    Lucinda Lavender: I am ok! It has been a busy couple of weeks
    stevenaia Michinaga: yes, me too, but my saturday session have been quiet
    Lucinda Lavender: one week a concert week and one a prep for memorial
    stevenaia Michinaga: I have a busy June as well
    Lucinda Lavender: nice to ...yes!
    stevenaia Michinaga: I enjoy busy
    stevenaia Michinaga: are most of your concerts jsut a few performances?
    Lucinda Lavender: me too...except when I stay up to late and am more tired as the days go by
    stevenaia Michinaga: I does catch up with you
    Lucinda Lavender: one concert for each
    stevenaia Michinaga: It
    stevenaia Michinaga: that's a big time investment for one performance
    Lucinda Lavender: this past one was kind of intense but not quite as much as the bach b minor
    Lucinda Lavender: it was called the Music Makers by Elgar

    Lucinda Lavender: bach is like the olympics of singing

    Lucinda Lavender: it was good! I appreciate the feeling of entering into a special time
    Lucinda Lavender: that spans the globe
    Lucinda Lavender: for noticing
    stevenaia Michinaga: yes, SL is unusual in the way it can do that easilly
    Lucinda Lavender: for noticing what can surface
    Lucinda Lavender: probably any time you stop...but especially when a group does this together
    Lucinda Lavender: intentionally
    Lucinda Lavender: whether in or out of sl
    stevenaia Michinaga: how long did today's retreat last?
    Lucinda Lavender: I think it was one hour,
    Lucinda Lavender: I arrived late due to downloading
    Lucinda Lavender: had to download to get in
    Lucinda Lavender: I never know when that will happen
    Lucinda Lavender: so it is best to arrange early I think

    stevenaia Michinaga: there can always be technical dificulties
    Lucinda Lavender: nods...I have been sort of patchy in the 99 day work...
    Lucinda Lavender: just very distracted
    stevenaia Michinaga: I got so busy I didn;t give myself the time to particiapate
    Lucinda Lavender: running trips to airport etc
    stevenaia Michinaga: really, no excuse for me
    stevenaia Michinaga: sometimes it's tough to balance what you want and what you give yourself
    Lucinda Lavender: yes! giving onesself a retreat should be good
    stevenaia Michinaga: yes, they are always a nice gift
    stevenaia Michinaga: the 99 days is also like a retreat
    Lucinda Lavender: my intenetion was to report that I sat...meditated etc
    stevenaia Michinaga: me too
    stevenaia Michinaga: (standing)
    Lucinda Lavender: where ever I was that I was waking up to meditation
    Lucinda Lavender: standing is an interesting posture for it
    stevenaia Michinaga: it;s like standing seated posture
    stevenaia Michinaga: a very balance position
    Lucinda Lavender: attention going inside?

    stevenaia Michinaga: It becomes more and more comfortable over time, being still is an excercise by itself
    Lucinda Lavender: looks great!

    Lucinda Lavender: feel lucky to have this online resource
    stevenaia Michinaga: yes, I;ve been treasuring it for years
    Lucinda Lavender: i have not been doing yoga formally but a bit on my own
    stevenaia Michinaga: having a class or teacher is a great motivator
    stevenaia Michinaga: I admire those who can do it on their own
    Lucinda Lavender: yes..
    stevenaia Michinaga: or those who teach it
    stevenaia Michinaga: like San
    Lucinda Lavender: the stretches for me are very important
    Lucinda Lavender: yes! San...a whole life approach
    Lucinda Lavender: my cat is trying to get eggs from a bowl...in front of me
    stevenaia Michinaga: :)
    Lucinda Lavender: the early eggs of the spring are sometimes tiny like this
    Lucinda Lavender: not even an inch in diameter
    stevenaia Michinaga: wow
    Lucinda Lavender: i have 2 like this on the windowsill
    stevenaia Michinaga: are the good for eating?
    stevenaia Michinaga: they
    Lucinda Lavender: old now
    Lucinda Lavender: not sure:)
    Lucinda Lavender: probably not
    stevenaia Michinaga: then perfect cat toys
    Lucinda Lavender: yes:)
    Lucinda Lavender: you know...also the widget from inside a Guiness can:)
    Lucinda Lavender: little plastic ball
    stevenaia Michinaga: never got one out
    Lucinda Lavender: and..favorite here is a garlic section that has started to grow
    Lucinda Lavender: little green tail
    stevenaia Michinaga: I'm starting to fade here, time for bed
