The Guardian for this meeting was Adams Rubble. The comments are by Adams Rubble.

This morning I met first with bleu and then with Agatha. I sat with my camera toward the train station and watched Storm's train arrive exactly on schedule every few minutes.

Bleu Oleander: 's current display-name is "Bleu".
    Bleu Oleander: morning Adams :)
Adams Rubble: good morning bleu :)
    Bleu Oleander: how are you?
Adams Rubble: nice to see you :)
Bleu Oleander: nice to see you
Adams Rubble: What time is it there now?
Bleu Oleander: sl time :) so easy
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: yes, that makes life easier
Adams Rubble: I am very confused about time right now
    Bleu Oleander: r u ?
Adams Rubble: there needs to be a grass roots movement against time changes
    Bleu Oleander: yes
Bleu Oleander: unfortunately AZers dont care so much about that cause we dont change :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
Bleu Oleander: but you're right, should get rid of that
Adams Rubble: I just learned that it is not about the farmers but the Prussian military
    Bleu Oleander: really?
Adams Rubble: they created the time change during World War I
Adams Rubble: Jon Oliver recently did a great piece about it

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=br0NW9ufUUw "The farmers want nothing to do with it"

Bleu Oleander: how interesting, I never knew that
Adams Rubble: nobody seems to have known it. hehe
Bleu Oleander: we learn all kinds of things at PaB !!
Adams Rubble: yes, sometimes correcting misinformation we learned in school
    Bleu Oleander: amazing isn't it?
    Adams Rubble nods
Adams Rubble: how are the preparations coming along for the seventh anniversary?
Bleu Oleander: I think the poetry bash is coming together nicely
Bleu Oleander: and the party too
Bleu Oleander: Sun will do her fireworks and DJ for us
    Adams Rubble: :)
Bleu Oleander: she needs people to send her "requests"
    Bleu Oleander: favorite songs
Adams Rubble: like Auld Land Syne?
    Bleu Oleander: ha ... yes
Adams Rubble: lots of old friends to remember
    Bleu Oleander: indeed
Bleu Oleander: say, how's the plans for the museum going?
Bleu Oleander: will you do something here?
Adams Rubble: Dubrovna is working on the space. I think it will have to wait until some RL events play out
Bleu Oleander: so not taking any PaB land now?
Adams Rubble: not at the moment
Bleu Oleander: awww that's unfortunate for all of us!
    --BELL--
Bleu Oleander: Dubrovna's building is lovely ... he'll just have to store it in his inventory for another time?
Adams Rubble: yes, he took advantage of the time to experiment now so it is near ready to go when the time comes
Bleu Oleander: you will be welcome to do an installation in my gallery space that I will create here
    Adams Rubble: thank you
Bleu Oleander: I would like to have ongoing art exhibitions there
Adams Rubble: that will be nice
Bleu Oleander: would be fun to have you quest curate some shows
Adams Rubble: someday I would like to do an exhibit of rl photos
    Bleu Oleander: nice
Bleu Oleander: for sure that would make a lovely exhibition here
Bleu Oleander: in fact I was thinking along those lines
Adams Rubble: it is something I started some years ago and have not had time for
Bleu Oleander: I was thinking of having everyone do a photography show on there rl or sl or both lives
Bleu Oleander: every month a different person
Bleu Oleander: with a conversation about each
Bleu Oleander: what do you think about that?
Adams Rubble: sounds like a nice idea
Adams Rubble: I have always admired your energy and organizing skills :)
Adams Rubble: the group has benefited from them
    Bleu Oleander: as I yours!
Adams Rubble: hehe, I feel tired now
Bleu Oleander: well perhaps a rejuvenating rest and you'll be back :)
Adams Rubble: something good will come of it
    Bleu Oleander: yes!
Bleu Oleander: I loved your pics from your session last week
Adams Rubble: I got a little bored with sitting. hehe
    Bleu Oleander: hehe very fun
Bleu Oleander: r u doing a poem for the poetry bash?
Adams Rubble: no, I am not good at that and have little time
Bleu Oleander: that was a "visual poem" that you could submit
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: this will be the first year I will not be able to celebrate my own PaB anniversary bu visiitng Storm's session
Adams Rubble: I came in early June
    Bleu Oleander: how many years?
Adams Rubble: missed the first two months
    Bleu Oleander: wow
Adams Rubble: it seemd like they were here forever when I came :)
    Bleu Oleander: :)
Adams Rubble: Fael had come a week before and was my mentor :)
    --BELL--
    Bleu Oleander: nice memories
Adams Rubble: It was a couple of weeks before I met Pema
Bleu Oleander: do you keep in touch with Fael?
    Adams Rubble: somewhat
    Bleu Oleander: how is he?
Adams Rubble: Fael is doing well it seems
Bleu Oleander: that's nice to hear
Adams Rubble: I remember I met Fael the same day I met youat princetone :)
    Bleu Oleander: right yes!
Bleu Oleander: I had no idea about sl
Bleu Oleander: was a few months before we tried it out
Adams Rubble: yes and I had no idea we were going to be explaining PaB. hehe
Adams Rubble: just walked into a meeting
    Bleu Oleander: funny!
Adams Rubble: thought I was meeting Fael and Pema
    Bleu Oleander: a big surprize!
    Adams Rubble: hehe, yes
Bleu Oleander: meeting all of us!
Adams Rubble: Piet is full of surprises
    Bleu Oleander: indeed!
Bleu Oleander: that was such a nice visit
Adams Rubble is glad we did not scare you away
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Bleu Oleander: ha! almost hehe
Bleu Oleander: gave in a few months later
Bleu Oleander: and the rest is ....
Adams Rubble: I first came into SL in November 2007 to see the Sistine Chapel, looked around and did not come back for four months
    Bleu Oleander: really?
Adams Rubble: could not figure out why people were here
    Bleu Oleander: lol
Bleu Oleander: now we know !?!?!
Adams Rubble: I was very sceptical
Bleu Oleander: I really started to enjoy it when I learned to build
Bleu Oleander: you took us to an artists build and I was amazed
Adams Rubble: yes, that is fun
Adams Rubble: ohh yes, she was a wonderful artist Aureial or something like that
    Bleu Oleander: yes
Adams Rubble: she left SL soon after unfortunately
    Bleu Oleander: from S. America?
Adams Rubble: a whole group of them
Adams Rubble: yes from Argentina where she is a social worker with children
Bleu Oleander: oh yes, I remember that
    Bleu Oleander: very talented
Adams Rubble: her art took full advantage of the virtual medium
    Bleu Oleander: yes inspiring
Adams Rubble: a group of them did a wonderful work on Bosch's garden of delights
Adams Rubble: I still have my miners hat from walking through a long dark tuneel to get to the exhibit :)
    Bleu Oleander: :)
    Adams Rubble: a great freebee
Adams Rubble: the exhibit put one's avatar through all kinds of experiences
Bleu Oleander: yes, have a lot of great freebees in my inventory from artists!
Adams Rubble: one wishes these things could be archived for general retrival and not buried in the inventories of avatars who are no loner in world
Bleu Oleander: Thoth is back creating some art pieces at that LM
    Adams Rubble: thank you
Bleu Oleander: fun ride there :)
Adams Rubble could get very nostalgic :)
    --BELL--
    Bleu Oleander: yes :)
Bleu Oleander: well I must get going
Bleu Oleander: so nice to talk this morning
Adams Rubble: yes, glad you could come :)
Bleu Oleander: please stop by my place anytime!
    Adams Rubble: ok, thank you
    Bleu Oleander: bye for now
    Adams Rubble: bye
    Adams Rubble: Hello Agatha :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Hello Adams :)
    Agatha Macbeth: How are you?
Adams Rubble: I am glad I stayed :)
Adams Rubble: I am well, how are you?
Agatha Macbeth: Oh going along as usual
Agatha Macbeth: This time diffrence kills me
    Adams Rubble: yes
Adams Rubble: do you know it is all due to the Prussian military
Adams Rubble: not the farmers like we were taught
    Agatha Macbeth: Instead of 3PM it's 2PM >.<
Adams Rubble: yes, hard to know what time it is these days
Agatha Macbeth: Oddly enough I was looking at your blog recently
Agatha Macbeth: You seem to be falling a lot lately
    Adams Rubble giggles
Adams Rubble: not me, my rler
Adams Rubble: I am graceful as the wind
    Agatha Macbeth grins
Agatha Macbeth: Yes that's what I love about avs
    Agatha Macbeth: Indestructible
Adams Rubble: well as long as there are computers in rl
Agatha Macbeth: Oh I'm sure they outlive both of us ;P
    Adams Rubble: :)
Agatha Macbeth: They are here to stay now
Adams Rubble: we have had five ice storms in rl this winter
    Adams Rubble: crazy weather
    Agatha Macbeth: Wow
    Agatha Macbeth: NJ?
Adams Rubble: yes, very conducive to falling
    Adams Rubble: yes, NJ
Agatha Macbeth: What's happening to the weather lately?
Agatha Macbeth: In the US it seems terrible
Adams Rubble: the ice caps are melting and all bets are off
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh my
Adams Rubble: jet stream doing crazy dances
Agatha Macbeth: All I seem to here from there is tornadoes and stuff
Adams Rubble: forunately we have not had a tornado since 8134
    Adams Rubble: 1834
Adams Rubble: but lots in US
Agatha Macbeth looks forward to 8134!
    Adams Rubble giggles
Agatha Macbeth: Is that the Jewish calendar? :p
Adams Rubble: About 3000 years from now
    Agatha Macbeth grins
Agatha Macbeth: Well maybe we'll both be there eh?
Adams Rubble: if we can gget new rlers. hehe
    Agatha Macbeth: Hehe
Agatha Macbeth: So where is the museum going after the big upheaval?
Adams Rubble: Dubrovna is going to take his time until things settle down in RL
    Agatha Macbeth: Good thinking
Agatha Macbeth: Do I recall him saying he retires soon?
    Adams Rubble: yes
Adams Rubble: in a few months
    Agatha Macbeth smiles
Agatha Macbeth: More time for SL then
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: after 37 years it is a bit scary
Agatha Macbeth: Oh I'm sure he'll cope
    Adams Rubble: :)
Agatha Macbeth: I hear most retired people saying 'I don't know how I found the time to do everything when I was working' :p
Adams Rubble: yes and also saying they are much busier
Agatha Macbeth: Such is life eh
    Adams Rubble: yes :)
Adams Rubble: soon to find out
Agatha Macbeth: Always too much to do
Agatha Macbeth: And even worse when you're on your own
Adams Rubble: that's why I think it is important to step back and make some choices
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh absolutely
Adams Rubble: yes, I can see that
Agatha Macbeth: Keeping a perspective is the key
    Adams Rubble: yes
Agatha Macbeth: And listening to dogs barking 'com-pa-shun' :)
    Adams Rubble: :)
    --BELL--
    Agatha Macbeth: I loved that
Adams Rubble: lots of them around here :)
Agatha Macbeth: I have a herd (?) of big woofly dos next door to me, but their barking always seems reassuring somehow
    Agatha Macbeth: dogs*
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: Sherlock Holmes noticed things like that :)
Agatha Macbeth: Well Sherlock was Sherlock
Agatha Macbeth: He even fell off a waterfall and came back...
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Agatha Macbeth: What a guy
Adams Rubble: yes but would not make a good roomate
Agatha Macbeth: 'When the impossible has been eliminated, whatever left however improbable must be the truth'
    Agatha Macbeth: I like that
    Adams Rubble: :)
Agatha Macbeth: Wonder what Mr Occam would make of it
    Adams Rubble: who is he?
Agatha Macbeth: You know, the man with the razor
Adams Rubble: nope, still do not know
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh wow
Agatha Macbeth: You never heard of Occam's razor?
    Adams Rubble googles
    Agatha Macbeth giggles
    Agatha Macbeth: Personally I think it's a fallacy: he didn't shave ;p
    Adams Rubble giggles
Adams Rubble 's head spins when reading about philosophy
    Agatha Macbeth grins
Agatha Macbeth: It's basically just about disagreeing with everyone else ;-)
    Adams Rubble: ahhhh
Adams Rubble can do that on a bad day
Agatha Macbeth: Man it's gone dark here all of a sudden
Agatha Macbeth: Had to turn my lights on to see the KB
Adams Rubble: I made it permanent daylight for now
    Adams Rubble: ohhh dark there
    Agatha Macbeth: Yep in RL
Agatha Macbeth: Yes I always have SL set to midday
Adams Rubble: it has been gllomy here the past few days but no snow or ice :)
Agatha Macbeth: makes things so much easier
Adams Rubble: yes, especially when building
    Agatha Macbeth: True that
    Adams Rubble: glomy
    Adams Rubble: gloomy
Agatha Macbeth: Something I never got into
Adams Rubble: like me and philosophy
    Agatha Macbeth: Yeh
Agatha Macbeth: But the museum IS a work of art
Adams Rubble: my attention span is too short to read one of those sentences
Agatha Macbeth: Would be a shame if it disappeared
Adams Rubble: thank you. It just needs some time. It will have to be something different
    Adams Rubble: SL has changed
Agatha Macbeth: Oh hasn't it just
Agatha Macbeth: Less people for one
    Adams Rubble: yes
Agatha Macbeth: So different from just five years ago when i arrived
Agatha Macbeth: Well, five and a half now
Adams Rubble: there is still a community feel to sl
Adams Rubble: whichever new world wants to replace it is going to have to find a way to recreate that part
Agatha Macbeth: I'm actually not sure that would be possible
Adams Rubble: it happened spontaneously and was the only choice for the most part
Adams Rubble: now people spread around in other worlds
Agatha Macbeth: Well from what I've haerd/seen of Inworldz and Ospensim hasn;t been too impressive
Agatha Macbeth: Even less people than SL
    --BELL--
Adams Rubble: I have not seen Inworldz
Agatha Macbeth: You didn't miss much :p
Adams Rubble: OpenSim is a work pleace for me
Adams Rubble: go there with a group to do a specific task
Agatha Macbeth: People say it's easier to build there, or something?
Adams Rubble: it does not cost anything
    Agatha Macbeth: Aha
Adams Rubble: also no prim restrictions
Agatha Macbeth: There you go then
Agatha Macbeth: I think Adelene and 3D went there
    Adams Rubble: ohhh
    Agatha Macbeth: Think so anyway
Adams Rubble: the more technical minded like the other worlds
Agatha Macbeth: Dunno if they are still there
Adams Rubble: OpenSim is just like SL except it is on local computers
    Agatha Macbeth nods
Agatha Macbeth: Not sure what the likes of Blue Mars is like
Adams Rubble: I have not learned anything about the other worlds. Have enough trouble with all my commitments now :)
Agatha Macbeth: The trouble with virtual worlds is that the blogger I got most of my information from isn't around any more :(
Adams Rubble: do not even travel around SL much any more
    Agatha Macbeth nods
    Adams Rubble: ohhh, that hurts
Adams Rubble: Wikipedia is good on that stuff
    Agatha Macbeth: Hm
Agatha Macbeth: Must take a look
Adams Rubble: there is a virtual worlds entry for starters
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh, interesting
Agatha Macbeth: Never huts to look
    Agatha Macbeth: hurts*
Agatha Macbeth: If one can find the time!
Adams Rubble: I always use Wikipedia for technical info
    Agatha Macbeth: Yeh
Adams Rubble: yes, there goes that time thing again :)
Agatha Macbeth: 'Time is waiting in the wings'
Adams Rubble: we can just be happy here instead :)
Agatha Macbeth: Well I am :)
Agatha Macbeth: Just sorry I wasn't in on PaB from the beginning
Agatha Macbeth: Those early logs seem so vibrant
    Adams Rubble nods
Adams Rubble: Pema kept us focused
    Agatha Macbeth: I can imagine
Agatha Macbeth: Maybe that's what got lost
    Adams Rubble: Interesting
Adams Rubble: I know I did not have as much time after that first summer
Adams Rubble: It was an unusual summer for me
Agatha Macbeth: Time is the key
Agatha Macbeth: Shame you weren't born five years earlier
    Adams Rubble: why five years?
Adams Rubble: was that the begunning if SL?
Agatha Macbeth: You could have retired the same year PaB began
    Adams Rubble: hehe
    Agatha Macbeth: Or seven rather
    Agatha Macbeth: Getting confused now
Adams Rubble: yes, time gets confusing :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Don't it just
Adams Rubble: and relers and avatars
    Adams Rubble: rlers
    Agatha Macbeth: Mm
    Adams Rubble: and alts
    Agatha Macbeth: Indeed
Agatha Macbeth: But at the end of the day we're still here
    Adams Rubble nods
Adams Rubble: or one of us :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Or more even
    Adams Rubble: yes
Agatha Macbeth: I think I have met three of you ;P
    Adams Rubble: yes three Adamses
    Adams Rubble: only three Adamses
Agatha Macbeth: Oh, no...the other had a different name
    Adams Rubble: ohhh
    Agatha Macbeth: Jeremiah?
    Agatha Macbeth: Something like that
Adams Rubble: ohh, he is the second avatar
    Agatha Macbeth: Aha
Agatha Macbeth: I met him when i was building on my plot :p
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: He comes in once in a while
Adams Rubble: not so much any more
Agatha Macbeth: Only time we ever met i think
Adams Rubble: I am sure he was glad to meet you :)
Agatha Macbeth: Well I hope so!
    Adams Rubble: :)
    --BELL--
Adams Rubble: he came to a PaB session once
Agatha Macbeth: At least he didn't say 'what a weird woman' :p
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Agatha Macbeth grins
Agatha Macbeth: You know, I wonder if these bells serve any real function anymore
Adams Rubble: I have my sound offf. hehe
Agatha Macbeth: Apart from making tea that is
Adams Rubble: I try to stop at least until the first hour is up
Agatha Macbeth: PaB has certainly moved a long way from it's original intentions I think
Agatha Macbeth: More like a social club nowadays
Adams Rubble: The social was always there even in the early days
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh true
Adams Rubble: the focusing is what is missing
Adams Rubble: group focusing that is
Agatha Macbeth: I think it comes back to not having Pema to pull it all together
Adams Rubble: but not all took part in that in the early days
Adams Rubble: Pema kept challenging us; did not allow us to become comfortable
    Agatha Macbeth: Hehe
    Agatha Macbeth: And Stim too
Adams Rubble: that is why it took some time I guess
Adams Rubble: Yes, Stim was a treasure
Agatha Macbeth: I must say most of it went over my head, but the people here were always worth coming back for
Agatha Macbeth: I've never foundanything else in SL like it
    Adams Rubble nods
Adams Rubble: the group has been respectful of each other
    Adams Rubble: one another
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes
Adams Rubble: that is what is often missing elsewhere
Agatha Macbeth: Trolls never seemed to flourish here
Agatha Macbeth: I think they just felt out of place
Adams Rubble: we had some tough times with a few epeople :)
    Adams Rubble: people
Agatha Macbeth: I think that Samuel was the worst
Adams Rubble: he was the latest
Agatha Macbeth: He and Wol had some real fun ha
Adams Rubble: A few of us tried to reach through to him to no avail
Agatha Macbeth: There's no trying with some people
Adams Rubble: I hope that is not true
Agatha Macbeth: 'Never argue with an idiot, they just drag you down to their level'
Adams Rubble: he carried around that briefcase; I was wise enough not to click on it. hehe
    Adams Rubble: offensive literature
Agatha Macbeth: Ah well, it takes all sorts
Adams Rubble: Samuel was a good example of someone who did not understand their own religion
Adams Rubble: in that sense he was a good lesson
    Agatha Macbeth: Hm
Adams Rubble: I learned much from him in that regard
Agatha Macbeth: I'm luck the Pope is infallible :p
    Agatha Macbeth: lucky*
Agatha Macbeth: Takes a big burden off me heh
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: Sometimes religious organizations make very unfortunate pronouncements
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh of course!
Agatha Macbeth: Like any other organisation
    Adams Rubble: yes
Agatha Macbeth: End of the day anything comprised of human beings is fallible by nature
    Adams Rubble: Agatha's law
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Yep
Agatha Macbeth: Let's engrave it somewhere!
    Adams Rubble: :)
Agatha Macbeth: Glad to have caught you today
Adams Rubble: I don't know that I have sat in this seat for a while. Really fascinating at how much Storm's train keep to the schedule. Arrive right on time
Adams Rubble: I am glad you came tis morning
Agatha Macbeth: Well Stormy is one of the most reliable people I know :p
Agatha Macbeth: You always know where you are with him
    --BELL--
Agatha Macbeth: Well, I'm glad you are well anyway
Agatha Macbeth: Just watch your step from now on ;)
Adams Rubble: hehe, hoping the ice storms are done
Agatha Macbeth: Yes, spring next week!
    Agatha Macbeth: Yay
Adams Rubble: The weather people are predicting another cold session for our part of the world
    Agatha Macbeth: What, even Florida?
Adams Rubble: no, the northeast but the cold will go pretty far south but not to Florida
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh good
Agatha Macbeth: Will save Eliza buying new clothes then!
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Bless her
Adams Rubble: we have plenty of clothes in the northeast :)
Agatha Macbeth: Yes, much like here
    Adams Rubble nods
Agatha Macbeth: At least there will be more daylight
    Adams Rubble: :)
Adams Rubble: the sun is getting stronger every day
Adams Rubble: except for the gloomy days. hehe
Agatha Macbeth: Always the Sun, as the Stranglers aid
    Agatha Macbeth: said*
    Agatha Macbeth: God, my typing
Agatha Macbeth: Will be great when i can see HA
    Adams Rubble: :)
Agatha Macbeth: Take care dear Adams
Adams Rubble: thank you for coming :)
    Adams Rubble: you too
    Agatha Macbeth: My pleasure
Adams Rubble: time for some lunch
Agatha Macbeth: Even if an hour late
    Agatha Macbeth: Eat well
    Adams Rubble: :)
    Adams Rubble: bye for now
    Agatha Macbeth waves
