Wol Euler was guardian for this session.

    Wol Euler: hello sam
    oO0Oo Resident: Morning Wol :)
Wol Euler: good evening to you :)
oO0Oo Resident: oh.. sorry.. thought it was morning in Germany.. or that you were in germany ...:)
    Wol Euler: both correct :)
Wol Euler: but I thought you were in a US timezone
oO0Oo Resident: ah.. morning here too :)
    Wol Euler: oh!
Wol Euler: that surprises me, I thought I'd seen your name at 7pm sessions
oO0Oo Resident: not mutually exclusive though?
    Wol Euler: true :)
Wol Euler: see, this is what comes of making unchecked assumptions
oO0Oo Resident: I make a lot of assumptions.. many thousand a day I am sure
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: and most of the time they are harmless. "I assume that the 42 bus will stop here, as it did yesterday"
Wol Euler: our lives would be impossible if we had to read the timetable at the bus stop every morning
oO0Oo Resident: yes... so much of life is comprised of those sorts of expectations
    Wol Euler nods.
oO0Oo Resident: well.. I wanted to see how the 1 AM SLT sessions are going.. as there was talk of dropping them.. Hadn't been to one for a while
    Wol Euler: O.O
Wol Euler: man, I am out of touch.
Wol Euler: when was that discussed?
oO0Oo Resident: In the last few weeks... not concluded I would say.. and I should be able to point to a guardian meeting or an email or something.. I think maybe a gaurdian meeting and maybe some sessions it came up...
    Wol Euler: :(
Wol Euler: heh, I should examine my attachment to this time slot :)

    --BELL--

Wol Euler: because my inner grumpy old lady is saying "they ain't gonna take this away from me"
oO0Oo Resident: Well, i think the point was to ease any burdens on organisers or people concerned about slots being filled, so.. in a sense.. the slots you fill sort of take care of themselves.
    Wol Euler: good :)
oO0Oo Resident: No sense of hard and fast rules.. just people discussing helpful possibilities with thoughtfulness in mind.. was my sense.. and as I say.. nothing was concluded.. so...
    Wol Euler: good morning, aggers
    oO0Oo Resident: Hi Aggers :)
Agatha Macbeth: Hello lovers af all things PaB-ish :)
    Agatha Macbeth: How are we?
    Wol Euler: cheerful
    Wol Euler: and us?
    Agatha Macbeth: Ooh
    Agatha Macbeth: Just woke up
    Agatha Macbeth: need breakfast
    Agatha Macbeth: brb
oO0Oo Resident: Do you have tea in the morning Aggers?
    Wol Euler: k
    oO0Oo Resident: ah np
    Wol Euler: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xoOjtNs9EOk
    oO0Oo Resident: "more cowbell" :)
    Wol Euler: really :D
    Agatha Macbeth: back
    Wol Euler: wb
Wol Euler: that was a fast breakfast
Agatha Macbeth: Coffe brewing, conrnflakes being munched
    Wol Euler: mmmmm :)
    oO0Oo Resident: wb
Agatha Macbeth: and Bieup looks fuzzy again :(
Agatha Macbeth: Hopefully I'll have W7 installed soon
    Wol Euler nods.
Agatha Macbeth: maybe that will improve things
oO0Oo Resident: so many factors to fuzziness :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Hmm
    Wol Euler nods.
Agatha Macbeth: Well I stuck a new graphic board in, so can't improve that
Wol Euler: the internet connection is the most likely culprit then
Agatha Macbeth: XP is just so bloody old now
    Wol Euler: yeah :)
    Agatha Macbeth: No, that's ok
Agatha Macbeth: SL seems so be rather particular where hardware is concerned
    Wol Euler nods.
Agatha Macbeth: Not sure how it looks on a mac
Wol Euler: it looked poor on a Mac Mini to be honest, the graphics weren't good enough for it
    Agatha Macbeth nods
Wol Euler: except the high-end graphics crunchers, most Macs are sealed boxes, you can't upgrade the graphics
Agatha Macbeth: Yes, another reason most people shy away from them, plus the price
Agatha Macbeth: Wonder if Max has fixed her viewer probs yet?
Wol Euler: though to be honest, how many PC users do ever swap out their graphics cards?
Wol Euler: statistically insignificant, I would bet
Wol Euler: apart from gamer fanatics who do it every four months
Agatha Macbeth: Unfortunately I seem be doing it rather regularly recently :(
    Wol Euler: and Aggerses :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Hmm

    --BELL--

Agatha Macbeth: Keeping up to date with the drivers is another pain
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: the mac fans would point to that as a benefit of the mac. It's automatic and free
Wol Euler: and because it's all made by apple, it is all compatible with itself
Wol Euler: PCs are fine until something goes wrong, then all you hear from manufacturers is "not my fault"
Wol Euler: "it's because of that [other component]"
    Wol Euler: anyway :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Hm, right
Agatha Macbeth: Is 0 still here? She seems quiet
    oO0Oo Resident: Still here :)
    Wol Euler smiles.
    Agatha Macbeth smiles
    Agatha Macbeth: snap
Wol Euler: blissing out on your presence
oO0Oo Resident: Just trying to dtermine the age of the hardware I am using here
    Wol Euler: ah
    Agatha Macbeth: Best of luck!
oO0Oo Resident: at least 7 years old .. probably a bit more
    Wol Euler: wow!
    Agatha Macbeth: ooer
    Wol Euler: that's pretty impressive
Agatha Macbeth: Seems to run V2 ok tho
oO0Oo Resident: hard to see under the duct tape and baling wire though
Wol Euler: it must have been a top-of-the-line kick-ass system when it was new
oO0Oo Resident: I get by OK I guess
    oO0Oo Resident: :)
Wol Euler: if it runs SL now
    oO0Oo Resident: Happy enough :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Yay
    Wol Euler: good :)
Agatha Macbeth: Another definition of happiness
Agatha Macbeth: Coffee is wakin me up a bit now
oO0Oo Resident: I have some coffee gestures :)
    Wol Euler: :)
    Agatha Macbeth: I'll bet :p
    oO0Oo Resident: I sifted through 400-500 gestures a while back :)
    Wol Euler: :)
oO0Oo Resident: a big freebie pack
Agatha Macbeth: I keep saying one of the days I'll visit all the LMs in my inv and see what they are
    Wol Euler nods.
oO0Oo Resident: only a very small percentage kept
oO0Oo Resident: me nods at Aggers
Agatha Macbeth: Bet half don't exist any more
Wol Euler: oh, at least half!
Wol Euler: start at the bottom (with the oldest ones), it'll go much faster as the dead ones won't even open
Wol Euler: you can delete them right away
Agatha Macbeth: Good advice dear, ty
Wol Euler: I still have some folders of freebie stuff people gave me when I was a newborn, many still unopened after all these years
oO0Oo Resident: sometimes they come back to life
    Wol Euler: like zombies
Agatha Macbeth: The funniest one I ever had was when I TPed to waht I thought was a shop, and found myself in somebody's house with two people speaking german
    Wol Euler: hehehehe
Agatha Macbeth: They seemed rather surprised to see me
Wol Euler: at least you didn't interrupt them in mid-shag
    Agatha Macbeth: Thankfully
oO0Oo Resident: Did you ask where the schnitzel was kept?
    Wol Euler: heheheheh
Agatha Macbeth: Nope, I got out quick as possible!
    oO0Oo Resident: polite of you
    Wol Euler nods.
Agatha Macbeth: I *am* polite (usually)
Agatha Macbeth: or try to be at least
Agatha Macbeth: Mothers' training lasts long :)
    Wol Euler smiles.
oO0Oo Resident: unless a person somehow enjoys being impolite.. hard to last in SL without some aspects of politeness
    Wol Euler: hmmmmm
Agatha Macbeth: Well the good thing about SL is you can at least mute them

    --BELL--

Agatha Macbeth: Is this the usual Saturday morning turnout?
Wol Euler: in quantity, abuot right; not hte usual suspects though
    Agatha Macbeth: The dreaded 1AM
Wol Euler: berti sometimes drops in
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: it's for strays and runaways :)
Wol Euler: like the bar in a train station
Wol Euler: I like that about it
Agatha Macbeth: Early risers and insomniacs...
    Wol Euler: mmhmm
oO0Oo Resident: oh.. that reminds me of a movie.. rummages
Agatha Macbeth: Rummages? Don't know it
    Wol Euler: heheheheh
Agatha Macbeth: is Steven segal in it?
oO0Oo Resident: It is called "The Good Heart" (2009) written and directed by an Icelander Dagur Kári
    Agatha Macbeth jumps
    oO0Oo Resident: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0808285/
Wol Euler: oh, don't know that.
    Wol Euler: ty
Agatha Macbeth: Hm, don't know that one either
Agatha Macbeth: Is it film noir about a volcano?
    Wol Euler raises an eyebrow.
Agatha Macbeth: Was thinking of the ash cloud of a coupl of years ago
    Wol Euler: ah
oO0Oo Resident: the connection.. I guess is an odd bar with eccentric characters.. toward what Wol said about the bar in a train station
    Agatha Macbeth: Aha
Agatha Macbeth: Bit like the Café de l'Alma then
    Wol Euler nods.
    Wol Euler: what's that, aggers?
Agatha Macbeth: The place where Aurelia and her friends meet in The Madwoman of Chaillot
    Wol Euler: ah :) ty
Agatha Macbeth: One of my all time faves
Wol Euler: hmm, don't know it
Agatha Macbeth: The film version had Kate Hepburn and Danny Kaye, along with numerous other familiar faces
Agatha Macbeth: Sam, this film of yours looks more it's set in Dodge City than Reykjavik :p
    Wol Euler: :)
Agatha Macbeth: I can almost see Clint Eastwood walking in
Agatha Macbeth: 'Anybody need shootin' today?'
    Wol Euler: hehehe
oO0Oo Resident: perhaps if you watch the trailler Ags
Agatha Macbeth: I had to stop watching Clint Eastwood films cos my TV was clogged up with corpses
    Wol Euler: heheh

    --BELL--

    Wol Euler: brb, more coffee
Agatha Macbeth: Very ood, wish i could hear as well as see it...
    Agatha Macbeth: good*
Wol Euler: it is indeed ood.
Agatha Macbeth: Are you alright 0?
Agatha Macbeth: Well the gestures are working anyway
    Agatha Macbeth: Twice in fact
    Wol Euler smiles.
Wol Euler: you missed a fine friday afternoon session, aggers
Wol Euler: much music and dancing
Agatha Macbeth: You know, the guy in that trailer reminds me of trin :p
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh?
    Wol Euler: (gestures reminded me)
oO0Oo Resident: Friday arvo was fun :)
Agatha Macbeth: Ah yes, we kept having power cuts last night, so i went to bed
    Wol Euler: oh boo :(
Agatha Macbeth: Hence I am up early
Agatha Macbeth: Don't need electricity in bed, which is another adavntage to it
    Wol Euler grins.
Wol Euler: depends what you do there
    Agatha Macbeth: Er...sleep?
    Wol Euler: oh, yes
Agatha Macbeth: Why what do you do there?
    Wol Euler: read :)
    Wol Euler: and sleep, sure
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah
Agatha Macbeth: I could take a torch I suppose
    Agatha Macbeth: Hi Shig :)
Wol Euler: hello shige; shige, this is sam and aggers
    Agatha Macbeth nods
Agatha Macbeth: We met at Fracture
    Wol Euler: of course :)
    Shigeko Tachikawa: hi
    Agatha Macbeth waves
    Wol Euler: btw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8_ICs...eature=related
    Agatha Macbeth: Hmm
    Shigeko Tachikawa: see you later
    oO0Oo Resident: Hi Shigeko
    Wol Euler: goodnight, sleep well
    Agatha Macbeth waves
Wol Euler: see you at fracture, maybe?
    Shigeko Tachikawa: maybe, yes
    Wol Euler smiles.
Wol Euler: take care of yourself
    Shigeko Tachikawa: will do
    Shigeko Tachikawa waves
    Wol Euler smiles.
    oO0Oo Resident: http://is.gd/ca2P78
oO0Oo Resident: Nice music .. mmmmm
Agatha Macbeth: Does she know half her tail's missing?
    Wol Euler: yep
    Agatha Macbeth: Ok
    Wol Euler grins.
    Agatha Macbeth: Revolving door maybe?
    Wol Euler: heheheheheh
Agatha Macbeth: Nekos should avoid revolving doors by habit
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: or hold on to their tails when going through
    Agatha Macbeth: That also works
Agatha Macbeth waits for 0 to leap up in the air again

    --BELL--

Agatha Macbeth: Wow Wol, I can almost see you now
    Wol Euler: O.O
Wol Euler: you wait until now to say that?
Agatha Macbeth: What you have on anyway
    Agatha Macbeth: Yep
Wol Euler rebakes right away, of course
    Agatha Macbeth: ty
oO0Oo Resident: Harder to be kind, than to be clever.. Cleverness a gift.. kindness a choice
    Wol Euler nods.
    Wol Euler: worth remembering
Agatha Macbeth: Hard for some to be either :p
    Wol Euler: aye
Wol Euler: so :) what's the plan for today?
oO0Oo Resident: Just recalling from a video Eliza recommended.. Jeff Bezos giving Princeton Graduation address
    Wol Euler nods.
    oO0Oo Resident: Plan?
Agatha Macbeth: Family day for moi
    Wol Euler: nice, aggers
    Agatha Macbeth: Mmm
Agatha Macbeth: Sun is shining too
    Wol Euler smiles.
oO0Oo Resident: You two could meet for lunch in Paris :)
    oO0Oo Resident: or dinner
    Wol Euler: heheh, we could
    Agatha Macbeth: Unlikely I'm afraid
Wol Euler: it's under 3 hours from here, now that the TGV runs to Stuttgart
    Agatha Macbeth: TGV?
    Wol Euler: Train Grand Vitesse
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah
Agatha Macbeth: Sounds like a football club
    Wol Euler: perhaps that too
oO0Oo Resident: "Vitesse" rolls off the tongue nicely :)
    Agatha Macbeth: TGV Stuttgart
    Wol Euler: hehehe
Wol Euler: for me, domestic bureaucracy day
    Agatha Macbeth pulls 0's bow
Wol Euler: laundry, shopping, organizing, cleaning the kitchen
    Agatha Macbeth: Sounds great fun
Wol Euler: all things in moderation :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Well, hopefully
Wol Euler: I've noticed that I don't mind *doing* these things, but I hate *starting* them
Wol Euler: once I get going, it's fine
Agatha Macbeth: Starting is always 90 per cent of the effort
    Wol Euler: yep
    Wol Euler: overcoming that inertia
    oO0Oo Resident nods
Agatha Macbeth: It's like getting a rocket off the earth
Agatha Macbeth: Once it's up there, the rest is plain sailing
    Wol Euler: yep
Agatha Macbeth: Ah well, time to make a move I think...
    Wol Euler smiles.
Wol Euler: bye aggers, enjoy your family day
    Agatha Macbeth: ty
Agatha Macbeth: Nice seeing you both
oO0Oo Resident: Regards to family Aggers .. :)
    Wol Euler: likewise :)
    oO0Oo Resident: Nice pants too!
    Agatha Macbeth smiles ty
Agatha Macbeth: Yes, Boxy liked them too
    Wol Euler grins.
    Agatha Macbeth: Surprise surprise

    --BELL--

    Wol Euler: really
    Agatha Macbeth: Byeee
    Wol Euler: bye!
Wol Euler: I think I too will make a start
Wol Euler: enjoy the day, dear Samúð
oO0Oo Resident: You too Wol :) Nice to pop in and see you.
    Wol Euler: always a pleasure
