    Adams Rubble: Hello Korel :)
Adams Rubble: Happy Tenth Day of Christmas
    Korel Laloix: Osiyo
Korel Laloix: wado... Christmas I in three days for me....
Korel Laloix: How is your weekend?
Adams Rubble: I stilll have my cold but it has been nice otherwise
    Adams Rubble: how about you?
Korel Laloix: Not doing much... just prepping for Wednesday, then this weekend an ex of mine is moving her to Tulsa... so I am meeting up with her... and going to see where that goes.
Korel Laloix: Glad you are feeling better though.
    --BELL--
Adams Rubble: If you are celebrating Christmas on Tuesday, are you interested in an Akathist starting in Tuesdays? I jusr received a notecard about one starting up at St.Sava. Maybe you received it already
Adams Rubble: It will be at 6 am SLT
Korel Laloix: I have been keeping track of those events but most are at times I can't make... frowns
Adams Rubble: yes, that is a problem in SL
Korel Laloix: The orthodox sims in here are some of the most beautiful I think.
Adams Rubble: St Sava and St George are the most accurate church interiors left in SL now
Adams Rubble: they have done a good job refurbishing them
Adams Rubble: One has to dress warmly to go to St George :)
    Adams Rubble: brrrr
Korel Laloix: Yes.. it is always chilly in form.. but those are one of three places I go in SL when I really need to think and feel.
Korel Laloix: Seem to put my heart at rest the most.
Adams Rubble: I always found it interesting that sl places can do that
Adams Rubble: there used to be some wonderful Buddhist places too but now they are fewer
Adams Rubble: can remind us to practice :)
    Adams Rubble: find peace
Korel Laloix: There was a Catholic shrine that was lovely as well, but no longer.
Korel Laloix: My third place is a sweat-lodge... funny enough. Not the same physical feeling, but a similar internal feeling.
Adams Rubble: which one did you like?
Adams Rubble: we can get there many different ways :)
Adams Rubble: my question was about the Catholic church
Adams Rubble: Oddly for me I found the Shinto places sacred places too
Korel Laloix: I can't remember the name any more.. I still have the LM in my old AV though.
Adams Rubble: SL has lost so many wonderful places
Korel Laloix: And a lot of terrible ones.
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Adams Rubble: yes those too
Korel Laloix: I prefer to have a sense of beauty though more than a sense of terrible.
    --BELL--
Adams Rubble: My favorite terrible one was St.Paul's in London with a Byzantine interior
Korel Laloix: is that the big one in the city center?
Adams Rubble: it was in a London town, yes
Korel Laloix: I went in there for few mins... very much not like what I saw in Germany.
Korel Laloix: But one the most moving churches I have ever been in was down in Uganda...
    Adams Rubble: in rl?
Korel Laloix: Concrete block building, brick floors, hand painted walls in murals and scripturues.
Korel Laloix: Simple wood cross abovet the door.
Korel Laloix: it just out so much of the wrong there.
    Korel Laloix: Yes RL.
    Korel Laloix: it shut out
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: simple can be good :)
Adams Rubble: I think I said that last week :)
Korel Laloix: And simple is more my style.
Korel Laloix: Back to RL.. have to go pick up grandma
Adams Rubble: OK, bye for now
Korel Laloix: Thanks for hte chat .. ciao bella
    Adams Rubble: take care
