    [13:04] Yakuzza Lethecus: hey wol
    [13:04] Yakuzza Lethecus: good evening
    [13:04] Wol Euler: good evening!
[13:04] Wol Euler: how's life in the north?
[13:04] Yakuzza Lethecus: life not that far in the north :)
[13:04] Wol Euler: well, it's all relative
[13:05] Yakuzza Lethecus: it´s not perfect but it´s ok :)
    [13:05] Wol Euler: good :)

[13:06] Yakuzza Lethecus: do you still play world of warcraft ?
[13:06] Wol Euler: oh yes :) very much so
[13:07] Yakuzza Lethecus: but you only use one computer or multiple computers at the same time ?
[13:07] Wol Euler: single computer only, I can't understand how or why people multibox
[13:08] Yakuzza Lethecus: well i often use the laptop at the same time as the desktop, mainly since i run skype a lot but not the main computer all the time
[13:08] Yakuzza Lethecus: but the laptop can hardly handle secondlife
[13:08] Wol Euler: but would you play the same game on both machines at the same time?
    [13:08] Yakuzza Lethecus: impossible
[13:09] Wol Euler: this is where I get confused. How many keyboards can I type on at once?
    [13:09] Wol Euler: right
    [13:09] Wol Euler: hello qt
[13:09] Yakuzza Lethecus: maybe if they are gold farmers or alike
    [13:09] Yakuzza Lethecus: hey qt

[13:09] Qt Core: Hi Wol, Yaku
[13:10] Wol Euler: but even so ... say you have three avatars all running about mining gold. The chances of their being a lump of ore at the same spot (17 steps forward, one step to the right, and don't get attacked by the wolf) for all three of them is tiny
[13:11] Wol Euler: any way ;) there are probably as many ways to enjoy playing as there are players
[13:12] Wol Euler: I love the low-level starting quests for new characters, many find them awful and boring :)
[13:13] Yakuzza Lethecus: reminds me of playing civilization only from 4000bc till 0-1000 ad
[13:13] Yakuzza Lethecus: and then it gets boring :P
    [13:13] Wol Euler: exactly :)
[13:13] Wol Euler: either it gets too easy or you get beaten up badly
[13:14] Wol Euler: (we're talking about games)
[13:14] Yakuzza Lethecus: do you play something sometimes qt ?
[13:14] Qt Core: rarely, mostly browser based games, simpler ones too
[13:16] Qt Core: (btw, i'm a minesweeper fan)
    [13:17] Wol Euler: :)
    [13:17] Yakuzza Lethecus: classic
[13:18] Yakuzza Lethecus: with a lot of games only the graphic became better over the years, but not the depth
    [13:19] Wol Euler: true
[13:19] Wol Euler: the current Sim City is a prime example of how a great game can go bad
[13:20] Qt Core: decades ago i liked fighter planes games, but then they become too complicated, almost simulators
[13:21] Yakuzza Lethecus: yes, i agree i was already overwhelmed when i tryed janes ah 64d longbow in the 90th
[13:22] Yakuzza Lethecus: i think i gave up after half an hour, there were 2-3 din a4 pages of commands
[13:22] Qt Core: i loved a game where (at the easiest settings) you can get a good landing at mach 1 and upside down (and no gears out)
    [13:22] Wol Euler grins.
[13:22] Wol Euler: I played a civilian-aircraft flight simulator once, where you started at Meigs Field in Chicago
[13:23] Wol Euler: I couldn't see the fun in it, since the point seemed to be only to do everything just right
[13:23] Qt Core: those are for people that loves planes before wanting to play a game
    [13:24] Wol Euler nods.
[13:24] Wol Euler: apparently there is a huge market in Germany for farming simulation games
[13:24] Wol Euler: (for certain values of "huge")
[13:24] Wol Euler: say surprisingly large
[13:25] Yakuzza Lethecus: hehe, i think things like farmville were very successful all over the world
[13:25] Qt Core: fb farm obsessed wanting better graphics ?
[13:25] Wol Euler: more like flight simulation than farmville :) realistic tractor physics, real time frames
[13:26] Wol Euler: though the growing season was compressed :) no waiting two months for a harvest
[13:26] Qt Core: it cost less than a garden ;-)
[13:26] Wol Euler: that would be a dull game
[13:26] Wol Euler: my farming cousins say they work less than a hundred hours a year
[13:26] Wol Euler: so the game would be "how do you fill your time" if the growing season were realistic
[13:27] Qt Core: something horrible like thinking/reading ?
[13:27] Wol Euler: they play a lot of card games :) and watch tv
[13:27] Wol Euler: and spend the winters on beaches in the caribbean
[13:28] Qt Core: reevaluating the common prejudice about stupid farmers...

    [13:31] Wol Euler: hello eliza
    [13:31] Qt Core: hi Eliza
    [13:31] Eliza Madrigal waves
    [13:31] Yakuzza Lethecus: hey eliza
    [13:32] Eliza Madrigal: nice session(s)?
    [13:32] Wol Euler: gamey
    [13:32] Eliza Madrigal: :)
    [13:32] Eliza Madrigal: like deer
    [13:32] Eliza Madrigal: ?
[13:32] Wol Euler: slightly tough and a bit rancid, yes :)
[13:32] Wol Euler: actually like gaming ;)
[13:32] Yakuzza Lethecus: what are/were ur favorite games on the computer before ?
    [13:32] Eliza Madrigal: tetris :)
    [13:33] Wol Euler: heheheh, yes
    [13:33] Eliza Madrigal: harvest moon
    [13:33] Wol Euler: solitaire
    [13:33] Eliza Madrigal: (old version)
    [13:33] Eliza Madrigal: tempest
[13:33] Wol Euler: I'd be afraid to say how many hours I spent on solitaire
    [13:33] Qt Core: hearts, outrun
[13:33] Wol Euler: sim city, the original from ... late 90s
[13:33] Eliza Madrigal: ah yes sim city!
[13:33] Wol Euler: spent entire nights at that
    [13:33] Qt Core: me too
[13:33] Eliza Madrigal: the kids miss my playing games
[13:33] Eliza Madrigal: but I tell them where I am, lol
    [13:33] Wol Euler: awwww :)
[13:33] Yakuzza Lethecus: earthquake and alien monsters in cim city 2000
    [13:34] Wol Euler: mmhmm
[13:34] Eliza Madrigal: whole days could get swallowed up in Animal Crossing
[13:34] Wol Euler: don't know that one
[13:34] Eliza Madrigal: they lost me at some crucial upgrade point
[13:34] Eliza Madrigal: the graphics were just not captivating to me anymore and I stopped
[13:34] Eliza Madrigal: except for Tetris :)
    [13:34] Wol Euler nods.
[13:34] Wol Euler: I wasn't really a gamer until I discoverd World of Warcraft
[13:35] Wol Euler: (SL came first, but this isn't a game)
[13:35] Eliza Madrigal: there is an **********Applause!!********** game of "goban" that I downloaded recently and sometimes open while doing other things
    [13:35] Eliza Madrigal: **********Applause!!**********
    [13:35] Eliza Madrigal: but eek
    [13:35] Eliza Madrigal: "APP"
    [13:36] Wol Euler: heheheh
[13:36] Wol Euler: is that Go?
[13:36] Eliza Madrigal: but, (I meant to say) the game is too fast - yes it is
[13:36] Wol Euler: that hurts my head. I admire it and want to like it, but somehow it's just too difficult
[13:36] Wol Euler: which is a pretty humiliating thing to say actually :)
[13:37] Wol Euler: like failing on the second clue of a treasure hunt :)
[13:37] Eliza Madrigal: nah, it is challenging
[13:37] Eliza Madrigal: and well... Storm's hunts are in a class of their own :)
    [13:37] Wol Euler smiles.

[13:38] Qt Core: mahjong, the real game not the solitaire, much better/easier to play on a pc than the original real life version
[13:38] Eliza Madrigal: Ohhh I forgot that... yes played that too when it came with last PC ^.^
    [13:38] Eliza Madrigal: maybe I am a gamer :P
    [13:39] Wol Euler: heheheh
[13:39] Yakuzza Lethecus: on thothica there was a great virtual mahjong board
[13:39] Wol Euler: brb, I have something stuc kbetween my teeth and it is really annoying
    [13:40] Wol Euler: byck
    [13:40] Wol Euler: *back
    [13:40] Yakuzza Lethecus: wb
    [13:40] Wol Euler: ty
[13:40] Eliza Madrigal: what was it... take a pic? lol
[13:41] Wol Euler: um, no, you don't really want to see it
    [13:41] Yakuzza Lethecus: *smiles*
    [13:41] Eliza Madrigal smiles
[13:41] Wol Euler: nothing interesting, not the leg of a praying mantis etc
    [13:41] Eliza Madrigal: hahahha
[13:42] Eliza Madrigal copies and pastes this chat to sunshine....lol
[13:42] Wol Euler waves to Sun at second-hand
[13:42] Eliza Madrigal: :) she was peeking in "at pab?"
    [13:42] Wol Euler nods.
[13:43] Wol Euler: Aggers IMed me to ask who was here, when I said only three of us she went off in a huff
[13:43] Yakuzza Lethecus: hey playful sunshine

    [13:43] Wol Euler: hello sun
[13:43] szavanna Resident: hello playful peoples °͜°
[13:43] Eliza Madrigal: Hi Sun ^^
    [13:43] Qt Core: Hi Sun
[13:43] szavanna Resident: Wol did you manage with that problem?
[13:43] Eliza Madrigal: friends coming to help
[13:43] Wol Euler: erm, which one?
[13:44] szavanna Resident: hi Qt :) Yaku and Woly
[13:44] szavanna Resident: and Liz also
[13:44] szavanna Resident: some issue with a thing
[13:44] Eliza Madrigal: no mantis in my teeth today
    [13:44] Wol Euler grins.
[13:44] szavanna Resident: and you had to "brb"
[13:44] Wol Euler: oh that, heheheh
    [13:44] szavanna Resident: ;D
[13:44] Wol Euler: yes, thanks, mission accomplished with only a little bloodshed
[13:44] Eliza Madrigal: :) Aggers will be sorry to miss this chat
    [13:44] Wol Euler nods.
    [13:45] szavanna Resident: hehe
    [13:45] szavanna Resident: thank god
[13:46] Wol Euler: especiailly if we do an
    [13:46] Wol Euler: onigokko
    [13:46] szavanna Resident: lol

[13:46] Qt Core: since when there are two 90 sec bells ?
[13:46] Wol Euler: I heard only one
    [13:47] szavanna Resident: stop
    [13:47] szavanna Resident: onigokko
[13:47] Wol Euler: perhaps you have voice on and heard an echo of somebody's microphone?
    [13:47] szavanna Resident: better
    [13:47] Wol Euler smiles.
[13:47] Qt Core: no, the new one is before the usual one and quite different too
    [13:47] Wol Euler: huh
    [13:47] Wol Euler: I didn't hear, or didn't notice
[13:47] Wol Euler: both equally possible
[13:48] Eliza Madrigal: maybe someone has a watch on?
    [13:48] szavanna Resident: watch?
[13:48] Eliza Madrigal: the pab one
    [13:48] Yakuzza Lethecus: ha right
[13:48] Wol Euler: ah, the pab watch
    [13:48] Yakuzza Lethecus: i do
[13:48] Wol Euler: that woul.d be it :)
    [13:48] Eliza Madrigal: ah!
    [13:48] Yakuzza Lethecus: watch gone
[13:48] szavanna Resident: ah ok its Yaku

[13:48] szavanna Resident: runs around tongue hanging out
    [13:48] Qt Core: :-)
    [13:48] Wol Euler barks
    [13:49] Eliza Madrigal: STOP
    [13:49] Eliza Madrigal: HM
    [13:49] Wol Euler: stop
    [13:49] szavanna Resident: hehe
    [13:49] szavanna Resident: "hm"
[13:49] Eliza Madrigal: oh, caps don't wok
[13:49] Eliza Madrigal wipes sweat from brow
[13:49] Wol Euler: scripts can be surprisingly fussy
[13:49] Eliza Madrigal: unlike their designers...
    [13:49] Wol Euler smiles.
    [13:49] szavanna Resident: distributes towels

[13:50] Eliza Madrigal: >whew< ty Sun... :::smells lavender::::
[13:50] Wol Euler thanks you and takes one
    [13:50] szavanna Resident: :))
[13:50] szavanna Resident: you know those hot towels they give on planes?
    [13:50] Eliza Madrigal: mmmm
    [13:50] Wol Euler: mm?
[13:51] szavanna Resident: when you sleep over on the plane
[13:51] Yakuzza Lethecus might not be flying far enough
[13:51] Eliza Madrigal: yes to refresh.. so nice
[13:51] szavanna Resident: in the morning the stewardesses throw you a hot thing
[13:51] szavanna Resident: I almost got upset
[13:51] Eliza Madrigal: and before japanese meals too... hot hand towels
    [13:51] Eliza Madrigal: upset?
[13:51] szavanna Resident: yes - why is she throwing me with stuff
    [13:51] Eliza Madrigal: hahah
    [13:51] szavanna Resident: ;p
[13:52] Eliza Madrigal: could wake the kids that way....
[13:52] Wol Euler nods to Eliza, yes, I collected dozens of them
[13:52] szavanna Resident: they are nice
[13:52] Eliza Madrigal: yes they are
[13:52] Eliza Madrigal: brb, someone is at the door
[13:52] szavanna Resident: kk hb :)

[13:53] szavanna Resident: how was voice chat Yaku?
[13:53] szavanna Resident: i haven't been for long
[13:53] Yakuzza Lethecus: silent, storm was there for half an hour
    [13:54] Wol Euler: huh
[13:54] szavanna Resident: hmm ...so not so busy lately?
[13:55] Yakuzza Lethecus: no, last week only xirana came, well i like to hear other ppls conversations more, best amount is 4-5
[13:55] Yakuzza Lethecus: mire silences, less takes diversity
    [13:55] Yakuzza Lethecus: more*
[13:55] szavanna Resident: hmm I find it a bit hard to get voice going on SL
[13:56] szavanna Resident: I was happy it did work at Pah's poetry event
    [13:56] Eliza Madrigal: (back)
    [13:56] Yakuzza Lethecus: wb
[13:57] Eliza Madrigal: SL voice has a long way to go, agree
    [13:57] Wol Euler: wb
    [13:57] szavanna Resident: wb :)
[13:57] Eliza Madrigal: but usually in the pub it works well?
[13:57] szavanna Resident: it seems so
[13:57] Yakuzza Lethecus: only client side issues
[13:57] szavanna Resident: I should experiment more
    [13:57] szavanna Resident: yes
[13:57] Eliza Madrigal: the pub is an "alive zone"
[13:57] szavanna Resident: lions chewing cables n stuff
    [13:57] szavanna Resident: :)
    [13:57] Eliza Madrigal: :)
    [13:57] Eliza Madrigal gnaws
    [13:57] szavanna Resident: :)
[13:57] Yakuzza Lethecus: but i also have more trouble now that i am on a less then 1mbit connection again
    [13:57] Eliza Madrigal: >zap<
[13:58] szavanna Resident: hmm I'd love a super fast connection
[13:59] Eliza Madrigal: connection here is fast, we'll see in the summer what changes
[13:59] szavanna Resident: you think there will be changes?
[13:59] Eliza Madrigal: we'll see... I'm spoiled now with cable and internet package

    [14:01] Eliza Madrigal: ...Weeeeee...Weee Weee Weeee...Weeeeee...
    [14:01] Wol Euler: heheheheh
    [14:01] szavanna Resident: ...Weeeeee...Weee Weee Weeee...Weeeeee...
    [14:02] szavanna Resident: ;p
[14:02] Yakuzza Lethecus: gravity must be chaning
    [14:02] szavanna Resident: Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! :D :p :D :p :D
    [14:02] szavanna Resident: :)
[14:02] Eliza Madrigal: these are absurd but fun
[14:02] szavanna Resident: not so absurd ;p
    [14:02] Yakuzza Lethecus: ...Weeeeee...Weee Weee Weeee...Weeeeee...
    [14:02] Eliza Madrigal: :))
    [14:02] Eliza Madrigal: ...Weeeeee...Weee Weee Weeee...Weeeeee...
    [14:02] Wol Euler: /wee
[14:03] Eliza Madrigal: a little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men...
    [14:03] Wol Euler: ...Weeeeee...Weee Weee Weeee...Weeeeee...
    [14:03] Wol Euler: :)
[14:03] szavanna Resident: sending you some necklaces I am making
    [14:03] Yakuzza Lethecus: ...Weeeeee...Weee Weee Weeee...Weeeeee...
[14:03] szavanna Resident: always good as gifts :)
[14:03] Eliza Madrigal: wow nice Sun, ty!
    [14:03] Wol Euler: ty :)
[14:03] szavanna Resident: yw :) you can add your own texture
[14:03] szavanna Resident: in the middle
[14:03] Eliza Madrigal: I've loved the little buddha one
[14:04] szavanna Resident: yes I think you have that one
[14:04] Wol Euler: oh this is fascinating, it showed up in my inventory folder before I saw that you were offering it to me, before I accepted
[14:04] Wol Euler: never knew that .....
[14:04] Eliza Madrigal: ah, it is a setting
[14:04] szavanna Resident: ah yes I saw that happen
    [14:04] szavanna Resident: is it?

[14:04] Eliza Madrigal: I've been finding that notecards I send to people offline go straight to inventory
[14:05] Eliza Madrigal: and they don't know they have them!
[14:05] szavanna Resident: wow thats not good
[14:05] Eliza Madrigal: so I then have to IM to tell them
[14:05] szavanna Resident: how can one stop that
[14:05] Eliza Madrigal: I am forgetting where I saw it but I think preferences...
[14:05] Eliza Madrigal: one clicks "receive items to inventory automatically" or something like that
[14:05] szavanna Resident: hmm will look
[14:05] Wol Euler: I thought I'd set my preferences so that would not happen, but perhaps the new server software reset that
    [14:05] szavanna Resident: ah
    [14:05] Qt Core: ...Weeeeee...Weee Weee Weeee...Weeeeee...
    [14:05] Eliza Madrigal nods
    [14:06] Eliza Madrigal: :)) qt
    [14:06] Eliza Madrigal: ...Weeeeee...Weee Weee Weeee...Weeeeee...
    [14:06] szavanna Resident: ...Weeeeee...Weee Weee Weeee...Weeeeee...
    [14:06] Yakuzza Lethecus: ...Weeeeee...Weee Weee Weeee...Weeeeee...
    [14:06] Wol Euler: ...Weeeeee...Weee Weee Weeee...Weeeeee...
    [14:06] szavanna Resident: ;D
    [14:06] szavanna Resident: ...Weeeeee...Weee Weee Weeee...Weeeeee...
    [14:06] Eliza Madrigal: SL sufism
[14:06] Qt Core: that's show how much i use gestures, it toke me all this time to understand how it worked
    [14:06] Wol Euler: hehehe
    [14:06] Eliza Madrigal smiles
    [14:06] szavanna Resident: :)

[14:06] Wol Euler: all my emotes are gestures, to save time
[14:07] Qt Core: i didn't even had the gesture button.... and i refise to remember the shortcuts ;-)
    [14:07] Arisia Vita: greetings all
    [14:07] Eliza Madrigal: :)
    [14:07] Wol Euler: hello ari

    [14:07] Qt Core: hi Ari
[14:07] szavanna Resident: hi Ari :)
    [14:08] Yakuzza Lethecus: hey ari

[14:09] Eliza Madrigal: Hi Zen :)
    [14:09] Zen Arado: Hi all
    [14:09] Qt Core: Hi Zen

    [14:12] szavanna Resident: ;D
[14:12] Wol Euler: oh no, I know somebody with over 68 thousand
    [14:12] Qt Core: 8846
[14:12] Wol Euler: we are both just beginners
[14:12] szavanna Resident: well you need to have those things .... I can't do without them
    [14:12] Wol Euler: exactly
    [14:12] szavanna Resident: :))
[14:12] Eliza Madrigal: 9123... was about a thousand less before the party
    [14:12] Eliza Madrigal: :)
    [14:12] Wol Euler smiles.
[14:13] Zen Arado: it's why I can't find anything though
    [14:13] szavanna Resident: :)
[14:13] Wol Euler: pro tip: folders
[14:13] szavanna Resident: hmm you can build them
    [14:13] szavanna Resident: hehe
[14:13] Qt Core: pro and pab tip dropping
[14:13] szavanna Resident: yes folders are great
    [14:13] szavanna Resident: ;P
[14:13] Zen Arado: things disappear inside folders
[14:13] Zen Arado: they hide in there
[14:13] szavanna Resident: in dark corners
[14:13] Wol Euler: okay, the real pro tip is: folders with sensible and self-explanatory names
[14:13] Eliza Madrigal: waiting to jump out at surprising moments
    [14:14] szavanna Resident: yes °͜°
[14:14] Zen Arado: tries to be sensible
[14:14] Eliza Madrigal: usually one folder inside of another so that you mean to put on one outfit and end up with three
    [14:14] Wol Euler smiles.
    [14:14] Zen Arado: fails

[14:14] szavanna Resident: ah for example - let me check you Liz ....how would you find that little Japanese drum
[14:14] szavanna Resident: that makes you sing a japanese children's song
[14:14] Yakuzza Lethecus: i need some sleep, sleep well everyone sooner or later
[14:14] Zen Arado: oh..the Japanese drum test
[14:14] Eliza Madrigal: Oh the tamborine?
[14:14] szavanna Resident: niteniteee Yakuji :)
[14:14] Wol Euler: goodnight yaku, schlaf gut
[14:14] szavanna Resident: yes Liz :)
    [14:14] Zen Arado: nite Yaku
[14:14] Qt Core: bye Yaku sleep well
[14:14] Eliza Madrigal: nite Yaku :)
[14:15] Eliza Madrigal: I forgot what it is called
[14:15] Wol Euler: they are in my "noisy toys" folder
    [14:15] szavanna Resident: ;P
[14:15] Zen Arado: to find something you have to remember what it was called
    [14:15] Zen Arado: big drawback
[14:15] Eliza Madrigal: mine is "objects crazy and otherwise"
[14:15] Wol Euler: or you know what kind of thing it was, like a musical instrument, or who made it
[14:15] Eliza Madrigal: maybe too broad a cateegory
    [14:15] Eliza Madrigal: :)
    [14:15] Qt Core: i've a Gadhet folder
    [14:15] Qt Core: gadget
[14:15] Zen Arado: lost a DJ board
[14:16] Eliza Madrigal: you can find things by date too?
    [14:16] szavanna Resident: not really
    [14:16] szavanna Resident: can you?
[14:16] Qt Core: sort, but not search
    [14:16] szavanna Resident: aflac
[14:17] Qt Core: that was the last time i tried to manage my inventoru
[14:17] szavanna Resident: found it :)

[14:17] Qt Core: then i realized that 95% of my items can be lost and i will not even notice
    [14:17] Eliza Madrigal: :)
[14:18] szavanna Resident: the fun thing is ....you never know what you find
[14:18] Eliza Madrigal: am lagging very badly... think all computers must be on the internet in the house
[14:18] szavanna Resident: the inventory is typically something that will never really be in order ....good practise to "not controlling everything"
[14:19] szavanna Resident: ah must be
[14:19] Zen Arado: ah think I found dj board
    [14:19] szavanna Resident: yay
    [14:19] Wol Euler: aha!
[14:19] Zen Arado: hidden in received items
[14:19] Zen Arado: waht a stupid place
[14:19] szavanna Resident: ah yes that also happens
    [14:19] szavanna Resident: lol
[14:19] szavanna Resident: the search usually doesn't work there
[14:20] szavanna Resident: ah thats a funky one
    [14:20] szavanna Resident: :)
    [14:20] Wol Euler: big board
[14:20] Eliza Madrigal: congratulations Zen.. maybe you found it when you gave up control
[14:20] Zen Arado: yep that's it
