Eden Haiku: Nice name "honey whiskey" hehe
Eliza Madrigal: How are you doing today? Weekend pleasant?
Eden Haiku: I see your outfits have pants, that's great. Mine doesn't so I stick to these balloon pants as underwear :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Oh, that's why....
Eden Haiku: I love the tulle of your skirt!
Eliza Madrigal: we need to find cushions that are skirt friendly :)
Eliza Madrigal: Bleu says she can add the poses
Eliza Madrigal: I've too little patience for shopping

Th first deer of the season

Eden Haiku: Week end was rain and rain. Farmers market in the rain. BUT WE SAW OUR FIRST DEER LAST THURSDAY!
Eliza Madrigal: yay! Is it early for them to come out?
Eden Haiku: How was yours? (sorry for shouting :(
Eliza Madrigal: haha, no worries. I need to wake up so maybe shouting is helpful
Eliza Madrigal: I rested a lot this weekend. I pushed myself a little last week, in the sun, and am paying penalty
    Eliza Madrigal: Morning Riddle :)
Eden Haiku: Heard from one one the farmers who was at Disney World with her kids last week that the weather is very very hot in Florida right now...No wonder you feel sleepy...
Eliza Madrigal: it is.... terribly hot
    Riddle Sideways: hi All
Eden Haiku: Hello Riddle, welcome :)
Eden Haiku: How was your week end Riddle?
Bleu Oleander: 's current display-name is "Bleu".
Riddle Sideways: hoping computer is awake enough for this session
    Bleu Oleander: morning all :)
    Riddle Sideways: great weekend
    Riddle Sideways: mornin' Bleu
Eden Haiku: Good morning Bleu :)
Eden Haiku: Hope your computer stays with us Riddle :)

The newly rebuilt MOMA of San Francisco

Riddle Sideways: went to S.F. and saw the newly rebuilt MOMA
    Eden Haiku: Oh!
    Eliza Madrigal: oh, nice!
Bleu Oleander: I hear its great
    Eliza Madrigal: Morning Bleu :)
Riddle Sideways: burned the eyes out on so much to look at
    Eden Haiku: :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: What is the one artwork/installation which was the most vivid for you?
Riddle Sideways: impressions are vivd (fur sure)
Eden Haiku: If you can remember anything at this California wee hour :)
    Riddle Sideways: impressionists
Eliza Madrigal: came back with an accent.... "fur sure"
    Riddle Sideways: :)
    Eden Haiku: LOL
Riddle Sideways: bought membership because could not see 7 floors in one day
Riddle Sideways: forced to come back another time
Bleu Oleander: that's a good thing!
Eliza Madrigal: forced to make art priority, there are worse things
    Eden Haiku: Indeed:)
    Riddle Sideways: hmmmm,

    Done report (almost)

    Riddle Sideways: done report (almost)
Riddle Sideways: who else had a weekend
    Eden Haiku: Wow!
Eliza Madrigal: no weekend here :)
Eden Haiku: I was singing in the rain:)
    Riddle Sideways: fun
Bleu Oleander: every day a weekend here
Riddle Sideways: and every meal a feast
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Now sitting outside in the sun with laptop. Beautiful weather this morning!

    --BELL--

Eliza Madrigal: I will have to wait about 6 weeks for a day like that
    Eliza Madrigal: or travel :)
Eden Haiku: Orange flowers popping everywhere :)
Bleu Oleander: wait about 4 month here lol
Eliza Madrigal: so, good time for museuming actually
Riddle Sideways: wait a couple hours here
Eliza Madrigal: is impressionism usually what you're drawn to Riddle, or just this time?

    Jury duty

Riddle Sideways: popup says, jury duty in a few hours
Riddle Sideways: no, just was quickest answer to the most vivid :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal: jury duty may be its own sort of exhibition
Eden Haiku: Jury duty oh... ist it your 1st time Riddle?
Riddle Sideways: by the end of the day was even liking and studying the yellow squares (forget that artist's name)
    Eden Haiku: :)
Riddle Sideways: no, been called many times and never serve on a jury
Riddle Sideways: neither side likes Riddle's looks
Eliza Madrigal: do you raise flags?
Eden Haiku: Hippies are dangerous :)
    Eliza Madrigal: hahah
    Eliza Madrigal: radical elements
    Riddle Sideways: yes!
Riddle Sideways: long haired radical hippies are not to be on jurys
Eden Haiku: Never been called for jury duty. Wouldn't like that...
Riddle Sideways: free thinkers are not allowed
Eden Haiku: Just mainstream haters :)
    Riddle Sideways: yep
Eden Haiku: Very unfortunate for the prosecuted...
Bleu Oleander: jury duty is interesting ... wouldn't want to be picked tho
Riddle Sideways: there was a case that was going to be able a stolen $1.59 can of oil
Eliza Madrigal: unfortunately most feel that way
    Eliza Madrigal: me too...
Riddle Sideways: and they kicked me
    Riddle Sideways: off
    Eden Haiku: Oh my!
Eliza Madrigal: that's pretty funny, Riddle....
Bleu Oleander: most cases seem to be settled before the need for a jury these days
Eliza Madrigal: one does wonder how you get a jury trial for the oil can
Riddle Sideways: hopefully that happens today
Riddle Sideways: everybody has the right to a trial by jury for stupid reasons
Eliza Madrigal: just tell them you are an avatar
    Eliza Madrigal: that should help
    Riddle Sideways: ok, will do
    Bleu Oleander: lol
Eden Haiku: An avatar of an avatar :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)))
Eliza Madrigal: avatars all the way down....
Eden Haiku: May the real Riddle stand up!
    Riddle Sideways: yep
Bleu Oleander: and you never know which one will show up :)
    Eliza Madrigal laughs
Riddle Sideways: somebody else is pulling the strings
Eliza Madrigal: depends on the oil can

    Artificial Intelligence

Eden Haiku: Caught the last part of AI movie by Spielberg yesterday.
    Riddle Sideways: ?
Eden Haiku: Once saw the middle part.
Eden Haiku: Went to sleep wondering what is the beginning of the story :)
    Eliza Madrigal: nice
    Riddle Sideways: oh, love that
Bleu Oleander: could dream a beginning
Eden Haiku: Likes the part where the little robot boy awakens 2000 years later :)
    Riddle Sideways: ah, that one
Eden Haiku: To find his Mommy :)

Waking up 2000 years from now

Bleu Oleander: would be fun to wake up 2000 years from now
Eliza Madrigal: oh my... haven't seen this... now curious :)
Eden Haiku: Aircrafts flying by. Teletransportation and downloading outfits directly on your body :)
Bleu Oleander: or no outfits at all, just brains hehe
    Eliza Madrigal: prettier vats...
    Eden Haiku: vats?
Eliza Madrigal: :) there is this 'brain in a vat' idea

    --BELL--

Eliza Madrigal: "You are told to imagine the possibility that at this very moment you are actually a brain hooked up to a sophisticated computer program that can perfectly simulate experiences of the outside world."
Eden Haiku: Ah I see... Looked up "vat".Large container...
    Riddle Sideways: like urns better
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eden Haiku: Well, I prefer bodies :)
    Riddle Sideways: beaker
    Eliza Madrigal laughs
Eliza Madrigal: when you consider the options, bodies become even more beautiful an idea
Bleu Oleander: hard to put outfits on vats :)
    Eliza Madrigal: decoupage
    Bleu Oleander: lol

Great Knowledge: there is still time for Time

Riddle Sideways: haven't gotten to the Great Knowledge part to find out that we are just brains in the machine
Eliza Madrigal: knowledge simulating a brain
Eden Haiku: Yes Bleu, we like our dresses and tuxedo pants and special hats! Can you imagine Agatha dressing up in a beaker? Or Wol?
Riddle Sideways: simulations all the way down
Eden Haiku: Like in The Matrix?
    Bleu Oleander: ha!
    Eliza Madrigal grins
Riddle Sideways: Stevanna would not look so fine
    Bleu Oleander: :)
Eden Haiku: Riddle is being a real good student of TSK... reminding me I should go back to the TSK book and exercises :)
Riddle Sideways: oh no, do not place that on Riddle
Eliza Madrigal: yes, maybe I'm too easy on us... giving so much time to be on pages 'around where' others are
Eden Haiku: Too bad I missed the part that interests me the most: TIME...
Riddle Sideways: there is still Time
Eden Haiku: It's all your fault Riddle :)
    Eliza Madrigal: sort of, Eden....
Bleu Oleander: time is still a player
Eliza Madrigal: actually there is this cumulative effect I think....
Eliza Madrigal: where as we move into knowledge we 'look back' on the rest
Riddle Sideways: and when is that art project deadline

The throat chakra connected to time

Eden Haiku: Found very interesting that the throat chakra is connected to time (that's in exercise 24).
Eliza Madrigal: dance is July 17th
    Bleu Oleander: 17th :)
    Riddle Sideways: ok
Eden Haiku: Next Saturday then... [I was wrong, it's on Sunday the 17th]
    Eden Haiku: At 1 SLT?
Eliza Madrigal: that IS interesting Eden.... do you thoughts about that? would love to hear musings
Riddle Sideways: Time is what keeps all the sounds of the throat from coming out at once
    Eliza Madrigal: 1:30pm
Eden Haiku: Well, Eliza, it,s very personal. But I can muse about it a little maybe.
Riddle Sideways: darn, think we have a gig on Saturday
Eliza Madrigal: mmm, don't want to push Eden but am very interested
    Bleu Oleander listens
    Riddle Sideways: /listens
Eden Haiku: You know I have been writing a novel about time for the last 6 years. Finished it last year and it's going to be published next Falll. (2017) Almost all the time I have been with PaB, time has been on my mind.
Riddle Sideways: PaB has been a lot about Time
Eden Haiku: Throat chakra is the chakra of expression and it is the chakra I have been healing for years. I have hypothyroidia due to a trauma when I was 3 years old.
    Eliza Madrigal: oohh
Eden Haiku: The wound ends up being the blessing.
Eden Haiku: A blessing in disguise :)
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Eliza Madrigal: sheep in wolf's clothing
    Bleu Oleander: :)

    --BELL--

All forms of expression: art, dancing, singing, writing

    Eliza Madrigal: that's lovely Eden
Riddle Sideways: yet, your writing is so much of your form of expression
Riddle Sideways: does the throat chakra give voice for the words to be written?
Eden Haiku: Yes Riddle. I think being able to express myself through writing was a means of survival for that wounded part of self that was frozen in time past.
Eliza Madrigal: compelled to go where attention is asked for
    Riddle Sideways: so nicely put
Eden Haiku: Throat chakra is connected to all kind of expressions I think: art, dance, singing...writing.
Bleu Oleander: must slip away all ... nice to see you and take care :)
Eliza Madrigal: ntsy you Bleu! bfn
Eden Haiku: Even chatting at a fountain with other avatars on a Monday morning:)
    Eliza Madrigal smiles
Eden Haiku: Bye Bleu, have a very expressive day!
Eliza Madrigal: I learned something about chakras recently .... because I thought my 'stage fright' was throat chakra related... but when I would talk to more learned people, or take those quizzes, throat chakra was never my 'weakness'
    Riddle Sideways: by bleu
    Eden Haiku: yes Eliza?
Eliza Madrigal: so I learned that some have a kind of 'split' where their upper chakras are open, but lower are not as much so... due to not having proper grounding in childhood....
Eden Haiku: How interesting...it makes a lot of sense...
Eliza Madrigal: it does! has been very helpful

Thanks for the precious links to T.I.P.I. Riddle

(Riddle posted them in last Monday morning session comments. Here are the clickable links: an entretaining one as he said:http://www.yogitimes.com/article/t-i-p-i-french-method-release-emotions-health and another very interestining of the technique crreated in France by Luc Decon ( Technique for the Identification of Unconscious Fears); http://www.tipi-de.com/tipi-de.technique.html )

Eden Haiku: Stage fright could be healed through TIPI you know" By the way, thanks for the precious links Riddle :)
Riddle Sideways: yes, makes sense that not all chakras need be open the same amount at the same time
Riddle Sideways: and thank you for TIPI ref last week. enjoyed researching it
    Eliza Madrigal looks for reference...
Riddle Sideways: hint: search on T.I.P.I not tipi
Eden Haiku: Not easy to find in English Eliza, it's a French link .
Riddle Sideways: millions of hits on tents
Eliza Madrigal: I'll look in the session comments.... had saved notes :)
Eden Haiku: A very simple outline: whenever you feel the stage fright, you scan your body and you follow the sensations.
Riddle Sideways: yes, in added comments to Eden's session
Eden Haiku: Not easy to do when you are on a stage... You would have to go back to the moment with a  T.I.P.I therapist or any other therapist maybe.
Eden Haiku: I lost my fear of driving by connecting to my sensations, but it was with an hypnotist.
Eden Haiku: What I like about T.I,P.I. is the "do it yourself" easy way of it:)
Eliza Madrigal: "do it yourself" appeals
    Eliza Madrigal: I like tinkering

    --BELL--

An example of the T.I.P.I. technique

Eden Haiku: If you have time I can give you a fresh exemple :)
    Eliza Madrigal: sure!
Eden Haiku: Av few dys ago, I read in the NY Times that Obama played Words with Friends after dark.
Eden Haiku: I found out it's a Scrabble online game so I downloaded it.
Eden Haiku: To my delight, there was a French version.
Eden Haiku: I started reading rules and playing solo games for a few days,
Eden Haiku: Then this French Canadian guy asked me to play with him.
Eden Haiku: I agreed but told him it was my 1st game.
Eden Haiku: We played a few words
Eden Haiku: , he left for a whole day, came back, played a few more words
Eden Haiku: then left again for a day
Eden Haiku: I said to myself ok, it seems it works like that
Eden Haiku: Then yesterday he says he doesn't believe it's my fisrt game, I 'm too good at it, I'm like a pro.
Eden Haiku: I felt so bad that he didn’t trust I was telling the truth.
Eden Haiku: So I scanned my body and found my solar plexus like pulsating, burning.
Eden Haiku: I followed the sensations and fell asleep.
Eden Haiku: Now I realize it was a power game, that's all.
Eden Haiku: I don't know if it makes any sense to you but it did to me:)
    Eliza Madrigal: thinking....
Eliza Madrigal: you might have just accepted the compliment but felt something 'off'
Eden Haiku: A compliment? No, he was commenting I was like cheating...
Eliza Madrigal: was he throwing you off your concentration?
    Eliza Madrigal: Ah, I see...
Eliza Madrigal: maybe like 'trash talking' in sports
Eden Haiku: Even thought (earlier) of creating 2 points words so he wouldn't resent me :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :))
Eliza Madrigal: and after, it didn't preoccupy you? the concern about what he thought?
Eden Haiku: Forgot about it until now, as I gave you the example for T.I.P.I.
Eliza Madrigal: it is a great example actually
    Riddle Sideways: yes
Eden Haiku: I'm always so naive with people you know, so trusting...I'm always a three year old in a way :)
Eliza Madrigal: that's a beautiful quality
Eliza Madrigal: and likely why, when you encounter young children there is a bright connection :))
Eden Haiku: Thanks but I'm a grown up and I should know better :)
Eden Haiku: Yes, I feel so connected to children. Can't wait to see my grandnieces :)

    Departing

Eliza Madrigal: (((Eden))) Thank you :) , and thanks Riddle (and Bleu too), for this morning. Hair dresser just called to say she has room for me today so I'd better hurry ^.^
    Eliza Madrigal: priorities, hahah
    Riddle Sideways: ha
Eden Haiku: Great Eliza. Thank you for being here :)
Eliza Madrigal: <3 love you thx
Riddle Sideways: ok, back to one of the other lives now
    Riddle Sideways: thank you All
