Adams Rubble: Once we grasp the negative energy it is hard to get rid of it; it can stay with us for quite a while

Adams Rubble: On the boulder, yes if we accept the boulder it can give us positive energy, whereas if we get angry about the boulder it can ruin our whole day

druth Vlodovic: there is a neat trick to standing the cold, which works for many other irritations too, just relax, let it soak in a bit, and yourbody adapts
