I sat with Korel Laloix for a while.

 

Wester Kiranov: hi korel

Korel Laloix: Good to see you .

Wester Kiranov: same to you

Korel Laloix: HOpeuflly I won[t be here long....just can;t get back to sleep

Korel Laloix: What time is it for you?

Wester Kiranov: it's 10 am for me

Wester Kiranov: and for you?

Korel Laloix: Four AM.... frowns

Korel Laloix: Having a chat in here tends to clear my brain though.. or at least reset.

Wester Kiranov: i do hope you get sleepy again soon

Wester Kiranov: i just learned that the light from computer screens may keep you awake because it's so blue that your body thinks it's morning :-(

Korel Laloix: Being sleepy is not hard part... actually getting myself to shut down is.

Korel Laloix: When I went to the sleep clinic they mentioned that.

Korel Laloix: SO I pan the camera to look at ceratin colors.

Korel Laloix: What have you been up to lately?

Wester Kiranov: not much special, really

Wester Kiranov: taking care of the kids and the house

Korel Laloix: Sort of wish I had that life at the moment... my life has been in such dissary the last couple of months.

Korel Laloix: That sonds lovely really.

Korel Laloix: How old, if you don't mind me asking?

Wester Kiranov: 6 years old. they're twins

Korel Laloix: A fun age I bet.

Korel Laloix: Spent some time this weekend with a lot of jr high and highschool kids.... was very eyeopening.

Korel Laloix: Anyway, I was at an Indian Youth Leadership event.

Korel Laloix: And just showing some of the kids that they have options for life outside of the boxes people want to stuff them in.

Korel Laloix: Was aamazing seeing some of the looks of hope in their eyes.

Wester Kiranov: are you still there?

Korel Laloix: Yes... in some IMs though

Korel Laloix: Thinking of going running.

Wester Kiranov: i have to leave now.
