Yakuzza Lethecus: but generally very short days and sadly just dark days, i´d prefer -10 and sunny

Wol Euler: I think there is something like that in England and the US, but I can't think of its name

Korel Laloix: Sounds something like what some have to do to "own" property on reservations.
Korel Laloix: YOu never really own it in the usual sense of the word.
Wol Euler: yes, it's probably like that
Wol Euler: the reserve is the community which holds all land, and allows use of particular properties
Yakuzza Lethecus: exactly, if you don´t pay ur rent it will fall back to the bostadsrättsföreningen

Wol Euler: it seems a pretty good system
Wol Euler: sharing benefit of ownership among people who individually might not be able to afford it
Wol Euler: sort of like the benefit of health insurance -- in reverse
Yakuzza Lethecus: i do believe it´s good because in a few ways for example now in the new house we just made the decision to have one electricity contract and can skip the basic fee for the connection through that
Yakuzza Lethecus: requires some extra installation abut it´s for 79 flats and amortisation should be pretty quick

Yakuzza Lethecus: but i don´t want paytv and paytv is in the rent because there was a decision like that before :P
Wol Euler: yeah, there's always a downside
Yakuzza Lethecus: well conditions propably a lot better but still thats democracy
Wol Euler: still nobody will force you to watch (I hope)
Yakuzza Lethecus: hehe, i only know that in regular rented appartments it costs 25 dollars 180kr

Yakuzza Lethecus: exactly we need a bigger flat, our son needs his own room and we also need one extra i think or at least i need :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: no place to toy and leave things around
Yakuzza Lethecus: especially if a toddler shouldn´t play with electronics but you´d like to

Korel Laloix: I am blessed with more room than I can use.... so I can't complain.
Wol Euler: how's the warmth issue working out, korel?`
Korel Laloix: lol... I have an electric radiator now in my room and one in the bath to keep me going. BUt I bundle up to go into the main part of the house.
Wol Euler: heheheh
Korel Laloix: It keeps grandma out of my room though... smiles
Wol Euler: on the other hand, that means you have to do your own cleaning! hehehe

Wol Euler: not I
Korel Laloix: Grandma does nto really clean, sho more shuffels clutter.

Wol Euler: i looked at them, and found them far too expensive
Korel Laloix: But then I really don't own much.
Korel Laloix: My brother has one. They love it.
Yakuzza Lethecus: e wanted one and i was really against it first and thought it would wouldn´t even be working through the edges of our doors but now we got one and i am actually very pleased
Wol Euler: I certainly enjoy the videos of cats riding them
Korel Laloix: lol.. not seen that. will have to look up.

Yakuzza Lethecus: somehow facinating if you think everything is clean but you let it run and the dustcompartment is still half full

Korel Laloix: I don't let The Cat much in here mainly becuase of that... but also want him to be company to grandma not me.

Korel Laloix: But she is really my stepfather's mother, so not a blood relation as we say.
Wol Euler: she sounds more like family to you than anyone else you describe, and you are certainly the one taking care of her. "elective family" perhaps
