Lucinda Lavender: some tines on concert week it does not work
stevenaia Michinaga: well we better make it interesting then
Lucinda Lavender: but next weeks concert dress is the reason
Lucinda Lavender: ok...

Lucinda Lavender: Stravinsky...Song of Psalms...no Symphony of psalms

stevenaia Michinaga: at least how it appears from afar :)
Lucinda Lavender: yes..you are just right about that
Lucinda Lavender: perfect balance
Lucinda Lavender: i love the focus through music
Lucinda Lavender: and sometimes it bleeds into the day

Paradise Tennant: yes he had a divesticular event .. basically lost the function of his middle ear.. looks a lot like a stroke was scary but we are on the mend :))

stevenaia Michinaga: I may have found a nice office to move too, yeh!
Lucinda Lavender: ah...I am resting from leaning to do electronic signing for a refi and faxing of huge numbers of papers:)...so I am curious...what you all have been learning lately...

stevenaia Michinaga: yes, I don;t really have much of one at the moment, jsut great bright space
Paradise Tennant: I spend about 45 minutes every morning just drinking coffee and looking out my bedroom window .. they can be a daily source of joy

Lucinda Lavender: i am looking at a blooming plum tree out my window now
stevenaia Michinaga: I wake to view of trees and urban birds out my window, they can be so noisy
Paradise Tennant: smiles at luci .. love spring blossoms :))) my favourite gardening season
Lucinda Lavender: breeze blowing also...there was a ahiku celbration today i think

Lucinda Lavender: I do not feel very smart tonight...just tired from the week. I did have a dream this morning with jewels and stones...cannot really remember tho.

Korel Laloix: It has been a stressful week for sure.
Lucinda Lavender: maybe they were there to enrich an otherwise low energy week.
Korel Laloix: I nver remember my dreams.
Lucinda Lavender: i think I am mainly recharged by images.
Paradise Tennant: by colour
Paradise Tennant: for sure
Lucinda Lavender: and light
Lucinda Lavender: and beauty
Korel Laloix: There are certain colors the really do affect me I know.
Korel Laloix: FOr good or bad.
Lucinda Lavender: which ones...curious
Paradise Tennant: yes I find beauty very restorative it can banish a headache .. and relax your muscles pushes the tension right out of your body
Lucinda Lavender: nice...
Korel Laloix: Reds get me rilled up of course.
Korel Laloix: Greens tend to make me think.
Korel Laloix: Oranges and earth tones make me at please... not neccisarily relaxed though.
Korel Laloix: Blue is for sleep for me.
Korel Laloix: My bedding is all blue.

Korel Laloix: Depending on which shrink I am with.

Korel Laloix: I am just not very pleasant to sleep next to as I can be very violent in my sleep.
Korel Laloix: I destroy a bed... usually sleep in a sleeping bag... it is warmer anyway... smiles

stevenaia Michinaga: remember spouse had two arm casts from an accident and kept rolling over and cracking me on the head
Lucinda Lavender: when I was younger I had some ptsd that had me waking up in the middle of the night in the bathroom thinking I would throw up

Korel Laloix: If I am sleeping with someone sometimes I will put my legs in a pillow case.

Paradise Tennant: have a friend who had the same dream for many months as a child she would be a child in another house with another family

Korel Laloix: You have to look at all the pissbilties.

stevenaia Michinaga: friends met at one and are married , like a RL version of Second life, as strange as that sounds

Korel Laloix: Oh it is strange... but the peole are fun once you get passed the strange social front.

Korel Laloix: I did not know this, but Reeba jsut said she has helped those folks out with horses before.
