Eden Haiku: Yes, I liked the fact that the program was linking technology and the hippie experiments with LSD and "The Whole Earth Catalog" and songs and poems from Brautigan. Very informative radio program on my morning walk :)

Eliza Madrigal: the house we are hoping to move to has a wonderful walking path behind, where there used to be a railroad track... would be so nice
Eden Haiku: With candles, incense, a bell and some scented. water, Even in a new house. It does make a difference to feel "at home". At least for me, I do that everywhere, even in hotel rooms:)

Eden Haiku: heard about this project in Miami, creating some walking paths and gardens under an undepass, that’s great!
Eliza Madrigal: but I still think it would be worth it...old neighborhood, old trees
Eliza Madrigal: the city is getting more pressure to make Miami livable

Catrinamonblue Resident: in the PMQ's here they had to cut down some of the older tree's due to ilness and age but they replanted new trees
Riddle Sideways: here, they cut down some of the butterfly trees to build more hotels for visitors to come see the butterflies

Clearing out

Eden Haiku: My computer is reminding me again that my hard drive space is getting too low... I have to do clear up some space. I never shut it off now, afraid it won't restart....

Eden Haiku: Yep! Ah son bringing cat to daddy and mommy, that's a good story too. My niece went to Australia for a while and my brother had to deal with her cat for years after that :)
Bleu Oleander: we've always had 2 dogs ... having just one now seems like its a bit lonely for her ... but maybe just my projections on her ... trying to resist getting another one hehe
