Yakuzza Lethecus: i will actually get a few vacation days this year even tho i didnt work long enough yet, but the company is giving them and if i quit in 5 years i have to pay them back otherwise i can keep them, quiet common rule here
Yakuzza Lethecus: i bit like christmas and vacation money in germany

Wol Euler: I was away for five days, Saturday to Thursday
Yakuzza Lethecus: which also has to be payed back if one quit within 3 month
Yakuzza Lethecus: gosh, thats short
Wol Euler: very nice, very fair

Yakuzza Lethecus: i often have just no clue what to write, not much new to hear, when the session were bigger i could read a google a lot more

Wol Euler: one can only hope that they (the critics) will be well-meaning, intending to improve the situation by pointing out problems, rather than just trying to be as hurtful as possible
Yakuzza Lethecus: well thats what i hope
Yakuzza Lethecus: not getting much, well maybe all is fine but i have just a 6 month contract for a start
Yakuzza Lethecus: but getting the paid vacation gives a good impression

Yakuzza Lethecus: he was only there for 2 weeks and after that i had to work alone
Yakuzza Lethecus: i mainly had contact with him and with the other employees i am a bit lost
Yakuzza Lethecus: 3-4 groups in the company

Yakuzza Lethecus: trying to get a bit contact with all the groups, i just worked in a very small company before
Yakuzza Lethecus: well two small companys
