The Guardian for this meeting was Wol.
Wol Euler: greetings, oh aggerish one
Agatha Macbeth: Good moaning ♥
Agatha Macbeth: Hi Zon
Agatha Macbeth: I'm still staggering around trying to work out what time it is
Wol Euler: the time hasn't even changed yet :) wait for next weekend
Agatha Macbeth: Yeh
Agatha Macbeth: Crazy
Agatha Macbeth: There he goes
Wol Euler: I had an old-person moment the other day.
Agatha Macbeth: Oh?
Wol Euler: I was in a bakery buying a morning treat, as one does, and somebody mentioned the upcoming DST bullshit.
Wol Euler: I said as I always do and have done for decades, "I hope to live long enough to see it abandoned"
Wol Euler: and realized that this was now a hope rather than an expectation
Agatha Macbeth: Ha
Wol Euler: in my youth I said that expecting that it would be abandoned and that my life would be long.
Wol Euler: Now that I am almost certainly over halfway through, that certainty is gone
Wol Euler: there's a chance that I will die before it is abandoned
Wol Euler: I'd never had that thought before
Agatha Macbeth: Hm
Agatha Macbeth: Don't think you're going anywhere just yet
Agatha Macbeth: You need to pull PaB together for a start!
--BELL--
Agatha Macbeth gets the coffee
Wol Euler maintains the liquid equilibrium by going for a pee
Agatha Macbeth: Back
Wol Euler: wb
Agatha Macbeth: So how's Wollie?
Wol Euler: oh, seriously overworked and had a really stressful week
Wol Euler: and you?
Agatha Macbeth: Oh dear
Agatha Macbeth: I'm good
Agatha Macbeth: Even better now the year is getting sensible
Agatha Macbeth: Are you still working on the same project?
Wol Euler: not sure :) we have so many things on the go at the moment
Wol Euler: the biggest has been going for nearly a year already, from the first discussions
Wol Euler: and that one is the cause of the stress and overwork
Wol Euler: I checked on my calendar and found that I've had two free weekends since the Christmas holiday. And one of those was when we were all sick as dogs and spent a week in bed
Agatha Macbeth: My poor stressed-out Wollie
Wol Euler: <3
Agatha Macbeth hurgs you
Agatha Macbeth: Remember this dress?
Agatha Macbeth: It's the one I gout after I saw Eidolon wearing it
Agatha Macbeth: got*
Agatha Macbeth: (not gout)
Agatha Macbeth: LeeZu
Wol Euler looks
Wol Euler: I remember that day
Agatha Macbeth: The shoes are hers too
Agatha Macbeth: Where were we all?
Agatha Macbeth: At a concert somewhere
Wol Euler: was it at a concert?
Wol Euler: snap
Agatha Macbeth: Yeh
Agatha Macbeth: Don't remember where tho
Wol Euler: well there are so many
Agatha Macbeth: True
Wol Euler: probably Grace McDunnough at that french place
Agatha Macbeth: Hang on, was it when Woodstock closed?
Wol Euler: or that
Agatha Macbeth nods
Wol Euler: I have photos of that day, I could check
Agatha Macbeth: Yay
Agatha Macbeth: Hope she's doing well these days
--BELL--
Agatha Macbeth: Aha
Wol Euler: 9 april 2011 that was
Agatha Macbeth: The evidence!
Agatha Macbeth: Wow
Agatha Macbeth: What a memory
Wol Euler: indeed
Agatha Macbeth: So nearly four years ago
Agatha Macbeth: And the two of us wearing Avid :p
Wol Euler sighs.
Wol Euler: the good old day
Wol Euler: s
Agatha Macbeth: Mmm
Agatha Macbeth: Have you heard from Eid lately?
Agatha Macbeth: Or heard of her?
Wol Euler: not in a long while
Wol Euler: I saw that she was on once a few days back, but she logged off before I could say hello
Wol Euler: send her an IM :)
Agatha Macbeth: Vox is still there isn't it?
Agatha Macbeth: I must have a look
Wol Euler: I belive so
Wol Euler: <- embarrassed to admit that I don'T know
Agatha Macbeth wonders who Wol is IMing with
Agatha Macbeth: Or are you reading?
Wol Euler: sorry, the latter
Agatha Macbeth: Ah
Agatha Macbeth: Hehe
Wol Euler: I'm listening to one of Beta's Fracture sets on musiccloud, and talking to her on FB about it
Agatha Macbeth: Sauce bottle lover
Agatha Macbeth: Good old ß
Wol Euler does read sauce bottles, and cereal packages
Agatha Macbeth nods
Agatha Macbeth: FB would be whole lot more appealing to me if it were just plain text without all the extraneous shite
Agatha Macbeth: Wonder if there's an **********Applause!!********** that can do that
Agatha Macbeth: ??
Agatha Macbeth: **********Applause!!**********
Agatha Macbeth: **********Applause!!**********
Agatha Macbeth: **********Applause!!**********
Agatha Macbeth: Good heavens
Wol Euler: hehehehe
Wol Euler: shush
Agatha Macbeth: Didn't know typing a p p made me do that
Wol Euler: it's the slash that does it
Agatha Macbeth: there isn't one
Wol Euler: you ahve a gesture somewhere in your inventory called "/applause"
Wol Euler: app
Wol Euler: a p p
Wol Euler: nope
--BELL--
Agatha Macbeth: That's what surprised me
Agatha Macbeth: I know this one:
Agatha Macbeth: apauso
Agatha Macbeth: clap
Agatha Macbeth: ***** APPPPPPPLLLLAAAUUUSSSSeeee***********
Agatha Macbeth: Well we live and learn eh
Agatha Macbeth: Booyaka
Wol Euler: ding
Agatha Macbeth: Dong
Wol Euler: the witch is dead!
Agatha Macbeth: Yay
Agatha Macbeth: I have her shoes on

Wol Euler: just click your heels and log out :=
Wol Euler: :)
Agatha Macbeth: Yeppers
Wol Euler: := <- walrus
Agatha Macbeth: You are the...
Agatha Macbeth: Coo coo ca choo
Agatha Macbeth: Semolina pilchard
Agatha Macbeth: Climbing up the Eiffel tower
Wol Euler: eh?
Agatha Macbeth: Exactly
Wol Euler: I don't think he said that
Agatha Macbeth: Oh
Agatha Macbeth: Ah well
Agatha Macbeth: Eiffel sounds more German than French
Wol Euler: he was from the Alsace, which changed hands every three generations for a few hundred years
Agatha Macbeth: Ahhh
Wol Euler: street signs there point to places like "Notre Dame de Steinhausen"
Agatha Macbeth: Is that the same place as Lorraine?
Wol Euler: two states but same story
Wol Euler: also on the rhine
Agatha Macbeth: Think my father's family came from round there originally
Agatha Macbeth: Nott far from Stuttgart as the crow flies is it?
Wol Euler: mmhmm
Wol Euler: quite easy, an hour west of us
Agatha Macbeth: What on earth has happened to VfB this season?
Wol Euler: I've no idea, are they doing especially badly?
Agatha Macbeth: Bottom of the bundesliga
Agatha Macbeth: They were doing well last time I looked
Wol Euler: yeah, that's about right
Wol Euler: they are incredibly variable
Agatha Macbeth: No vorsprung dürch technik there then
Wol Euler: they'll play the strongest team in the league and beat them handily, then a few days later lose to one of the weakest
Agatha Macbeth: Sounds like England
Wol Euler: right, m'dear, I am going to start on the shopping and laundry and all that guff
Agatha Macbeth: Ah, the guff...the guff!
Agatha Macbeth: Where would we be without it
--BELL--
Agatha Macbeth: I'll go and check on Vox
Agatha Macbeth: See if it's still there
Wol Euler: good idea
Wol Euler: take care
Wol Euler: <3
Agatha Macbeth: ♥
