    Riddle Sideways: when the gong goes off, do the usual deep breathe while taking a read of the current universe for 9-seconds
    Riddle Sideways: Then get out of the sitting position and MOVE the RL body around
    Riddle Sideways: get circulation going, exercise static parts, stretch out the kinks
    Riddle Sideways: then do a couple of the 'special' exercises that the nice Physical Therapist taught
    Riddle Sideways: to repair and strengthen the body parts my typist pulled apart during an episode of the popular dump show
    Riddle Sideways: "in my mind I am still 20 year's old"
    Riddle Sideways: in which the star gets back on the dojo mats for an hour.
    Riddle Sideways: then can not stand nor walk for 2 days
