masquerading
    Wol Euler: hmmmmmm
    Wol Euler: this won't do
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe you have greenlfly?
Agatha Macbeth: I really like that Indyra place
Agatha Macbeth: Turns out I already have something from there
    Wol Euler: aha!
    Agatha Macbeth: Nice butterflies
Wol Euler: thanks! much more appropriate to the day
Agatha Macbeth: Tho your boobs are showing :p

    --BELL--

Agatha Macbeth: Hopefully you are becoffeed again?
    Wol Euler: I am
    Agatha Macbeth: Yay
Wol Euler: and re boobs: you'll just have to take the rough with the smooth
    Agatha Macbeth: Hehe
    Agatha Macbeth: Smooth indeed
    Wol Euler grins.
Agatha Macbeth: Just had visions of Storm turning up on a whim and ejecting you
    Wol Euler laughs.
Wol Euler: do people get ejected for nakedness now?
    Wol Euler frowns.
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh I dunno
Agatha Macbeth: I don't have much on myself come to that
Wol Euler: the bits are at least covered
    Wol Euler: Respectability is Maintained.
    Agatha Macbeth: Some bits eh?
Agatha Macbeth: Hope your head is better now
Wol Euler: yes, thanks. It was an odd two days or so
Wol Euler: I slept all afternoon on wednesday or whenever that was, from lunchtime to early evening
Agatha Macbeth: Par for the course then :p
    Agatha Macbeth: Rip van Wollie
    Wol Euler: alas no
Wol Euler: I'd love to sleep all afternoon all the time
    Agatha Macbeth grins
Agatha Macbeth: I'm suprised you don't have a whole catalogue of dreams with all this shuteye
Wol Euler: that surprises me too actually, it#s odd how few I remember
Agatha Macbeth: Only the ones with railway stations perhaps
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: well, come on, railway stations!
Wol Euler: stands to reason, dunnit?
Agatha Macbeth: I try not to
    Agatha Macbeth: :p
Wol Euler: you sit while you reason? I suppose taht works too
Agatha Macbeth: You can get arrested for that sort of thing
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe it's different in Sweden
Agatha Macbeth: (Toilet at the next bell)
Wol Euler gets the cameras ready.

    --BELL--

    Agatha Macbeth: Back
Agatha Macbeth: That's a weight off my, er, mind
    Wol Euler smiles.
Wol Euler: what did you do on May Day?
    Wol Euler: morris dancing?
    Wol Euler: may pole decorating?
    Agatha Macbeth: Gardening
    Agatha Macbeth: Somehow apt
    Wol Euler nods.
Agatha Macbeth: That's when the weather here actually allows you to do it of course
Agatha Macbeth: I had to turn this headdress upside down because my feathers disappeared under my hair
    Wol Euler chuckles.
Wol Euler: works fine this way too
Agatha Macbeth: Yes I like it
Agatha Macbeth: Makes me look like Pocohontes or something
    Wol Euler nods.
    Agatha Macbeth: Or Montzuma's daughter
Wol Euler: nah, you'd have more gold for that one
    Agatha Macbeth: Yah
Wol Euler: and chains, and bloodstains from all the human sacrifices
Agatha Macbeth: Chains would be pretty cool ;-)
Agatha Macbeth: Not sure about bloodstains
Agatha Macbeth: Would need to go to a vamp place for that
    Wol Euler smiles.
Agatha Macbeth: Actually, can't remember last time I got a bite request
Agatha Macbeth: Looks like the vamps are leaving SL too
Wol Euler: no, nor I. It seems to have faded away
Agatha Macbeth: Nothing to get their teeth into I guess
    Wol Euler: *rimshot*
    Agatha Macbeth: *romshit*
Wol Euler: are the books still selling?
    Agatha Macbeth: Books?
    Wol Euler: vampire stuff
Wol Euler: surely you heard of that?
    Agatha Macbeth: I've no idea
    Wol Euler: wow
    Agatha Macbeth: Van Helsing?
Wol Euler: no, new, recent, the vampire trend shit
Agatha Macbeth: Must have missed that
Wol Euler: can't imagine how. At least in Germany it was ubiquitous
Agatha Macbeth: I need to get around the belfries a bit more perhaps
    Wol Euler: "twilight"
    Agatha Macbeth: Zone?
    Wol Euler: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twilight_%28series%29
    Wol Euler: no, vampires

    --BELL--

Agatha Macbeth: Sounds like it's been done before
Wol Euler: there was a point when three of the five were on the German bestseller list simultaneously
    Agatha Macbeth: Go figure
Agatha Macbeth: Where's Barnabas Collins these days? ;P
    Agatha Macbeth: And Daphne
    Wol Euler: who are they?
Agatha Macbeth: Oh you don't remember that series from the early 70s?
Agatha Macbeth: Bit like the Addams family
Agatha Macbeth: What was it called?
Agatha Macbeth: Something shadows I think
Agatha Macbeth: Kate Jackson was in it, pre-Charlie
Wol Euler: nope, never heard of that
Agatha Macbeth: Actually I only watched it because of her <chortle>
Wol Euler: Dark Shadows, google says
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes!
    Agatha Macbeth: That's the one
Wol Euler: the actor who played Barnabas died in 2012 aged 87
    Wol Euler: (it says here)
Agatha Macbeth: As I recall Christians objected strongly to showing such things to kids
Wol Euler: well, some christians object to educating children at all
    Agatha Macbeth: Hehe
Wol Euler: "keep them dumb and compliant"
Agatha Macbeth: Saves them venting their spleen on the LGBT community anway :p
Wol Euler: "ignorant people are easier to mislead"
    Agatha Macbeth: True that
    Agatha Macbeth: Look at Hitler
Agatha Macbeth: Hope you don't get hay fever wearing that
Wol Euler: okay so far :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Or wasps
Wol Euler: I guess the butterflies are wafting the pollen away
    Agatha Macbeth: Little wafters
    Agatha Macbeth: Work today?
    Wol Euler: only housework
    Wol Euler: so no
    Agatha Macbeth: That's bad enough
    Wol Euler smiles.
Wol Euler: at least I can stay home
Wol Euler: and nap between loads
    Agatha Macbeth: And fall asleep
    Agatha Macbeth: Yeh
Wol Euler: seriously, don't you plan your naps in advance?
    Agatha Macbeth: Mm, no
    Agatha Macbeth: They just happen
Wol Euler: well, if it works for you ...
    Agatha Macbeth: Seems to
Agatha Macbeth: Must be a z-thing
    Wol Euler raises an eyebrow.
    Wol Euler: say what?
    Agatha Macbeth: Zzzz
    Wol Euler: ah

    --BELL--

    Agatha Macbeth: How's family?
Wol Euler: declining slowly and decently
Wol Euler: Mom is making herself sick with guilt and worry and overwork
    Agatha Macbeth sighs
Agatha Macbeth: She probably needs to to the work to take mind off stuff
    Wol Euler: perhaps
Wol Euler: but there might be a point halfway between where she was distracted but not working herself to death.
    Wol Euler: perhaps
    Agatha Macbeth nods
Wol Euler: anyway, nothing to be done about it
    Agatha Macbeth: Still sad tho
    Wol Euler nods.
    Wol Euler: it is
Agatha Macbeth: But all part of the process I guess
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: I find myself taking refuge from the sadness in anger.
Wol Euler: rather than facing it
Agatha Macbeth: Everyone copes with things differently
Agatha Macbeth: Some just get drunk :p
    Wol Euler nods.
Agatha Macbeth: No Shige this morning?
Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident's current display-name is "Curious Foo".
    Wol Euler: nope
    Agatha Macbeth: Hello Foo
    Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: hello guys ;)
    Wol Euler: hello foo
Agatha Macbeth: Fancy seeing you here
    Wol Euler smiles.
Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: i just visit kira and saw you here, this is that reality temple,yes_'
Agatha Macbeth: Had any good dreams?
    Wol Euler: wait
Wol Euler: have byou been here before, curious?
Wol Euler: *here* not at teh cafe
Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: yes,but only researching,Pilla told me about it
    Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: about talsk here
    Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: talks
Wol Euler: have you had a formal introduction and were you asked about publishing on our wiki?
Agatha Macbeth: You know about the recording?
Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: yes,i heard about it...
Wol Euler: and did you agree? :)
Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: i wasnt talking with anyone about this so i dont know
    Wol Euler: okay
Agatha Macbeth: The LL terms of service require you to give consent to being recorded :p
    Wol Euler: no they don't
    Agatha Macbeth: OK
Wol Euler: they require us to obtain it
    Agatha Macbeth: They don't
Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: you must explain it to me but i just have to run noww
Wol Euler: he is not compelled to agree
    Agatha Macbeth: Same thing
    Wol Euler: different thing :-P
    Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: see ya
    Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: bye
    Wol Euler: no, wait
Wol Euler: it's not a problem
    Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: must go
    Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: ...
    Mediterraneanmonkseal Resident: ...
Wol Euler: ah :) okay then
Agatha Macbeth: Now look what you did :p

I'd like to mention in my defence that Foo contacted me later to apologise for leaving in a hurry because he had to go to a RL event and his driver was sitting outside honking the horn. But perhaps I have been doing this for too long.

    Wol Euler: awwwww
    Wol Euler pouts.
Agatha Macbeth: You really need to be gentler with people
    Wol Euler raises an eyebrow.

    --BELL--

Wol Euler: are you taking the piss again or was that really harsh?
Agatha Macbeth: No, just an observation
Agatha Macbeth: You made it sound like you were giving a lecture
    Wol Euler: hmmmmm
Agatha Macbeth: Or a policeman saying 'you can't park here'
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe you've been in Germany too long :p
Wol Euler: in a place where people care about words? maybe
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes
Agatha Macbeth: Plus people are more used to being treated like they're in the army there
Agatha Macbeth: It's a cultural thing
Wol Euler: perhaps. To me, your statement was false and I was attempting to correct it.
Wol Euler: [02:13] Agatha Macbeth: The LL terms of service require you to give consent to being recorded :p
Wol Euler: this is false, they do NOT compel him
    Wol Euler: they compel us
    Agatha Macbeth: Well technically yes
Agatha Macbeth: But we're not in a court of law here :p
Wol Euler: true enough. Maybe I've been doing this too long
Agatha Macbeth: Well, you did what was right
Wol Euler: maybe I should just shut the fuck up and see what happens
Agatha Macbeth: But could have done it differently
Agatha Macbeth: No, technically you were right all the way
Agatha Macbeth: All I'm saying is people react better by handled in a certain way
Agatha Macbeth: More low key if you like
    Agatha Macbeth grins
Agatha Macbeth: Anyway you can make it up to him on tuesday
Wol Euler: or I could just let it go and not give a damn
Agatha Macbeth: But would that make you feel better?
Wol Euler: no, because it leaves Pema and I open to sanctions from the Lab if people complain about being quoted without permission, because somebody else was too lazy to ask
    Agatha Macbeth: True
Agatha Macbeth: But is that really the issue here?
    Wol Euler: yes
Agatha Macbeth: Not that you feel bad about it?
Wol Euler: well, clearly not. What do you think is the issue here?`
Agatha Macbeth: That you feel bad about it
Wol Euler: I feel bad about misunderstandings, yes. I feel bad about accidentally upsetting people
Agatha Macbeth: There you go then
Wol Euler: and I suppose I am also annoyed that things which have possible serious consequences for Pema and I are not taken seriously by anyone but me
Wol Euler: it's easy for others to say "nothing will happen" when it's not their accounts on the line
Agatha Macbeth: Well maybe we need to bring that up in the appropriate place
Agatha Macbeth: There isn't a GM tomorrow is there?
    Wol Euler: no idea
Agatha Macbeth: No, I on't think so
Agatha Macbeth: Or mention it in email if you want
Agatha Macbeth: I'm sure Liz will read this anyway :p
    Wol Euler waves.
    Agatha Macbeth: Hehe
Agatha Macbeth: Plus remember English isn't Foo's first language so he may have been confused about exactly what you were saying
Wol Euler: which is exactly why I care so much about using the right words.

    --BELL--

    Wol Euler: anyway
    Wol Euler: what the hell
    Wol Euler: whatever
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes, whatever
    Agatha Macbeth: Right, shopping time
    Agatha Macbeth: Clean well
    Wol Euler: will do
    Wol Euler: shop well
    Wol Euler smiles.
    Agatha Macbeth: Bye for now

Yes, Liz will read this. She doesn't have answers either but feels that yes, Foo was notified of the recording. Still a good idea to have explicit permission when next Foo arrives. ^.^
