Paradise Tennant: no just working hard .. mr blue has not been well so lots of walks in the middle of the night .. just hum drum routine really .. his kidneys are wearing out . he is 18

Bleu Oleander: my big guy is 12 now

Bleu Oleander: he has a hard time getting up
Paradise Tennant: yes really is .. hard to see them so slow and fragile .. happily he has a seeing eye human, personal chef, masseuse, chaffeur and stylist
Bleu Oleander: but otherwise still going strong

Paradise Tennant: I think he enjoys every day .. still . a bit creeky in the mornings

Paradise Tennant: vet thinks maybe another year or so .. depends really on his kidneys and I have completely changed his diet so now is bun and creatine levels are only slight abnormal

Lucinda Lavender: I think I will have to go as this has been a longish day....only a snippet where i saw my cat jump to a tree where a tiger was sitting!

Bleu Oleander: I have scary dreams if I sleep on one side as opposed to the other

Bleu Oleander: good dreams on my right side, bad dreams on my left side

Bleu Oleander: really strange
Bleu Oleander: I can turn on my left side and know ahead of time it will be a bad dream

Bleu Oleander: always been like that

Bleu Oleander: maybe because I expect it to be that way ... like the power of suggestion

Paradise Tennant: when I am really tired I always chat myself up before falling asleep to convince my mind to take me on a mini vacation somewhere really nice

Paradise Tennant: lately it has been european cafes .. I have coffee and laugh with the same people.. but I never remember to ask them their name or number ..
Bleu Oleander: I can tell myself to have a lucid dream and I usually do
Paradise Tennant: that is wonderful..
Paradise Tennant: must be great to have control usually I can only make myself wake up
Bleu Oleander: yes we had a salon with a dream researcher who suggested doing that
stevenaia Michinaga: I wish I would have the energy to remember to write them down when I wake up

stevenaia Michinaga: there are usually friends, real and imagined in my dreams

Paradise Tennant: once was told by a psychic I have 13 spirits and two dogs following me around . . that loved me in prior lives ..

Paradise Tennant: Iknow I just blinked at her . she was spooky ..
Paradise Tennant: though she also mentioned my brother ..who died in an accident described him perfectly and said something only he would know

Paradise Tennant: I like to think there are spirits .. that help us maybe ..
Paradise Tennant: often think sometimes when I have a good idea .it is not mine I am just pickiing up a vibe .. sort of look back over my shoulder kind of thing

Paradise Tennant: i know .. i have been working late . coming home napping and then up and down all night ..
Paradise Tennant: have changed my day to accommodate the frequent wake ups

stevenaia Michinaga: nothing more motivating than a deadline
Paradise Tennant: funny you know I can sleep through the alarm sometimes by an hour but Blue just has to let out a llittle moan and I am wide awake
Paradise Tennant: I often put the alarm right by my head and it is loud
Paradise Tennant: funny how we filter by priority
stevenaia Michinaga: I usually wake up before my alarm because it;s so annoying
Paradise Tennant: are upi going on a beach holiday this year?
stevenaia Michinaga: I have to get this firey pit of hell out of my mind when I sit here
stevenaia Michinaga: no, no beach, the owner decided to take it over and live at the shore now
stevenaia Michinaga: se we decided to go to CA, this year we have time up in Mendicino

Paradise Tennant: I can sit in meetings and quietly have a gentle ride

Paradise Tennant: no hoping it will just counteract all the badness of sitting for 9 to 10 hours a day
Paradise Tennant: cannot wait for it to arrive
Paradise Tennant: bought those . wrist pads you recommended and had a key board tray installed so no more mouse shoulder
stevenaia Michinaga: nods, I always get up and walk around, the bathroom is at the other end of the building,  take a walk to lunch, there's this new vegan place that serves wraps in leaves and bizzare filllings
Paradise Tennant: smiles you are wise
stevenaia Michinaga: :) yes it does take a moment to get used to the pad, but the shoulder burning never returns
stevenaia Michinaga: they also serve cleansing smoothies, but they taste awful and I don;t really believe in that ( and science doesn;t support the benefits of a liquid diet)
stevenaia Michinaga: but the food is one less meal without bread
Paradise Tennant: hmm I like fresh juice .. but it should be balanced ..lately have been lazy just put a grapefruit ginger and some celery with water in my blender .. leave it over night in the fridge then process in the morning for nice cold juice
Paradise Tennant: yes try not to eat bread .. occassionally will have pizza a weakness

Paradise Tennant: don't eat dessert either really but I love salt ..
Paradise Tennant: so popcorn any of the savoury snacks ..
stevenaia Michinaga: nods, there is a great pizza place in town, always run into city hall people and sit with them
stevenaia Michinaga: since they invite me
Paradise Tennant: blue still realy enjoys his meals does this happy face rubbing thing all over the furniture ..
Paradise Tennant: smiles ... I will order a party size one from my fav place and then parcel it up in two slice bags and freeze it .. it tastes better reheated really easy lazy dinner ..
stevenaia Michinaga: hope you have a pizza stone for your oven for reheating
Paradise Tennant: no I don't just a cookie sheet should I invest in one ?
stevenaia Michinaga: it keeps the crust from getting soggie
stevenaia Michinaga: you can use it from re-heating scones and garlc bread
Paradise Tennant: hmm only eat pizza . don't keep bread in the house ..
stevenaia Michinaga: nods, no coiscents or scones?
Paradise Tennant: we have a local magazine that does a eat and drink edition ..never get to all the places but always do the cover .. so had these amazing blueberry pancakes not to long ago
Paradise Tennant: nope .. no bread
Paradise Tennant: no bread what so ever .. usually just popcorn or nachos ..
stevenaia Michinaga: good for you, someone I knew just stopped bread and lost 50 pounds
stevenaia Michinaga: I do try
Paradise Tennant: find I don't feel that great after eating it .. so it is easy .
stevenaia Michinaga: I could stand to loose a few
Paradise Tennant: will give you a review of the desk cycle after I set it up
Paradise Tennant: much less expensive in the us ..
stevenaia Michinaga: I don;t ahve a desk like the one pictured to the bike thong would look stange in my office
stevenaia Michinaga: *so the bike thing
stevenaia Michinaga: I think walking up 6 flights of stairs a few time a day helps a bit
Paradise Tennant: well thing have to either have function or beauty
Paradise Tennant: hm I do that too ..
