Paradise Tennant: met some interesting people drank great wine in just beautiful country all round one of the best business trips I have been on

Paradise Tennant: can see why I have never been there before .. been to san francisco and sonoma but never made it to napa
Paradise Tennant: looks like I will be going back a few times a year for the next 3 years :))) makes a happy face

Paradise Tennant: we stayed at the villagio .. was very nice too ..

Paradise Tennant: has hands down the most repressive .. planning climate I have ever seen.. impossible to build there basically ..
stevenaia Michinaga: we stayed up the street at Masion Fleurie, more of a couples place
stevenaia Michinaga: haven't had to look at zoning there but there are some new wineries and a hotel was going across the sreet when we were there
stevenaia Michinaga: so new things can be built

Paradise Tennant: particularly out of town .. if you are in the rural areas

Paradise Tennant: what kind of project are you working on
stevenaia Michinaga: I have quite a bit of work for a local university working with the campus architect, we seem to be getting along nicely

Paradise Tennant: must be fun collaborating .. kind a creative synergy
stevenaia Michinaga: 10 classrooms , a fraternity renovation and possibly a number of other room renovations, not exciting stuff but I just hired my first employee, should be interesting
stevenaia Michinaga: work not quite creative work, mostly technical in nature
Paradise Tennant: wow that is a lot of work
stevenaia Michinaga: *not
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, it will dry up as it must all be done before september
stevenaia Michinaga: (the construction)
Paradise Tennant: yes but one job often leads to another, I find
stevenaia Michinaga: but it can only lead to more, I also have a few residential projects in the works
